Sunday Inspiration: The Art of saying NO!

Sunday, November 16, 2014
Hello everyone! I hope you are having a beautiful Sunday. In case you're new here, every Sunday I try to get up some kind of Spiritual post that relates to my life or to someone I know, or a situation I am facing. Its gives me a time of reflection and also gives me a chance to share with you guys maybe something that you can relate Maybe through something I say, a quote I post will lift you up and help you have a better week. :) Happy Sunday to you all.

So I think if you were to ask my husband what word I used the most would not be some curse word... nope. Not I love you... nope...instead he would probably say my most used word this past week was NO. He told me I said no to him on basically everything he asked. I really had to think about that. Really... I said no that many times? I guess I did.

It was a rather hard week in terms of health and I was probably a little more grumpy than usual but I kept thinking about what I was saying no to and why. When I finally boiled it down to the very core of why... I realized that a lot of my no's were just out of fear. I am not so good with changes and instead of keeping an open mind, trusting in my husband....I just give the one response that makes it all stop. NO! Then I am sure I followed it up with something childish like... because I said no...that's why. It sure didn't help anything. I am sure on certain nights last week, it made things worse.

I am so tired of living in fear of the unknown...other people...and situations that I don't understand. Instead of having confidence, I just kinda hide. I think it was years of acting crazy in my 20's that has made me such a little hermit now. While I love being home....I feel most comfortable here, I have to know that God's plans for my life far exceed the circumstances of my day. No matter what fears or anxieties I may have, they are just a drop in the bucket of life. There is so much more. I know that...and its time I stop being so scared all the time.

I also realized that I was saying NO! to some pretty petty things. Like my husband wanting the mesh fireplace screen closed. I wanted to see the pretty fire and he wanted to keep the house from burning down. How I was really so silly to argue over a mesh screen!? That night of the " screen argument " I realized I might not be letting my husband really fully be a husband. My stubbornness has really been taking away Scott being a husband, the man of the house. I think it has to do with my own personal trust issues but something clicked in me that night, to just let him be the man. Sounds easy but I come from a family of very strong women and we normally run the show. But I think its time that I start really letting Scott feel like the head of our family. I think in doing so it will not only help him but help me too. If I learn to trust his decisions more, maybe...just maybe....little things like the fireplace screen will not be an issue. I think I have been holding on so tight thinking that the shoe is bound to drop anytime....but after close to 11 years he is still here in the fight with me day after day. For that alone he deserves respect. I clearly am still dealing with teamwork issues. I have to remember that we are  more than two separate beings living under one roof. We are two pieces of one puzzle. On the whole neither of us easy to live with. But again its time to stop being so afraid and trust in his abilities as well as some of his decisions. Fear has taken over and I don't really know why. Maybe life has been that difficult that it has ripped away all trust I have in anything but its not something I want to continue to live with.

Each day I hope to say No! a little less and try to remember.....

I have MADE you
and I will CARRY you.
I will SUSTAIN you
and I will RESCUE you.
Isaiah 46:4

God understands what I am feeling and he will guide me if I am still enough to let him... to trust him and not fear his plan for my life. Each day is a new lesson...a new chance to do things better. Maybe tomorrow I won't be as afraid. I hope you have a beautiful and blessed day.

Stay tuned for my weekly food shopping haul coming up later today! :)

Sunday Inspiration & a Married Life Post ♥

Sunday, November 2, 2014

Hello friends! Happy Sunday to you all. I hope you all are a little more rested with the extra hour of sleep we all got. I woke up at 10am which did make me feel better. Scott and Jackson even seemed transformed from just 1 extra hour of sleep. They have already been out and now home bouncing around the house in such happy moods. Seeing them both home and happy makes me :) inside and out. Its been a complicated time in our home for various reasons but the main reason is dealing with the challenges of Scott working so much. I haven't really been enjoying the single life time while he has been working his ass off. But I am slowly learning to deal with it.

I felt like over the years I have got use to to Scott's long hours. It's just part of the car business but to be honest with you all.... I am still not there 100%. But each day I am trying to practice a more positive attitude about it. Here are a couple of the things that have made today a little easier. It's still not a foolproof of staying happy while my husband is gone a lot. But it helps. And I am sure on a day when I am mad as ever, I can look back on this blog post and remind myself that it's not all bad. Sometimes, I need reminders too.

Talk..Talk.. Talk... if your husband is gone a lot like mine is, talking is about the most important things you can do to. Thankfully Scott doesn't travel for work much anymore but but texting and talking just keeps the relationship alive. There are times when its not all happy conversations but I don't think we have gone more than 2 hours of not talking during our entire 11 years of being together. I make it a point to call when I want or need. Gone are the days of not calling people who are working. I remember being little and my grandmother saying she would never ever call my grandfather at work unless it was a emergency. We are past that here in 2014. We can basically call whomever whenever which works out well for us. I need to talk to my husband each day. He needs to talk to me. Sometimes it's simply hearing each others voices on long lonely days that make us feel connected.

Getting Pissed Off.....we all do it. I am slowly learning that there is no point in being upset that he is there and I am here. He has to work....and I have to deal with it. I can choose to stay upset about his long work hours but what's that going to do... Keep me upset and still my joy of the day. Yea.. no thanks. I can still have a wonderful beautiful day regardless.

The Grass is not Greener.  When I posted this video I had so many of you guys reminded me that the grass is never greener on the otherside. Its green because of the work and care you put into it. So looking around at other relationships and comparing them is not helpful. To have a good marriage/relationship you have to do the work. Simple as that.

Be Thankful for a Hard Worker....so many women wish they had a man who would go out and work hard for their family. I have that. I have to appreciate the job and appreciate his long hours because I know he is doing it for us...his family.

Teamwork... .Yep, and I suck at it. I think realizing this year for the first time ever that I am honestly not a team player has been life changing to me. Sure, I probably knew this inside for years but realizing it totally effects my marriage was life altering. There is no I or me, but a we. It will be hard...love brought you together but it will not keep you together. Compromises have to be made but God will never put more on you than you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13).

First 5....When he does finally walk through the door, we try really hard to have the first 5 minutes to ourselves. We might know what is going on with each other through our daily calls but just taking a couple minutes to give each other our full attention sets the mood for the rest of the night.

Make yourself Happy. A couple years ago, I was waiting on my husband to get home from a long day at the office so we could go out to a planned dinner. He was running so late. I sat around angry because each moment that passed, my rumbling stomach kept reminding me that he was late and I was very hungry. It was like a lightbulb moment. I had become to complacent and really expected him to take care of feeding me. Seriously? He actually came home and was too tired to go out. So at 10pm I was digging in the frig for something to eat, mad as ever at him but looking back I feel like an idiot but in that moment, I realized that no one else on this planet was going to take care of my needs except myself. I have a lot of times on my hands during the day and it is totally up to me to make my day as amazing as possible. No one else on the planet can do that for you. You have to make yourself happy...plain and simple. For me that is blogging, making videos, talking to friends, working around the house, and so much more. I get to do do those things every day because he is a hard worker and because I know that no one else is going to find my daily entertainment except myself.

Time Together Shows you Care...Now I can't promise anyone that it's not going to be hard if your significant other works a lot. It will be. Even with the things mentioned above, I still find myself getting upset about Scott not being here as much as I would like. I do try to remind myself that he is here in spirit and he will be back. For 11 years now he has always walked back through the door. Sometimes it's just a waiting game.....which is the very essence of the Dealership world. They sell sell sell....and will stay open as long as they have customers. Period. I hate it. I hate it because it takes the man I love away from his family, it messes with our intimate time, it makes feel lonely but all that is temporary. I try to keep the faith for the times that we will have together and try to focus on how to make those times better. I can't promise it will ever be easy....but give it to God and know that you are not alone. I hear from many wives that they go bed alone, wake up alone, shop alone, and have basically allowed their husbands to put them on the back burner and don't know how to fix it. Well I am a big believer that you teach people how to treat you. So you have to slowly change things for the better. I have wanted out so many times through the 11 years of our relationship but I am still here. Trying to wander down the path of marriage which is complicated, great, and hard all at the same time. For me, the ring around his finger is not enough evidence of commitment. Time shared together is what shows me he actually cares. We are trying to carve out time just for us, to find a balance, to receive and give human contact, which is hard in this busy life. But making the time is the first step to getting that together time we all so desperately want.

Remember God above everything else. No one really thinks of me as a religious person. I was born into a dual christianity life. Part of the family are Catholics and the other part are Baptist. I am neither. I am a child of God and that's enough for me. God knows when you are feeling lonely. A lot of times I tend to act out in anger, jealousy, hurt, but the only true comfort I have had has been by letting it go and giving to God. He stands with the widow, the fatherless and the lonely. He is there for all of us in every moment.

Scott and I talk all the time about God and spiritual teachings. We both want to grow and become better. Try to bring positive into your relationship with God's love and help. Bring up the conversation of God's connection in your relationship and see where the conversation goes. Maybe it will wake them up in a new profound way. Maybe it can help change the way they see things and do things. Just be patient and know that God is leading you. He is leading all of us.

I hope you have a beautiful and blessed day. Don't forget to pray! Prepare your energy each day for the beauty and challenges that life will give you and have faith that God knows what's he is doing.

Week in Review Sept 22-28, 2014 w/ Life Update Vlog

Monday, September 29, 2014
Hello friends. I hope you are having a great evening. I thought I would pop in and say hello to you all. So many of you noticed that I had not blogged a lot and started sending in emails that I never answered. So I recorded a video and put it up. I thought about it a bit and took it down and then decided to go on and share it because it is our life...our family...and our truth. Its not pretty...its not glamorous...its real life with real problems. I am very thankful for all the emails and notes sent in and I am also thankful for all the comments on the video because your suggestions have been awesome. I have read every single one and I hear you and feel your love and support. And I am also glad that our family life ( which is a total mess ) lets a few of you guys know that you are not alone. We are all here to learn and grow. I have made so many mistakes through out the years but each has taught me various lessons. I am sure this difficult period in time is just another lesson of sorts that our entire family is learning together. I have to hope that we will come through these hard times better and stronger. In the video below, you will hear me talking about struggling in my relationship with my husband but we are still here fighting through the issues trying our hardest to get through these difficult times. We are not divorcing. Instead we are fighting to make things better. While we have talked a lot about splitting up in the past weeks, neither of us really want that. So know that we are working on things and trying to make them better all the way around.

While this video might seem a little sad, know that today has been going a little better. We are just taking things moment by moment, day by day. And with God's grace we will look back at this moment in time and realize it was just a drop in the buck of our life.

This week we also celebrated my sisters birthday! She is growing up into such a beautiful person who I adore. Happy Happy Birthday Laci. ♥

Here's what I should get done this week...
  • Put up all the laundry waiting on me.
  • Try to start getting back on schedule no matter what is going on around here...Yea, I know I have been saying it for weeks but we can hope right?
  • Bath the cats before it gets colder.
  • Get purse cleaned out.
  • Walk more. Getting out in nature always makes me feel better. I might be a hermit but I truly love nature.
  • Try to be more understanding with everyone in my life. God give me patience.
  • Get grocery list written out and go shopping.
  • Try to start making videos. I just need a few good days in a row and I should be back at it. Its just hard recording when I am not feeling good.
  • Get freezer cleaned out and organized.
  • Get to PO Box and get the mail.
  • Maybe get a haircut sometime soon and also schedule pedi's for Scott and myself.
  • Go through paperwork and pay bills. asap.
  • Enjoy more baths....believe it or not, its been showers this past week and I dearly miss my long nightly bath.
  • Find more reasons to smile....focus on the good more than the bad.
  • Get Jackson to start using his dictionary...its amazing how many words he doesn't know how to spell. I am sure spell check doesn't help him learn it but they also stopped having spelling tests 2 years ago. Guess they figured why teach it when spell check takes care of everything.
  • Have Scott help me clean the leather living room furniture while he is home.
  • Speaking of Scott being home, I need to remember that he needs a break sometimes too and while I am stressed out about it, its probably helping him a lot to have some time off. I need to remember that.
Here is some inspiration for all of us this week:

So as you can tell this past week has not been easy. We are so out of whack and out of sync with everything that its going to take a while to get things back on track. I am trying. I promise that I will try to get back to some kind of schedule in the coming days. Thank you for all your love and support.

Why We Work - Valentines 2014 -

Thursday, February 13, 2014

We work because I am more the easy going one and he is the hyper and fast talking. When I don't want to deal with the nosey neighbors... I send him.

We work because he loves my mom. I won't say that she isn't a pain in the ass sometimes but I don't think I could ever be with someone who doesn't love and get along with her. Shes a huge driving force in my life.

We work because I stay home in my comfort zone and he works in his comfort zone. We have made it work like this for almost 10 years.

We work because he puts up with me always filling up our time over the holidays. The travels are endless and he just packs up the car and gets us to where we are going. Even when it takes 16 hours.

We work because he is the one who handles the car issues. I don't even want to put gas in the car and thankfully I don't have to do most of the time... because of him.

We work because somehow someway I hitched my wagon to a full fledged Republican. God knows that's the last thing I ever expected to happen but somehow we balance each other out. But I don't like to admit in public who he supports! :)

We work because he doesn't make me watch a bizallion sports shows. Just a little basketball and a little golf. I can handle that.

We work because I don't sort the socks.. and he don't mind. Instead he finds all his socks on his own by fishing them out of the sock basket. I seriously have better things to do than sort socks. No thanks. And he's pretty understanding about it.

We work because I understand he has a thing about taking showers and takes 3-4 a day...which runs our water bill up which I don't mind in exchange for him not minding that I like a warmer house most of the time. He still bitches that its always hot though!

We work because he loves movies as much as I do. We are always finding a new movie to watch together. We love cozy nights in.
We work because he has been very understanding about my dream to have a cattery. For 5 years now we have bred and raised Persian Kitty Cats and he has went right along with it. I know it would never work with anyone who didn't love cats. It would just be over before it ever started.

We work because even though he's not a huge fan of pasta, he eats it often because I love it.

We work because he lets me wear his pjs anytime I want.

We work because he knows I am a nosey bitch. If you are in my house I know what's going on with you.

We work because even though we are in our 40's we sleep in different rooms. Yep, you read that right. Husby snores and we have totally different sleep habits. Sleeping in different rooms allows us to sleep like babies and wake up happy.

We work because most of the decisions made, we talk about. Most.. not all.

We work because he is the romantic one out of both of us. Somehow that works for us.

We work because husby is so understanding about my blogging and making videos. Every day there is a camera in his face and he just accepts it and moves on. Actually he likes it.. hes done his own videos on my channel before!

We work because after almost 10 years we have blended our families together and have stayed loving each other even through the hard times. We work because we both try to remember why we fell in love in the first place and never falling out of love with each other at the same time. When one of us has been upset or want out, the other has fought hard for our relationship. We have never wanted out at the same time. We work because we are each others best friends. We know where each other stands on basically everything. There are no surprises. We support each other and we work mainly because we both are passionate about our family and want to leave a legacy of love and kindness behind for our kids and grandchildren.

For the longest time we both were so shocked at how opposite we are. We didn't know how we even landed in the same room let alone the same bed. I never thought I would remarry after a hard divorce but a tall handsome man swept me off my feet and the rest has been history!

Link up why you and your special someone work!

Happy Valentines, 2014

Married Life..{ A Tune Up...and a Prayer }

Tuesday, August 6, 2013
Its been a while since I have done a married life post hasn't it!? Well today I am thinking about what has happened to our lives since summer and thought I would should share some thoughts with you.

This past summer ( well this past June and July ) has really been hard on my husband and I. We got all the kids here from their other homes and all hell broke loose. There were so many problems that we faced with the kids alone that even our marriage was a struggle. Nothing.. and I mean nothing was going right. I think during that time I was focused more on the kids and the house.. we did a huge move in June and really not thinking about the damage it was causing my marriage. I think the first thing to remember is.. Your marriage should come before your kids. I know this sounds completely crazy and I grew up in a home where really, the kids were the ones that came first. I have believed for a long time this was the right way to live because if you show your children what a good marriage is, it will not only show them by example how important that relationship is but in most cases your husband was there before the kids and should be the one that is still around after the kids leave one day. So I think its so important to take care of that relationship first.

Unexpected Moments & Growing As A Couple {Link Up}

Thursday, June 20, 2013
I am linking up with this  marriage series "From One Year To Beyond"! I had this post done yesterday but got busy unpacking and didn't get it posted! Opps! Hope you enjoy!

TODAY'S TOPIC: WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED FROM THE UNEXPECTED & HOW HAVE YOU GROWN AS A COUPLE?

Wow.. well I don't really like the unexpected. I am a planner and then things happen unexpected, my husband copes much better than I do! I look at the picture to the right and see a couple just starting out trying to figure out their lives together. Little did we know then that our lives together would take so many twist and turns through out the years. Honestly, I think the best way to deal with the unexpected is to try your best to roll with it as much as you can. We have had to move a lot due to Scott;s work.. which I honestly don't mind that much. The first couple of years we traveled together all over the US for his work and that experience alone was totally unexpected for me. He was use to living on the road.. me not so much. But I loved it and didn't want to stop. It was also unexpected for my mother who didn't like see me living in hotels. We came off the road, got married and blended our kids together. It was also kind unexpected that we didnt have a child together. We talked about it for a loooong time but we both feel like we are done with the baby stage. The youngest two are 10.. and they wear us out. But we both thought we would have one together. The kids are always unexpectedly surprising us ( good & bad ).. and they are always teaching us something!  Life happens rather we want it to or not. Scott and I have had hard times in our relationship that was totally unexpected at times but we held on and rode out the storm....together. And not all unexpected things are bad.. some are rather good and easy to adjust to while others just suck the life out of you!

Our marriage is stronger than it ever has been and its probably because of all those unexpected things that challenged us to learn more.. work harder..open our hearts and minds more.. and above all compromise. I feel totally lucky with Scott because even though he does have a grumpy personality a lot of times, he has really been a wonderful man to me. Over the years we have figured out what works for us. It might not work for other couples but we are happy with our lives. Really all of life is about lessons. I think there is a lesson in almost everything. We have been together so long that now we can pretty much read each others minds. I'm not joking either. I love him so much and I think for the next phase of years...the middle years.. will be even better no matter what things pop up! I have also learned through all the unexpected times that its best to not worry. Half the shit we worry about.. never happens anyway. Think about how many times that has happened in your life. We worry when there is no need. Life will happen when its suppose to and its ALWAYS going to bring unexpected challenges along the way!

Letters to my Former Single Self { Week 4 }

Friday, February 15, 2013

Describe your first date with your now current partner. Did you feel any "butterflies" on your first couple of encounters? Did you have any indication it would later be the "real deal?"

Married Life..* What I Think Keeps Us Together *

Thursday, October 18, 2012

Happy Thursday Friends! I know last week I missed this post.. I was traveling and there was no time to blog. =(  But here I am , a week later, and today's post is very simple..

What I think keeps us together

Home

I really think home is the answer.

First off.. I really think us being homebodies is one of the biggest keys to keeping our marriage strong.

Scott and I rarely got out the bars and go partying. Call me crazy, but I don't think going out partying on any kind of regular basis is good for a marriage.. Drinking..Fighting.. Flirting.. all that stuff comes along with being in the bars together. It just does. In the beginning Scott and I were traveling and we were in the bars a lot with the sales guys and it did have its share of problems. But when we came off the road.. we stopped doing that. Instead, we focused on bringing our family together and for night when we wanted to have a few drinks.. we did it AT HOME TOGETHER. I am not a big drinker anyway so this never mattered to me.

However, I have many friends who are married.. who go out and tell me that it is a problem in many ways. They argue more because they are drinking causing loose tongues.. there is unwanted flirting a lot ( and you know what?? From what I heard it is the ladies doing the flirting, and the guys getting upset. )  .. there is the cost of those pricey drinks.. often leading to regret the next day. Also for the ones with kids, I am sure their parenting skills on a hangover are not so top notch either. So it does seem to be the wrong thing to do. Plus they have the chance of getting pulled over or getting into an accident if they are driving themselves. I have asked many of my friends why they continue to do the bar thing after marriage and none of them can come up with a good reason they still do it.. I am not talking dinner and drinks.. I think that is ok.. because its still just the two of you.. not a bar full of people.

Home is so much better of an option. No pricey watered down drinks.. comfort of your own home. not driving.. and being able to have one on one time with your husband or wife in a quiet environment is always going to be the best option. The proof is in my marriage.. its lasted and I see it lasting forever and I really really think Home is the reason why.

Scott and I both love being at home together. He does work a lot but this is the place we both come together and its one of the most important aspects of our marriage. We are homebodies and I think that has worked in our advantage. Clearly our home is about love because we keep having kids and family move in!!
Il_570xn.359650092_8lzi_large
I should also say that at this point in our marriage my home is wherever my husband is. He could move me  anywhere.. to any house and I feel the same. It doesn't really change for us. The house is mainly a shell and we fill it with our love, laughter, and memories.

We are both happy at home together and I really really believe that is one of the major things that has kept us working. Neither of us would have ever put with with the other being in the bars.. or going out a lot without the other. Nope.. that wouldn't work here. Occasionally Scott will stop and have a beer with one of the guys but its not often and he is home pretty fast.

My point of this post is this..

Try hanging out at home with your loved one instead of going out and hitting the clubs and bars. I don't say this because I am a old grump,. I say it because I think at home you will be able to be yourselves.. without having to shout over a loud band.. without the problems bars bring. I really believe that you can have just as much fun at home without all the problems.

Home means everything to me. Probably one of the reasons I am happiest at this point in my life. I love being a " housewife ".  I am here all the time for my family. Our house is not a perfect house. There is always a pile of laundry lurking around .. shoes all over the house.. cat hair and dog hair are pretty much decoration around here but we love it. I use to try keep it perfect around here. But with a houseful of kids and my husband its virtually impossible to keep everything perfect. I was cleaning all the time in the summer and now I am doing what I can..but not allowing it to take over. So what the clothes are waiting to be folded in the dryer.. homework with Jackson comes first.... or the kitchen waits while I am playing with the kittys... And blogging might have to wait while I am curled up in bed watching a movie with my husband. And all that takes place at HOME..

Married Life : The Sweet Mr. Jaggers ♥

Thursday, September 20, 2012
I seriously have one of the sweetest most romantic husbands on the planet. I am so blessed to have him to walk through this life with me.

We have been together for a very long time now and we are best friends. I think the simple things we both do really keep our love alive such as these..

He is such a sweetheart. Just as my day continues, little modern messages like these from him pop in and warm my soul.

My hope for this Thursday Married Life Edition.. is that  you all take the time to show the ones you love how much they mean to you. Its the little things that matter.

I love you Scott!

Scott and I have been together for close to 9 years now.. and its truly been one of the most beautiful relationships I have ever been in. In the beginning we traveled around the US together for a couple of years.. then we decided to grow up and settle down together in one spot. That one spot has changed a few times through out the years but we have kept our relationship alive through

love and understanding

There has been many bumps along the way but together we faced every challange that has came our way. We not only learned from it but we both grew at individuals and as a couple. I think that is the main thing we all need to do in relationships..

               *Grow *

At the start of our love affair, we decided to put our love first and the world second. That plan really worked because we focused on each other so much. There was no hanging on the internet nightly.. No blogging.. No ipads.. Nothing that distracted us from each other. The first couple of years while we were traveling.. we didn't have the kids either. While it was sad not seeing them as much but it was probably one of the smartest things we could do for our relationship. We really got to know each other and figure out how to live together. Its not easy when you merge lives together and trying to find balance is next to impossible the first year or so.  Our love plan worked out.. because now we have a wonderful life and home full of memories that was built on the foundation we worked so hard on.

There is nothing that doesn't know about me and I feel I know him better than anyone else on this planet. We can look at each other from across the room and know what each other is thinking. Again.. created from the trust and love built from the foundation in the beginning.

We were both in terrible marriages before we found each other and the wisdom that came from those relationships certainly taught us a lot about building a good foundation to build a good marriage. I think we both learned from those marriage/divorces. Neither of us set up that foundation with the other people and they failed really fast.  When you don't take the time to really get to know the person who you are going to marry.. bad things happen.

Also in my past relationships.. I didn't put a lot of prayer in them. Nope.. but now I totally realize that I will take all the help I can get! I thought that I would share this amazing prayer that would be great for your husband but for you too!

Pray for Your Husband

Every night I say my prayers where I ask God for the help to keep this marriage strong and I personally feel like we have a protective cloud around us. Don't get me wrong.. we still have fights.. he hurts my feelings at times just as I have hurt his but we are strong and we haven't had to deal with a lot of the serious issues other couples have faced. I do believe that is God watching out for us.

My husband is the love of my life. There are so many reasons that I love him..here's just a few..

1.The way he leads our family to a better life.

2.How he is around the kids.

3.His integrity and morals.

4. How he has an interest or can be interested in anything.

5.His contagious smile.

6.The way he makes me laugh.

7.His diligence, perseverance, and faithfulness.

8.The way he enjoys my cooking and always bragging about it!

9.His sweet and crazy ( at times! ) spirit!

10.How he's always holding my hand.

11.The security and safety he provide to me and our children.

12.His gorgeous eyes that tell everything.

13.The great conversationalist he is.. Boy.. can he talk!

14. His never ending encouragement.

15. His hugs - especially love them because he always smells amazing!

10. The little things you teach the kids that mean so much - Like Prayer before dinner -

11. His joy.

12.His tender heart.

13.His contagious excitement for life.

14. How he says "I love you" every time.

15. How he figures out the hard stuff that I can't.

16. That when I ask him something healmost always know the answer - and when he doesn't.. he figures it out for me.

17. His ability to get along with absolutely everyone.

18. His hands.

19. His work ethic...which is crazy good!

20.

The priceless love and friendship that you bring to this marriage every single day.

I am a very blessed woman.. and I have the foundation we built together to thank for it.

Happy Thursday!
