TEA TIME! ☕ Rosali Tea Review Giveaway! ☕ VIDEO

Tuesday, May 31, 2016

Hello friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial day. I took a little break and still have a few other videos to share with you from over the weekend. Hopefully later today or tomorrow I will have them up and live for you! In the meantime I thought I would go over a new monthly subscription box that I tried out. Everything is in the video....and below is more photos, information and the giveaway link! :) Hope you enjoy!

When I was contacted from Rosali Tea I couldn't have been more excited. I am a huge tea lover and the thought of a new monthly tea subscription just made me happy. I was lucky to receive one of their beautiful boxes to test out and share with you! It comes packaged in a really nice box. It slides open from the side to reveal some amazing teas.
This little box came packed with all kind of goodies! There were 3 loose teas with information cards for each. There was a ton of other information cards as well. They included tea filters...little disposable bags that the loose tea goes in. The also included a cute wooden scoop and some natural honey sticks to sweeten it up!

The teas are gorgeous to say the least. They are packed with lots of health benefits. Each is packed full of antioxidants, amino acids, and vitamins. The teas offer all natural energy and nutrients. Rosali Tea source from artisans who handcraft and blend their teas in small batches.

After reading the information card that was included, I decided I would test out the teas as suggested. One in the morning which has the most caffine, one in the afternoon and then the herbal tea before bed.

All the teas were super good. My favorite was for sure the White Jasmine Rose. I surprisingly liked the  Lemon Rose Chamomile as well. It was easier to get down than I expected. The morning Sencha Matcha Bliss was my least favorite but it was still pretty good. I didn't want to add a bunch of sugar to my tea. I did add a little rock sugar to the Sencha Matcha Bliss because I really thought it needed it. I used a honey stick that they provided in the White Jasmine Rose which was perfect and with the herbal Lemon Rose Chamomile I left out all sweeteners being I was going to bed.

The Rosali Tea website is so easy for anyone to use. You can there right here and check it out for yourself. There is a small quiz that allows them to get to know your tea taste better so they can fill the boxes with teas that will suit you! For $14.95 a month you will get a box with the same kind of items I got with teas picked out for you! Tea experts personalizes your tea box based on your preferences and around the 10th of the month this adorable monthly subscription will arrive in your mailbox!

I absolutely love this company and their monthly tea subscription box and I think you would love it too! There is a giveaway. It's being held by Rosali Tea and is not exactly like my other giveaways. You will have to go here to get entered. The giveaway is going to go on for 2 weeks. But you have to use that link and answer a few simple questions. If you love tea or want to try something new you should for sure get entered! The giveaway is going to go on for 2 weeks. They Rosali Tea will pick and notify the winner.  :)  Also if you want to just sign up or buy tea off their website, you can use KISHA20 for 20% off your first purchase! I don't think anyone who tries out these teas will be disappointed. And I love that they count towards our water intake. It's a great option to try wonderful new teas from all around the world. If you have any questions or comments be sure to let me know! Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you have a great day. xx

ZLYC: Fauxdori | Video | Unboxing | Midori Comparison | GiVeAwAy |

Wednesday, May 18, 2016

Hello friends! I hope you are having a great evening. I am back tonight with a new video in my 2016 Planner series. I love my Midori. I really do. However, many of you guys have expressed to me that it's a bit costly to get one and get it setup. And that's so true. It's not cheap but I look at it as a huge life investment. However, I was looking around at a lot of Fauxdori and this set from ZLYC really impressed me. Everything is in the video and there are more pictures and the giveaway form below!

I found this brand on Amazon just lurking around at fake Midori Style Notebooks. Once I found these I read the reviews and thought they would be interesting to check out and explore.

With Prime shipping they were here in just a couple of days. You can see that each box has a sticker with the color of each Notebook.

I thought the packaging was very similar to the Midori Packaging. They give you a little burlap bag that keeps the leather notebook in good shape during the shipping process. It came with an extra orange elastic, and a little booklet explaining the process with the leather and how to clean it. The nice unique thing to this company and these notebooks is they are not only beautifully made they come with three inserts as well. I don't think they guarantee any particular inserts but I do believe that every notebook comes with a monthly calendar. My larger ZYLC notebook came with a insert with lined pages, a monthly calendar and then a insert with blank paper. When you purchase a Midori you get just one insert. So that's saving within itself. The Midori inserts can cost you on average $12.00 - $25.00 each. One of the nicest things is you can order these in a set for a very affordable price.

I absolutely love the embossed design on these notebooks. It's really what stood out the most to me. The leather is really nice. It's very beautiful, soft and actually more flexible than my Midori.  This is one of the most beautiful journals I have to date. the workmanship, especially the quality of the embossing, is amazing. Currently I am using the larger sized Midori Travelers Notebook → Click here for my current setup ←  and I thought this larger size would be perfect for my everyday journaling and also to just add to my collection! :)
I also decided to order the smaller passport size. This is the coffee color and again it has a beautiful flowers embossed on the leather cover. Again it came with 3 inserts. This time...a grid insert, a monthly calendar and then another grid notebook. I use my smaller Midori Passport size for my wallet and I love it. I could do the exact same with this new ZYLC Notebook.

You can see the comparisons from the ZYLC to the Midori. They are basically the same size....they are very similar except the ZYLC is a bit cheaper in cost. Plus you get three inserts with each one. The nice thing is any Midori inserts will fit these just fine. Both are very beautiful from ZLYC and since I love them...I want to share them with a couple of you guys! Below you will find the entry form to get entered. One winner will receive the larger size just like the one I shared and another winner will win the smaller size...same color. You have till June 1st to get entered. You do not need a facebook account but you do have to share your email. There are a lot of ways to get entered below...to earn more entries! The winner will be announced on THIS BLOG POST. Good Luck!

Thank you for stopping by tonight. I really hope you like this alternative to the Midori Travelers Notebook. If you have any questions be sure to let me know. Next week I will be back with even more planners/journals with another giveaway! :) See ya soon! xx

Avon Big Daring Mascara Demo, Review & Giveaway + More! :)

Thursday, April 7, 2016

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful day. I am back with a more fun beauty related video, blog post and giveaway! A friend/subscriber Jacqueline sent me some Avon items to test and review. I happily said yes! In the video below I am going to go over a few of the items she sent including demoing the Avon Big Daring Mascara. Here are my thoughts...hope you enjoy! Also there is more information below about the other items she sent along with a fun giveaway sponsored by Jacqueline herself!

This is the Avon Power Serum is by far is my favorite item out of everything she sent me. It feels amazing on the skin. I have used this mostly at night ( I do use moisturizer after ) and when I wake up my skin really does look better.  That was just with a few samples.

Here's the benefits:

• Anti-aging serum compliments moisturizers to hydrate, smooth, and firm skin
• Advance Boost Technology helps diminish fine lines and wrinkles while increasing skin's natural radiance
• Dramatically improves skin's overall appearance
• Hypoallergenic and non comedogenic
• Allergy-tested and dematologist-tested
• Suitable for sensitive skin

I noticed my skin really looking and feeling better using this serum. It felt firming and my skin felt moisturized and the over all appearance actually changed after one use. I swear. I was shocked at how much my skin really enjoyed this product.

Jacqueline also sent me a full size Avon Big & Daring Mascara.  This is an interesting mascara because it is a 24 hour formula. Meaning it will stay put for a very long time.

Here are the benefits:

• Plumping Complex and innovative creme-gel formula delivers 5x the volume
• Clump-free, smudge-free, flake-free
• Curved brush with mutl-level patented bristles
• Brush captures every lash while sculpting and filling in gaps.
• .338 fl. oz
• Available in Blackest Black, Black, Brown Black
• Hypoallergenic
• Opthalmologist tested
• Suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers

This is a wet formula for sure. It has a huge wand with a lot of bristles and as you could see in the video, it really does plump up and lengthen. I think you need to really take you're time when applying this because it is a bit wetter. It does coat every lash and dries rather quick. You will need to use a oil based remover to get this easily off you're lashes. I don't wear my make up that long but it's nice to have a strong mascara that wont smudge or flake. It's not my favorite of all time but it's pretty nice.

Another product I got to try out is one of the Ultra Color Lipsticks in Carnation. She also sent cherry jubilee which was a little to bright for me but a beautiful shade. I personally liked the pinky mauve Carnation.

Here are the benefits:

• Lip-nourishing formula with Shea Butter, Omega-3 Oil, Arctic Berry and Vitamin E
• Conditions and moisturizes lips
• Over 60 shades
• Chose your finish:  Satin, shimmer & soft matte
• See shade instantly with clear view window packaging
• Designed for every skin tone
• Full coverage lipstick

This color was perfect for me. It glided right on. It didn't feel heavy. I think the color alone is perfect for any time of the year. I did have to reapply it a few times through out the day but with as with any moisturizing lipstick, it didn't do that ugly feathering appearance on my lips. This was another favorite that she sent me!

I got a bunch of samples of Avon's Ultra Sexy Heart Eau de Toilette Spray. However the bottle is super cute! Here's a little more about this scent:

Ultra Sexy Heart will win your heart! Scented like gifts of love—Maraschino cherries, irresistible red rose petals and decadent chocolate marshmallow—this intoxicating floral gourmand will capture the heart. 1.7 fl. oz.

Top Notes: Maraschino Cherry, Mandarin, Blackberry
Mid Notes: Red Rose Petals, Jasmine Petals, Vanilla-Orchid
Bottom/Dry Notes: Chocolate Marshmallow, Benzoin, Australian Sandalwood Oil

I am picky about perfumes. This one however is very spring like. It's very light...not a heavy scent at all. I personally couldn't smell a lot of the rose petals or jasmine but I did smell a lot of the drier notes such as the chocolate marshmallow and sandalwood. I smelled the orchid too. I actually like it a lot. It does smell fresh and light. Perfect for spring and summer.

She also sent a few samples of the Black Suede Sport cologne for Scott to try out. Here's a little more about this scent.

The newest fragrance in the Black Suede line. Discover rugged sophistication with Black Suede Sport. An energetic mix of watery citrus, sexy sage, and captivating vetiver that embodies the essence of rugged masculinity with an air of sophistication. The extra inclusion of spices make this 3.4 fl oz bottle of cologne spray a sensual must have for daily use.

This scent seemed to linger all around the house all day. I could smell it on the animals and even on Scott after he got home from a long day's work. I was taken by how good this smelled. I was kinda shocked it was an Avon product. I have paid tons for other colognes for Scott and this one is just as good. This would make a great gift for any man in your life.

Avon has really stepped up their game in the past few years. Their skincare lines are amazing. All of them from what I can tell. Their makeup is top of the line as well. If you would like to check them out yourself or buy any of the times I shared, go visit Jacqueline! She is a super sweet person and is sponsoring a giveaway for one of you guys! You will receive the same goody box that I did. It's very simple to get entered. This is open to everyone in the US. You must be 18 years old to enter or have your parents permission. Good Luck!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

These Avon items did get sent to me to review, but all opinions are honest and my own. Thank you so much for Jacqueline for sending them to me. If you have any questions or comments be sure to leave them below. xx

2016 Planning Series: Polaroid Zip Demo & Review | Video |

Wednesday, March 30, 2016

Hello everyone. This evening I am sharing a new product that I absolutely love....The Polaroid Zip Portable Photo Printer. I take you through why I love it, how I use it along with a lot more in the video. Also below is more information about where you can find this printer!

This is a rather small printer but it packs a punch. This is a inkless printer using zink photo paper with the ink basically built into it. I love that. It comes with a charging cord and The printer connects to both iOS and Android devices via Bluetooth. So as long as you have a smartphone you can use it.   You simply download the free Polaroid ZIP app, set up the Bluetooth and start printing right way. The phone app gives you several different ways to print you're pictures out including a full size quick print, photo edit options, collage frames, and more.
I have used this printer for so much since I got it back in December 2015. I show a few of those ways in the video but the possibilities are endless.  You can even print a business card on the go. And since this printer is so small you can pretty much take it anywhere. I have tossed it in my purse many times while traveling. It's perfect for on the go!
I loved using this printer to design the mission board in my Midori Travelers Notebook. I have actually used it in a lot of ways throughout my planner and even on our family calendar that hangs on the chalkboard wall. It's so handy and I think anyone who loves to decorate their planner or calendars. It's perfect for a scrapbooker and I bet many of you would truly love this. I'ts so nice. It prints very clear photos and has a made a huge difference in personalizing some of the days in my planner. I think my planner/ travelers notebook means more with person photos running through it.

You can find this printer in a bunch of different places. You can find the bundle with Erin Condren right here and you can get a discount using my link in the sidebar. You can also find it on amazon as well as the paper. :)

Thanks for stopping by. I have a ton of planner videos coming up for you in my 2016 Planning Series. You can check out the first video of the series → Planning for Beginners | Picking a Planner & Structuring Your Days| ←n case you want to check it out! I will be adding many many more videos in this series this year. I hope you find them helpful, motivating and encouraging. Have a great night. xx

MomoUp Review & Giveaway | Video |

Tuesday, February 23, 2016

Hello friends! I am back today sharing a new quick review and giveaway. For the past few weeks I have been testing out some new makeup removers and blotting papers that was sent to me to review. I love trying new things and I do have to take off my makeup every night so I said yes...but I also asked if they would host a giveaway and they said yes! Here's my review and to get entered in the giveaway just scroll down! :)

So as you saw in the video they also sent me blotting papers to try out as well. I was a little nervous about them because I typically have dry skin but I was totally up for trying them out.

Both products were sent to me. However that NEVER effects my reviews. If there is something that doesn't work for me, I will tell you why. I try to list out the positives and negatives because what does or doesn't work for me might be different with other people. Here are my thoughts on these items. :)

I was excited to try these makeup removers out. I got them a while ago and have been testing them out every since. There is no quick way of seeing how they effect the skin unless you try them out for a few weeks. Night in and night out I used these easy finger-cot removers to take off all my makeup before a shower or bath. As you can see, the box comes with a lot of individual wrapped makeup removers. There are 25 but some nights I only use one and then finish with the 2nd one the night after. I love that they are wrapped up in a tidy way that won't get contaminated. They are also perfect for on the go or travel.

These little wipes fits over one or two of your fingers to easily wipe off all the makeup. They are super moist. I was testing them out and could actually ring out the remover from the pads. I don't see any issues with these drying up. The waffle design on each one makes it easier to get off stubborn  makeup including eye liners and mascaras.  I was amazed at how easy it took everything off without pulling and tugging. I loved how it worked so well on my waterproof mascara! Having it on my finger allowed me to really get into the smaller areas of my face like the corners of my eyes and around my nose. Once I was done, I just tossed the used makeup removers right in the trash. I do tend to really wash my face even after using these. But I feel like I get such a better clean face because of the removers getting everything off allowing me to concentrate on just my skin in the shower.

I was also sent the MomoUP blotting papers. I normally don't use these a ton but I thought the case was so adorable. I tossed it in my handbag and before I knew I was testing it out! I pretty much have just dry skin but it's crazy how much oil that I was able to get off using some of the sheet roll. This one is interesting because it's not just a pre made size. You can just tear it where you want to in case you want a larger or smaller sheet. Very handy depending on the area of your face that you want to use it on. These are natural and powder free and work without taking off your makeup. It just simply removes oil without disturbing anything else. As I mentioned many times in the video, the case is so cute and fits perfect in your pocket, purse, car, drawer in your desk at work. I really think these papers are much more protected than the little cardboard envelopes that store many of the blotting papers on the market.

I was impressed by both of these products and I am glad to have tried them out. I think both are great for travel and I find that they are really well priced. You can find the makeup removers on Amazon for $ 14.99 with 4.5 star rating. You can also find the blotting papers on Amazon for $ 9.99 each with a 5 star rating. I don't know about you but I love a good Amazon rating! If you want to find out more about these products check out their facebook page. There is a ton of information and photos over there as well! I think both of these items worked super well for me and I wouldn't hesistate to buy them again! The nice people over at Momoups would also like for one of you guys to try them out as well and are sponsoring a giveaway! :) It's super easy to enter using the rafflecopter system below. Be sure to use all the different ways to enter to earn extra points. This giveaway is open to everyone. You must be 18 years old to enter or have your parents permission. This giveaway is going to last one week. I will announce the giveaway winner on THIS BLOG POST and Momoups will send out your prize! Good Luck to everyone!

Review & Giveaway | Midori Travelers Notebooks | Passport Size & Standard

Wednesday, August 26, 2015

Hello friends! It's no secret I love planners, paper, notebooks but rarely to I find one that I think is possible to 1. Find one that will get better with time. 2. Be so simple yet beautiful. With all the wonderful planner enthusiasts on Instagram, I found out about the Midori Travelers Notebooks. To say there is a cult following with these notebooks would be the understatement of the year. I couldn't just keep looking at pictures, I had to get a couple myself. The video shows you everything....plus explains how to get entered in the giveaway! Yep!! I am sharing a couple of these with you too! There are many more pictures, information and the giveaway form below.

Midori is the company that makes these beautiful Notebooks.  They sell several kinds of notebooks and stationery products, but are most known internationally for their Traveler’s Notebook. The company and products are from Japan, and they really pride themselves on high quality writing products and tools.

The Traveler’s notebook is referred to as a “life notebook”. It can  customized to suit your lifestyle and work habits. There is no set up guide. There is no one way to use these notebooks. Some use them for travels, some for daily planners and or journals. The possibilities are endless. It's like the most simple Filofax, with the chunky metal binder and

It’s like a more rugged, minimalist relative of the Filofax, without the clunky metal binder and the fuss of finding the right inserts. And I personally don't even think the Filofax matches in beauty with the Midori Travelers Notebook.

Basically the Midori  Travelers Notebooks have soft leather covers that is filled with inserts slipped into elastic strings. The notebook inserts come in lined, grid, and blank versions, as well as different types of paper: craft, sketch, and lightweight. There are also planner inserts that are blank ones for year, month, week, and day, as well as pre-dated ones. They also have a variety of different inserts such as credit card inserts, craft folder inserts, pocket stickers you can put  right onto the leather interior, and plastic pouches to hold loose stationery supplies and travel material or anything else that suits you. There is nothing that you can't do with one of these Notebooks. They come in 2 sizes. The standard size and the passport. And you know I had to order both!

Once they got here, I had to decide how to put each to use. There was no way I was just going to review these and put them on a shelf. No way..no how! I decided to use my passport size as a wallet. A planning wallet!!! Have you ever heard of such!? Well, it's the perfect size and I started figuring out which inserts I would want.

As you saw in the video, I have a total of 5 inserts and then I secured a card insert on the front inside cover. I decided to have my card holder at the very front. I use my debit/credit cards much more than I do cash, so I thought that would be perfect. In this area I also keep my id. On the back of that first insert, I have my reward cards for the stores I shop at the most. The next insert is the pocket folder where I do keep a little cash and change. Next up, I have a cardboard file folder that holds receipts that I either need to return something or receipts to file. In the middle, I have 2 notebooks. PERFECT FOR A PLANNER! The first insert is the grid notebook where I keep random notes, grocery list, bills to pay...lots of different little notes. And the second notebook, is the lined notebook, which is also just for random notes. Then the front inserts start up in the back again because they through the notebook having a insert on both the front and back sides. So there is another file folder with business cards and such, another card file where I keep my insurance cards and other cards that I don't use daily but still need. And then finally there is the zipper pouch where I keep appointment cards that I need to transfer to the family calendar. On the very back cover, I have the Madori Pen holder that really should be a little bigger but it works perfect for a thin pen or pencil.

Now here is the larger sized Midori Travelers Notebook:

This is basically the same as the passport size only larger. I had a lot of ideas for what this notebook could be used for. I thought about using it as a personal diary, a regular day to day planner, a fitness notebook....but I finally settled for it being used as my blog and youtube planner. And it's so easy to swap it out anytime you want to change it up. You can simply order some new inserts and change it how ever you want.

I don't have as much in this notebook. Instead, I have just the minimal inserts that I need. I have some of the card slots that you can affix to the inside cover where I keep additional supplies. I have the blank calendar in the middle and then I have the lined notebook insert next. I have the zipper pouch in the back and that is it. Very simple. Very minimal. and in my opinion..very classic.

The inserts that you can find, secure in with a large band. You secure the inserts together with a rubberband and then slide them under the larger band in the middle of the notebook. It's not that complicated and it makes these notebooks, lifetime notebooks that become better with age. The cover is a soft leather and has that leather smell that I love. But over time the cover will get worn with age, there will be scratches, and it will become more yours over the journey you have with it. These notebooks will last for years. You can change it out as many times as you want or you can just buy additional inserts and switch it out anytime you want. OR....you can just enter my giveaway and maybe win one for yourself! Here's how to get entered!

What you will get is:  2 different winners will get one of the Midori Travel Notebooks in whichever size preferred. This giveaway is open to everyone but you must be 18 years or older to enter. This giveaway is going to go on until Tuesday September 08, 2015. I wanted to give everyone plenty of time to watch and get entered. Good Luck!

Sometimes Rafflecopter experiences technical difficulties. If you can’t enter for some reason, try again later and it will probably work. If not, let me know and I'll see if I can help.

I am by no means a Midori expert. I am just someone who is a huge fan and hopefully this review/giveaway helped you figure out if Midori is a good fit for you. If you have any questions or comments, I would love to hear from you! xx

ScentBird Monthly Subscription Review & Giveaway! | Video & Corresponding Blog Post |

Thursday, July 9, 2015

Hello friends! I hope your day is going well. I am so excited to be sharing this video and blog post with you guys. I was recently contacted by ScentBird to try out one of their perfumes. They also offered to give one of you a free perfume too! All the details are in the video and you can find more information and the entry form below. Hope you enjoy!

I am not someone with a lot of perfumes. I never like paying the big prices for it and it takes me forever to use one up so I normally only get 1 new perfume a year. So when I checked ScentBird out, I was more than happy to try it out. :) I got on their website and took the quiz to let them help figure out what I would like best. However, you can just choose the one you want instead. The package that arrived was pretty small and fit right into our mailbox. I love the black envelope with the pink ScentBird Sticker. Classic and not overdone.

Inside the envelope came 2 card and the vile of perfume in the plastic case stored inside of a velvet case. It Costs $14.95/monthly, $14.50/month with a 3-month plan, $14/month with a 6 month plan, or $13.50/month with a year plan.

The pump is a sleek thin black tube that twist up and around for you to spray. You can also find the ScentBird logo on the top of the pump.

The case is inner changeable. You get one 8 ml spray atomizer of a 100% authentic perfume each month.

The vile of perfume slides in the case with ease and you can just change out the perfume each month. I think for me personally these will last longer than a month being I don't put on perfume daily. I found that it sprays easy and the sleek design fits into my handbag with no problems.

The perfume I picked out what the Versace Bright Crystal.Inspired by a mixture of Donatella Versace's favorite floral fragrances, Bright Crystal is a fresh, sensual blend of refreshing chilled yuzu and pomegranate mingled with soothing blossoms of peony, magnolia, and lotus flower, warmed with notes of musk and amber. Here are the Notes:
Iced Accord, Yuzu, Pomegranate, Peony, Magnolia, Lotus Flower, Acajou, Vegetal Amber, Musk.  I found it floral but delicate and not overpowering.  I like how light, simple, and clean it smells.  A 1.7oz bottle is over $70. I’d never be able to get anything less than a very expensive and large full-size bottle without a subscription service like this. I love how the quiz that you take on their website recommends different scents that might be a good fit and this time they nailed it. I love this light flowery scent for summer. I have been complimented on how good it smells even on the first day I wore it. I am really impressed with this subscription service. I think I will subscribe for 6 months or so and build up a nice little collection which will last me a loooong time!

What do you think of Scentbird?  If you are interested in signing up you can head over to their website and get subscribed! You can use the coupon code “GET25” to get 25% off your first month as well!  Remember, if you sign up before the 5th, your first package will ship on the 15th! And since they are such kind people, they wanted one of you guys to be able to try out a perfume of your choice! This giveaway will run from today July 9, 2015 until Thursday July 16, 2015   The giveaway is open to US Residents only. All entrants under the age of 18 must have parental permission to enter.  You can enter by following the directions in the Rafflecopter widget posted below.   I’ll announce the winners on THIS blog and post contact the winner directly through email. ScentBird will mail your perfume. :)  Good luck!

Hello friends! Happy Tuesday to you all! I am back to go over the Abundant Chef Ceramic Knives. I was asked to test these out and share my thoughts with you guys! Everything is in the video and below you will find more pictures and information to get entered into the giveaway! Hope you enjoy.

When I was contacted from Abundant Chef, I was able to pick out what I wanted to try. I went for the 9 piece Ceramic Knife Set to test out. It looked like the perfect set to try. It didn't take long before they were here. I thought the packing looked a little cheap for such nice knifes but it's nothing that really matters. Inside the package was 4 fruit and vegetable knifes and one ceramic peeler.

It came with a 6" Ceramic Chef's Knife. This knife is designed to perform well at many differing kitchen tasks, rather than excelling at any one in particular. It can be used for mincing, slicing, and chopping vegetables, slicing boneless pieces of meat. Unlike stainless steel knifes, these are not heavy. They feel light on the wrist and super easy to use.

It also came with a 5" Utility knife. This knife is smaller than a chef's knife but larger than a paring knife. It is a very versatile knife excels at everyday tasks, from cutting sandwiches to slicing meat. This indispensable knife is handy for smaller precision tasks like peeling, trimming and slicing small fruits and vegetables.

Here is the 4' utility knife in the set. This paring knife is great for peeling fruits and vegetables; slicing a single garlic clove or shallot; controlled, detailed cutting, such as cutting shapes or vents into dough; and scoring designs and patterns on surfaces of food.

The last knife in the set is this 3" fruit knife. Thisfruit knife is used to cut and peel fresh fruit at the table in formal and informal dining. Such as peeling an apple for lunch. This little knife is perfect for smaller jobs in the kitchen.

They also included a ceramic vegetable peeler in the set. I had never used one of these before until I got this set in. It is so sharp and efficient in peeling carrots and potatoes...and I even used it for some Parmesan cheese too.

You can see the size difference between the 6" chefs knife on bottom and the 5" utility knife above and...

Here's the difference between the 4" pairing knife and the 3" fruit knife.

What I love about these knifes is they will not rust or turn on you when cutting fruits with a lot of acid. These held up well with daily use in our kitchen for the last couple of weeks. I have tested them out in every way and I am very impressed with how sharp they are and how easy they make the work in the kitchen. A dull knife will just make everything you do just feel so much harder than it should. These knifes are not to be used on any kind of meat with bones. They are ceramic and will break if you are try that. Also if you were to drop one on a hard floor, there is a good chance you could shatter it. So be careful!

All the knifes in this set cut like a dream. No joke. They are super super sharp and have held their edge well. But if you are not use to using really sharp knifes, watch out otherwise you will probably cut yourself. I would rather have a very sharp knife that I have to keep my fingers away from rather than a old dull knife that makes you do a lot of work to cut through something. You are not suppose to put these in the dishwasher because it could damage them. They are to be washed in hot soapy water by hand and you can use bleach and water also.

These knifes have quickly became my go-to set. I use them pretty much daily and for the price I think they are amazing. I might just end up getting a few for Christmas gifts for my family and friends. Since you guys are my " online family" I have a gift for you too!
