Happy Saturday friends! I hope you are getting along well with your day. I didn't have a chance to get Friday Letters up so I thought I would just come say hi and share a few thoughts bouncing around in my head. Hope you enjoy!

* We woke up to much cooler weather. Yes, I know it's October but the last week or so it's been really warm. That changed overnight. I actually turned on the heat as quick as I got up. Burrrrrrrrrrr

* I worked a lot yesterday. I did a 10.5 hour shift and my body today is making me pay for it. My hip is really hurting. I feel like I am falling apart. I actually called in today just so I could rest and not hurt it more. I tossed and turned all night because of how badly it was bothering me. Might need a nap later.

* I'm not sure if Scott ever paid the spousal support yesterday. I forgot to call the attorney. I doubt he did but it would be nice to not have to worry about the money he is suppose to pay. All I can say about it is, if he hasn't paid it, we are 100% heading back to court. And that will cost him even more money. Hopefully we can add interest, lawyers fees and garnish his wages. That's probably the only way I am going to be paid on time. It would be nice if he could just not be a loser for a short amount of time to get it done. I'm probably asking too much.

* Gabby has been sneezing a lot and got me worried. I think the cooler weather is getting to her too. Hopefully it clears up before I have to take her to the VET.

* I need to go to the grocery store today. I needed to go Thursday and Friday as well but that didn't happen. I am going to take a bunch of Advil and hope my hip stops hurting long enough to go. Plan on sharing the haul in a new video...stay tuned!

* I need to dye my hair. The grey is really coming out which doesn't really make me happy. Hopefully I can mark that off my to do list next week.

* I know I am so behind on videos. I am not alone. There is only a real door on the bathroom so its complicated to say the least. I am really wanting to get into an apartment as soon as possible.

* I bought a new blogger template but I am not sure when I will have the time to change it around. Maybe next week sometime. I thought it was time for a change. Can't wait to share it with you!

* I am still undecided about switching jobs. I think every job has it's good and bad points. Just need to make more money. Decisions decisons.

* I have been loving my bullet journal. I work in it daily and it really does keep my head straight. If you haven't checked out the basics I have this video sharing how it works.

* My sister seems to do be doing just fine down in Florida. I was pretty worried about her but she keeps checking in on Facebook saying shes ok. Glad to know she is safe and sound.

I hope you all have a great day. I am going to get cleaned up and slowly make my away around the store. Praying for a pain free day. xx

Saturday Rambles

Hello friends! I have a little time so I thought I would sit down and say hi! Here are some of the thoughts jumping around in my head. Hope you enjoy.

- It's kinda cold here today. Last night we actually had to turn on the heat but we are trying to keep it as low as we can but still stay comfortable. It's hard when there are other people in the house who have their own ideas of what a comfortable temperature is. Thank you warm coffee.

Saturday Randoms

Saturday, September 19, 2015
Hello friends. Here are some Saturday randoms bouncing around in my head. Hope you enjoy!

♥ It's a beautiful day here. Jackson and I actually slept in and it felt really good.

♥ I want to start buying more paintings and pieces of art work that I love. BUT...they are all so expensive. Actually maybe I should start start painting again.

♥ The bathroom smells amazing... like Scott's cologne. It reminds me of him every time I walk in there.

♥ I love all the planner stickers that have been coming in this week. I'm waiting for them all to come in for a sticker haul but it's so hard not using them! - happy happy! -

♥ I feel like my neighbors are mowing their grass later because of my complaining. I feel bad about it too. They have every right to be here and really can mow anytime they want. Mornings use to make me bitch but I am doing better.

♥ Jackson hates school. I'm pretty sure I have told you guys that. His grades could and should be much better. He's grounded and it doesn't even seem to bother him much. Where is his motivation button??? I really need to find it!

♥ I just found out yesterday that one of my uncles has stage 3 cancer. I am not really close with him but he really is one of the nicest family members I have. Maybe I should send a card or something. Not sure.

♥ I have a ton of emails that I need to respond to. I am going to try to get caught up by the weekend. So sorry. I read each one when it arrives but don't always respond in a timely manner.

♥ Scotts work messed up payroll and just cut regular checks. Gosh...that's so inconvenient. Direct deposit makes life so much more simpler. Now I got to go try to make a deposit at the ATM sometime. I guess I shouldn't complain because they at least paid him.

♥ Have you guys heard how Kim Davis is back at it with the gay marriage. She is altering the marriage certificates possibly making them invalid.  This woman seriously needs to get fired. And I hate hate hate the idea of paying her any kind of unemployment. She is totally violating her position. God is love and it makes me sad to think of him as mean or vengeful. She is running her own agenda and in my personal opinion, it has absolutely nothing to do with God.

♥ I think I am going to make some chocolate chip chewy granola bars. If the recipe turns out good, I will be sure to share it with you!

♥ I have had the hardest time figuring out snap chat. I know that sounds silly but for some reason I am at a total loss. I guess I need talk to Brittany Belle. She's the resident 14 year old social media adviser in our home!

♥ Speaking with our kids I get a lot of questions about which kids are here. Brittany is at her dads, Jackson is here. Laura is up where Brittany lives and our other child I cannot talk about. I can't tell if you if they here or not. I can't tell their name. I can't tell you anything. I am sorry if that bothers you but we are basically under a gag order. Just know we love all of our kids and all are doing ok.

♥ I am totally going to go out to the garage in a bit and do a quick pick up of my car. It needs it and shouldn't take too long. I just wonder why it's my car that gets messed up all the time.

♥ Over the weekend I also need to dye my hair. The gray's are showing! I even found a gray eyebrow hair about died. I pulled it right out! I guess I really am getting old.

♥ I was sitting on the back porch earlier and was enjoying some coffee. A few neighborhood kids a couple of houses down were paying outside. They looked so happy and innocent. I loved hearing them giggle. :)

♥ We are thinking that by the end of October, we will probably being buying a hedge hog for Jackson. I have to admit, they are pretty cute. I have been doing a ton of research on them trying to figure out if it would be a good fit for our home and family. It would live primarily in a cage with all the hamster wheels and such. Pretty easy maintenance from what I have read and might be a nice pet for a 13 year old little boy. I don't know really but trying to figure it out. If you have a hedgehog I would love to hear about your experiences. :) And yes... the new puppy will also be happening soon...I hope!

♥ I am thinking about going to the farmers market. However, I know I will want to buy a pumpkin and it's just too early! But some fresh fruit and veggies sound good.

♥ I also still need to find a new grill. I saw that Walmart would put them together for free if we buy it there. Considering Scott doesn't really even know what a hammer is for, it would really help! So maybe I can find one on sale. My little old fallen apart grill is still out in the yard and while it still does a great job of cooking our food, it looks bad and Scott hates it!

♥ I was talking with a girlfriend who really hates her job. She was telling me how awful it was and it simply made me feel grateful for being able to stay home. My ex husband worked hard and I got to stay home while the kids were young and Scott works hard enough for both of us...← his words not mine! I am blessed to be here everyday and I don't take one minute for granted.

I hope you having a wonderful weekend. I will be back later with a new video! xx

Saturday Rambles

Saturday, May 2, 2015
Hello, happy Saturday! I hope you are having a great day. We are starting off kinda lazy and late today which is totally fine by me. I thought I would share some thoughts bouncing around in my head today.

:: Scott has been working a ton of hours here lately. The hours have now changed and they are open until 8pm. I understand that is the retail business but I really don't like it. We miss him.

:: Yesterday I stayed so busy. I collapsed on the couch around 9pm and was all done. Until it was time to brush the cats out, pick up the kitchen and make the coffee before retiring to the bath. I seriously think that hot bath was probably one of the best parts of the day.

:: When I finally fell asleep last night, a royal baby was on the way. I tuned in to CNN right before falling asleep and was so happy that the Dutches of Cambridge was in labor. Ha! And there is a new princess and I can't wait to see her! How fun!

:: I really love the sunshine. It makes everything better. The cats love it too....Gabby is on her back.. paws up in the air soaking in some sun by the sliding glass door. I really think that cat has a persons spirit inside. Its crazy how smart she is.

:: The new computer is great so far! I really really had trouble on deciding on which one to get. It might not seem like a big deal to some but this machine is how I work. I get a small income from the blog and youtube and need something that can handle that work load. Fingers crossed this one lasts.

:: I have been behind on emails. I totally apologize for the delay but with those computer problems ↑ it made it hard to respond. I am going to be working on them in just a while. I did go through my inbox and sorted out the junk mail and placed all the emails in the folders to make the job easier today.

:: Yesterday I went to the social security office for the first time ever. I needed to get a new ss card with my married name on it. Even with the kids, the hospital handled all that and the cards just arrived in the mail. So that was an experience. I could figure out why they would need an armed guard in there. Well... a friend told me that is where all the disability cases are handled and people get upset a lot if their benefits are messed up or cut off.  Ok.....got it now. I hate to say this... but it was not a nice place. The cast of characters in there was a little scary. But they were helpful and its one step in the right direction. The man helping me in the picture didn't seem too happy that my id was expired ( which is why I was there ) but I think he felt sorry for me and just let it go through. I had to walk through a carnival to get to the office and was tired... a little confused but grateful for the help.

:: I am going to have to go outside and run my ass off on the treadmill to work off the late night doughnut snack. I actually drove by a krispy cream yesterday and didn't stop. I felt so proud of myself... and I was starving then I bought them while shopping. Ha! I guess once a doughnut girl... always a doughnut girl! Btw.. I bet I barely sweat through my workout....what is up with that?

:: Jackson went to bed last night without telling us goodnight. I hate hate hate that. He hasn't been feeling well so before I got in the bath last night, I actually woke him up when I was trying to sneak in his room and make sure he was breathing. Its so scary to me when a child says they have a headache and doesn't feel good and then goes to sleep. His messy room was hard to navigate with the lighting from my phone and I ended up kicking a ball sending it into a bunch of toys in the floor. Needless to say he was alive and not too happy with his mom for disturbing his rest! I felt better though! :)

:: All around the neighborhood flowers are blooming and its so pretty to see. Spring really is a magical time. Soon we will have hot hot weather and have to be watering everything to keep it alive. I just hope the housesitter will keep everything alive while we are gone on our vacation this June.

:: I watched 2 movies here recently. → Still Alice & Black and White ← both really good movies. I love Kevin Costner and Octavia Spencer....it was a really sweet movie and then Still Alice just hits your heart like no other. I need to get some full movie reviews up.

:: Emily over at The Freckled Fox ( a blogging friend ) posted some terribly sad news. Her husband has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She has 4 kids right now and pregnant with the 5th. I couldn't believe what I was reading. This young family is about to go through a lot.....and most of the Dr's think he will only be here another 5 years. I was shocked but really I felt sorry for his wife and all those children. If you pray, put this family in your prayers. They need all the love and support they can get now.

:: I have absolutely no plans today except recording a video. It feels good too. I am not sure what the day is going to hold but I am going at it with an open mind and heart. Hopefully it will be a relaxing day around the house soaking up some of the sun.

:: There was just a big crash - boom - crash sound from the other room. What do you want to be that it was the biggest cat in the house trying to get to my bedroom windows by knocking everything off the desk that was in his way. Sigh.

:: I had a nice talk yesterday with a lady down south that is helping us with one of the kids. The situation has made Scott and myself feel kinda hopeless but she actually picked up our spirits yesterday and it was uplifting. I still don't know what is going to happen but I have faith it will be ok.

:: I have been trying to drink more water. I really don't like it. It's been Voss water all last week and even though it was a better brand...it still tasted like plain old water. Nothing exciting for sure. I add some lemon sometimes but maybe I am doing something wrong. Look at all that delicious fruit in that bottle. It looks like they have made some homemade fruit punch in that water bottle. I wounder what that fruity concoction takes like? Might have to give it a try. Anything to make the water taste better. I just have to remind myself that there is no way to make my water taste like my beloved Mt. Dew.                                                                                                                                                                            :: My mom is on a motorcycle right now with Don. I don't like it at all. My sister and I would be lost if something happened to her. Please watch over her God. And it wouldn't surprise me if both dogs were in the little box on the back so watch over them too God.

:: Last night at 3am my best friend was up and ready to go. She fell asleep at 9pm slept till 3am and was drinking coffee as I was trying to go to bed. I am yawing and she is wide awake and giggly! I was kind jealous she was feeling so good when I was so tired. That long nap paid off but I bet she didn't get back to sleep till early this morning. And my money says shes sleeping right now.

:: I am going to try to get to the PO Box today. I didn't have a chance to get their yesterday so hopefully in a bit I can drive out there. It's a drive....but its a beautiful day.

Thank you guys for being so kind and supportive through out the years. This blog was a place where our family could keep up with us when we moved away. It has became so much more because of you guys. The same with my youtube channel. Its has grown because of you guys. I have been blessed with some of the best subscribers on the planet. I love you guys. ♥   Happy Saturday.

Happy Spring! | Catching Up |

Saturday, March 21, 2015
Hello friends! Happy Saturday to you all. I hope you are having a great afternoon. I thought I would drop in for a few minutes and say hello! This past week has been a week of craziness. Really, its been one thing after another. Very little has went according to schedule. We have dealt with no feeling well. headaches that turned into migraines, big pet issues, schedules going out the window, spats with Scott, and a never ending field trip. Sounds fun huh!?

This past week went by so fast. It was a fury of appointments, conversations, homekeeping and kids. I have had a problem trying to get everything fit into the day. And while I use to work into the late hours of night...things have changed. Instead of typing away working on blog post or editing videos at night, I am actually sleeping. My days and nights have been so out of whack but this past week, I have really worked hard at actually sleeping instead of working in bed. With spring here T -O- D- A - Y, I hope to wake up early on more mornings to hear the birds sing, be more productive when the sun is actually out, and not worry as much about schedules as such. Don't get me wrong.... a schedule really does help me to accomplish more but if I can't fit them into the daytime or evening hours, it will just have to wait until the next day.

Monday was just a trial run for how the week would go. We were off early to the Dr. office. I was tired and didn't accomplish much else. It was just a very somber kind of day. Then we moved back into Tuesday when we took all the female kitty cats and Cooper to the Vet to get fixed. 3 cats and a big dog to and from the Vet was a lot and we have had to be so careful nursing them back to health. It's being more difficult on the cats. They can't jump and when they do, its painful to watch... imagine being them. We are 4 days in at this point, and they are slowly getting better. It's bitter sweet....no more kittens for a long time. It was time though. I'll have another kitten in the house eventually but now we have our hands full.

Wednesday I woke up with a headache that lasted all day long and because I was scared to inject myself with a needle so as evening set in, so did a migraine. It was awful. I just went straight to bed around 10pm and was all done. Thursday was the only resemblance of a normal day. Yesterday presented itself with a bunch of problems and complications. Nothing was really going the way I wanted so I took a break and just let things happen naturally. Of course that meant that no video went up. Instead of being upset about it, I just went with the flow. But problems kept popping up and I just kept knocking them down one by one! :) But it didn't stop until after 1am. Jackson had a big field trip to Atlanta yesterday. We were suppose to pick him up at 8pm which turned into 10pm ... 11 pm and finally at 12:30 am the buses rolled in and we finally picked up our child. It was after 1am before we got home and in bed. Scott and I didn't have the best day either. It was complicated and nothing I want to speak of but it was nice waking up today...the first day of spring, to a better day. Well, so far it's been better. I can only hope it stays good. :)

So once again, emails have pilled up..voicemail is full and I have a house that needs cleaned up but that stuff will all have to wait. We have a beautiful spring day and I am going to enjoy some outside time with Jackson! I do plan on recording a quick video in a bit but I want to soak up some of the fresh air and sunshine first. Hopefully I will have it up later this afternoon. I hope you guys are getting some sunshine of your own today in one way or another. I'll talk to you soon!

Saturday Letters! :)

Saturday, December 20, 2014
Hello friends! I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday. I am back making an effort again today to catch up. So this is basically Friday letters on Saturday. Hope you enjoy!

Dear God, Thank you for blessing us with our lives. I won't lie....it's been kinda difficult off an on the past couple of weeks but with your grace we are putting one foot in front of the other. Focusing on the future is much better than looking back and trying to redo or relive the past. Thank you for listening to my prayers.

Dear Christmas, You came upon us super fast this year. However, I feel more prepared for you this year than any other. I do hate how everything is about the gifts which is why I like Thanksgiving better but this year, I didn't get what people asked for. Instead I got and made things I thought they would like. Please be good to us while we are in our hometowns. I need you to be good!

Dear Zane, Your dad and I are so sorry for what has happened. Actually all the kids feel horrible too and are worried about you. I promise we are working hard to try to get you here. It won't happen quick or easy but we are going to be there at the end of January. Please call when you can. Your dad put the number in the letter. We love you.

Dear Self, try to remember that things don't have to be perfect. You can live with things less than perfect so just deal with it. Stop spending so much time on one thing and get moving. Anything is better than nothing.

Dear Walmart & Dollar Tree, if I can find my motivation, we have a date today. I really don't want to get out in the crazy mess of holiday shopping but I am afraid I have to today. * Sigh.

Dear Ocean, do you remember me because I sure remember you. I have settled for not living beside you and I have settled for not smelling that fresh salt air, and deep inside I know I won't be without you for too long. Each passing day I miss you. I wish Scott would just bring home a Uhal and tell me we are going to be reunited again.

TumblrDear Brittany, I know you are growing up...noticing boys...trying new things but remember to do things because you really want to them not because you are bored. You have so much ahead of you so I don't understand the hurry with everything. One day you are going to look back and see that these years are some of the best. You have to keep focused on what you want to accomplish and don't let some boy or goofy friends take you down a different path. I love you...can't wait to see you in a few days!

Dear Vlogidays, you are seriously taking over right now. I haven't even tried to get up any other videos because I have been working hard enough with the daily vlogs. I enjoy you but it will be nice to slow down a little after the first of the year.

Dear Sony, I agree with the President...you made a mistake letting some idiot dictitor punk you out of showing your movie. I don't really care what your personal private emails say. I really care about what we are telling them with the decision you made.

Dear Jackson, I hope you enjoyed playing hookie yesterday but don't get use to it. I know you have been trying much harder this year so I thought the break would be nice for you. I know you are so ready to head up to see your dad. We are just a few days away!

Dear New French Press, I am really in love with you. For a couple of weeks now you have made me amazing coffee and my best friends ear finally got a rest about the coffee situation. So far there have been no grounds in my cup like there was with the electric pot and the coffee is soooooo much better.

Dear Bill Cosby, Where there is smoke there is fire. And there is a ton of smoke around you. I am shocked. Really it just goes to show how easy people can be fooled.

Dear Mom, Sorry we are not coming for Christmas. I love you but I think you understand us needing to be with the kids this year. Can't wait to see you on the big boat in June! ;)

Dear Peppermint Bark, I should have made you again this year. I still might.

Dear Jordan, I really don't know how to convince you that your family is more than the people you live with. I love you and wish more than anything that you would actually call and speak. I hope you are doing ok and have a wonderful Christmas.

Dear Laura and Roman, I am so glad you guys are both doing well. I tried to call you last night but I am sure its not so easy right now juggling one new born and 2 toddlers. We love you guys and can't wait to see you in a few days!

Dear Red String, I know it might sound silly but I need to get you back on before we head up north. I should just try to wrap it around my entire body for protection. I really wonder if one will do the trick, why wouldn't 2 do better?

Dear House, we have a lot to do to you before and after our trip.I want to get you in tip top shape before we have the home study for Zane plus it will make it easier to move with a lot of the clutter gone.

Dear Shanna, Sorry I didn't call back last night. I was super tired and just got cozy under the blankets and that was it. But call when you get up!

Dear Scott, Sorry you have been so upset about Zane. I know you are worried as I am. Hopefully it will all work out where he can move in with us. I love you. Thanks for working hard each day. I know its not easy but I appreciate your love for us and our family. I hope you and Jackson have a wonderful time at the Football game tomorrow!

Dear Indiana, You know my feelings about you. I normally would never spend Christmas up there but our kids are there as well as our grandchildren. So what is need from you is this....
* A nice trip. No freak emergencies..No Police...No Problems.
* Wonderful time with family and friends...no drama.
* Temperatures that are not freezing. That might be a stretch but one can hope.
* Our hotel to be nice with no loud neighbors.
* Keep my dad out in his hidden home in the woods. Like I said...no drama.
* I don't want to run into any ex's except Art. The few others I hope to avoid. So no unexpected appearances at like a gas station or something.
* Only smiles and laughter. Otherwise I will probably pack the car up early and come right back home.

Dear Romeo, you are by far the best cat in the house. I will even venture to say....in the entire state of South Carolina. So guess what that means!? It means you get a special travel pass to go up north with us! We can't spend Christmas without you. ♥

Dear Rain, thanks for making today's errands easier. Not. Plus your cold so I just want to stay home all day long.

Dear Trina, it won't be long now. I am kinda sad that Vicki and Brandon won't be with us over Christmas but we will make sure to get around to see them while we are in town. Thank you for placing my 31 order. Can't wait to see everything!

Dear Laci Renee, I miss you. I know you are busy like no other but you have to make more time to call! Sorry we won't be seeing each other over Christmas but maybe we can skype or something on Christmas Eve or Christmas day sometime.

Dear Cooper, I promise to find you a bed soon!

Dear Blog & Youtube Friends, So sorry that I have been behind with blogging. I promise I am working on it and trying to find some kind of normalcy again. It hasn't been easy getting things ready for our Christmas trip, vlog, and make time for blog posts all at the same time. But I have really missed you guys. Blogging is such a relief for me. I am always so amazed by your love and support otherwise I could never keep going. I hope you guys all have the most beautiful and blessed Christmas. Stay tuned for our travel vlogs from Indiana. Vlogidays has been great and I have totally loved sharing with you. However, when the new year comes, I will be slowing down a little bit. So be sure to find me on all my social media and follow along so you don't miss anything!

Happy Saturday!

Happy Weekend! | Saturday To Do's |

Saturday, October 11, 2014
Hello friends! I hope you are having a beautiful October Saturday. Here in South Carolina we are just starting to see the colors change for the fall season. Its a bit cool to me today but really its perfect. No air going....windows are open, ceiling fans on, just airing out our home. This is the perfect time of year to do it before winter comes and everything has to be closed up. I have been up for a long while but I haven't really accomplished much. Instead I have been doing tons of work on the computer. I try to take Saturday to do all my updates, defrag my hard drive, etc. Its still going on right now but its at the point where I can do other things online now. I have been on the hunt for a new laptop. I have a Sony Vaio that I adore and I just found out they no longer make computers. GREAT. So now what do I get? I tried two different new ones this past month and both went back and I am still on the Sony. So I figured while I am busy searching for the right laptop, I better take really good care of this one. Thank God it still has windows 7 on it...8 is plain awful. Anyway, that's what I have been up to. I still have a lot I want to try to get accomplished today.

Toss Laundry around - and put it up where it belongs.....something that never seems to happen.

Try to maybe run a couple errands....I need to go check the PO Box and I also need to do a quick run to the dollar tree. That might happen tomorrow though...not sure.
Vacuum all the cat hair off the floor. Having 4 long haired Persian kitty cats doesn't help at all. I wish I could find a use for all that hair! It's a never ending job.
Add fresh water to my beautiful roses from bouqs!

There are even more flowers on the way and I plan on doing a full review. However, if you guys want a great deal for some beautiful flowers, the link in the → side bar where you can get 15% off your first order! :)
Finish some food prep for the upcoming week. Stay tuned for a food haul w/ my shopping vlog coming up today. You guys really seemed to like this video so I plan on having another one up soon.
Wash all the bedding...that is for sure happening today. I think I am going to get Jackson to help by pulling off the sheets and getting the pillow cases off the pillows. He should love that. NOT.
Try not to think about Amanda Bynes. I was just saying in Friday Letters that I was worried about her. Well now she is back to the hospital hopefully getting the help she needs. Its so hard not to think about the shit I hear on CNN.
BTW...its official we are taking off on a big family cruise this coming June. I think there are like 25 people already signed up to go. My mom is all over it and basically the ring leader. If any family is reading this, if you want to go the dates are June 22-26 leaving out of Tampa. Contact me and I will put you in touch with her. There is some kind of discount because so many people are going so come on and go with us! The boat is huge....you don't have to be around anyone you don't want. So vacation is underway. I am so thankful Scott got it ok'd at his new job! I will tell you more about it in the months to come.
I need to really get the first floor bathroom cleaned up and reorganized today. Its the most used bathroom in the house and always requires more work than what my big bathroom does. That needs to happen today.
Tonight I am making one of the plated meals for Scott and myself. If you don't know what I am talking about..... check out this instagram video and it shows you! I will have to make Jackson something different which is totally ok...he wouldn't like it anyway.
Hide from my neighbor. Yep....  I am keeping the blinds closed more because this house is full of windows. I need a house in the country.

Give Cooper a good workout on the treadmill a little later. Its perfect weather for it.
Answer emails and comments later this evening. I don't know how many I will get through but I will do my best. I already answered a lot of emails this morning. :)
I am sure many other things are going to pop up for me as the day goes on. Its still a long day for Scott. I doubt he will be home before 8:30. I do appreciate the time to myself so I can get a lot done but I also hate it when he has to work so late.  We are still all adjusting to new schedules but this one I already showed is working well for me right now! I hope you have a great Saturday. I will be back in a bit with that food haul.

Saturday Rambles

Hello friends.....happy Saturday to you all. I have been at my desk working since the moment I opened my eyes. I thought I would take a break from all the paperwork and such and come share some random Saturday thoughts...hope you enjoy.

* Jackson's little friend stayed the night and both are zoned out on video games. Its a beautiful day and the boys want to play mind craft instead.

* I did make a run to the post office this morning and checked the mail. I plan on having a video up this next week showing what has arrived. :) Those videos are always so fun!

* I have been thinking about Shannon and his death...which is really sad. Its awful for his parents and I know its really hard on the rest of the family. I just hope where ever he is, he is at peace and watching over his loved ones.

* I think one of my neighbors is a peaking Tom. He said a couple things to me that pretty much implied he might be actually looking in our windows. It totally freaked me out and the blinds on the first floor have been closed every since. O..M..G → see why I hate the neighbors. There is only 1 set of neighbors that I actually like and trust...the rest not so much.

* I had the most relaxing day at the nail salon yesterday. I started out going to one local nail salon a while back. I wasn't happy at all with the service or my nails but I gave it a second chance. Still wasn't happy and then a nail broke. So I start looking around for another salon and found one much closer and its been really nice. I had a pedicure, got my nails done and even had my eyebrows done and was totally happy when I walked out. I don't get a ton of pedicures but I needed one this time....and I enjoyed every minute! With my nails, they are as long as the acrylics so next time, they are coming off and we are jut putting a overlay on them. Why is it that my nails grow so much faster under the fake nails....I don't know.

* Jackson and Zach are going to the skating rink tonight on their own which scares me to death. They both have phones and both are getting older. 12 years old is about the age I started going a few places without my parents but I am going to to worry the entire time.

* We got a new stove! Its electric...nothing too fancy but its much better than the one we have. For some reason it decides on its own when it will work or not so out it went, and in came the new one! Totally happy about it!

* I think its about time to make some homemade bird feeders. When the cooler weather does show up, its going to be harder on them to find food. Now is the time to start getting ready for the cooler months. That even means cleaning out the garage which I hate with a passion. Lets hope I can talk Scott into doing it for me!

* I am slowly... I mean slowly getting back on schedule. Its been really hard trying to get back into the school swing. Its been a challenge to get earlier dinners on the table, homework done and showers much earlier than what we were doing over the summer. Here in SC it still feels like summer to us so its even harder to go back to a strict routine.

* Every animal in our house is sound asleep. Cooper is even snoring. Don't they know what time it is!?

* The ex wife is at it again. Most of the time she excludes Scott out of his sons life....but when Zane is in trouble, Scott is called and suppose to be the bad guy. What a bunch of bullshit. Is it too early for a glass of wine!?

* Iyanla Vanzant has her season premier on OWN tonight. Guess what its about? A man with 34 children by 17 different women. Holy shit... hes been busy.

I'm not going to miss it. Bad thing is.. the guys kinda cute and clearly able to get the women. He needs snipped. Can't wait to watch it! There's also a new episode of Dr. Poll... on netgeo that I can't wait to watch!

* Its time to clean the chalkboard wall and start a new week. I got two to clean now but I totally love them...so I'm not complaining. Its a bit of a work out though cleaning the big one!

* I pretty much have no idea how Jackson is doing in school. I use to be able to email the teachers daily about his work and behavior but now not so much. I guess no news is good news...right??? Idk. but I hope and pray he is doing everything he is suppose to be doing.

* I was hoping it would rain a little so I wouldn't have to go outside and water plants. So far.. no rain.

* I am thinking tonight with the boys going to the skating rink it would be a good unexpected date night for Scott and myself. Most the time I am completely wore out as he walks in the door. So maybe tonight he won't have to work late and we can have some time together. One can hope!

I hope you guys are having a great afternoon. I will be back in a bit with a new video that I want to share. Let me know how you are doing today if you care to share.

Saturday Rambles

Saturday, August 9, 2014

Hello friends! I hope you are having a beautiful Saturday. I am back taking things a little slower today. I have been running around like a crazy person for days and I just don't have that much energy. Don't get me wrong...I have a lot of things I need to try to get done today but I don't care about the late start. I thought I would take a few minutes to say hi and give you some updates. Hope you enjoy!

I cancelled the housekeepers who were coming this morning. Coopers Vet appointment was extensive. Plus we had a lot of new things the wanted us to get him including meds that we now have to get from the pharmacy now. It was a very expensive day and Scott thought maybe we should wait with the cleaning lady. He's right...I can clean the house for a couple of weeks until we make up for how much we spent on Cooper. I am not complaining though because he needed the care. It was more important to get him cared for than getting the house cleaned. We spent triple what we had budgeted for his appointment so I'm waiting.

Speaking of Cooper the ladies at nurses and Dr. were amazing. The new Vet is very very consistent and smart. She really is. She has been very detailed and helpful. Scott and I are very grateful for her. And Cooper will be too.

Today is grocery shopping day and I still need to menu plan. The past few days everything has been so busy and exhausting. I really don't want to go but Jackson thinks he is starving and I do need to get a few things for our villa in Myrtle Beach. I just have to suck it up and get motivated.

I need to work on some videos but I just haven't had the time. I seriously need to make the time but I got a ton of things to do around here first. I will record hauls but I need other content than just my shopping days. Don't forget I have a giveaway going on right now that you can get entered in by clicking right here.

Jackson has a old friend coming to stay the night and going to have some fun tomorrow. He wanted to take them to a theme park but there is a forecast for 80 % rain so they changed it to some kind of indoor gaming place. I bet they still have a ton of fun!
I have a bunch of dirty tennis shoes to get in the washer sometime very soon. I should have done it days ago. We wore them when we went tubing down Green River and they have been on the front porch every since. Gotta get them cleaned up.

Brittany officially made it through the first week of school. She's still acting kinda shy about it but give a couple more weeks and she will be miss social butterfly of the class. I constantly remind her that she is not there to be social...she is there for a education....its just a stepping stone to more education. I pray I can keep her focused.

I got Jackson to the eye Dr. and his eyes are only getting worse. I feel bad for him and I don't like it one bit. Its so scary when something is wrong with the kids. All we can do is pray for him and let the Dr.s try to help.

I have been watching The Dutches today. I wish we still lived in a time when we dressed so beautifully. I love the movie and its the perfect thing to watch when getting a slow start to the day.

My sister in laws car got rear ended today. Needless to say she is not too happy. I am just glad she was not in the car and uninjured.

Its another cloudy drizzly day. Another reason it's been hard to get my ass up off the couch and doing what I need to do. Where is the sunshine!? I hope the weather at Myrtle Beach this next weekend is nicer than what we going on here.

I hope you are having a great weekend. I will be responding to comments and emails later this weekend. Probably Sunday. Thank you guys for being so sweet. I have to do...and need to get moving. Be back when I can!
