Hello friends. It's amazing to me how late I am getting around to posting on here. Oh-well...it's just summertime hours! Today I uploaded a new What's Cookin' video sharing our daily meals. I try to bring you along a little bit taking you through the cooking process instead of just sharing some quick food diary. Here's the meals we recently had. Hope you enjoy! 

I am trying to eat a little more simple. Less meat and potatoes and more chicken and vegetables. With summer here, we don't want such heavy meals and it's too nice to be stuck in the kitchen all night. Simple, fast, overall healthy is how I want it right now! I can't believe how fast the clock is going today. I woke up pretty early and the day seems to have passed by so quickly. I actually need to get going with dinner really soon. Weekly Food & Household Shopping Haul! | Video |

Hello friends....happy happy Friday to you all. Today I went out and did some shopping. I didn't do a huge haul because we have a trip planned next week and I really want to use up a lot of the food we already have. I include our dinner menu and the items I got. Hope you enjoy! 

Thankfully tonight I am not in the kitchen worrying about dinner. We are finishing up leftovers tonight which makes me super happy. Happy I don't have to cook and happy that we are not wasting food! Hello friends! I hope your evening is going well. I am back sharing a new food diary of sorts going over our daily meals. I know not everyone likes how we eat or what I cook but I do my best to make my family happy. Could we maybe use a little improvement.....you bet. Large Food & Household Shopping Haul | Aldi & Ingles |

Hello friends. I hope you are having a wonderful evening. I am back tonight sharing a new food and household shopping haul. I was suppose to go on Friday but the snow came and I never made it out until today. I share our menu plan for this next week along with everything we got. Hope you enjoy!

We have another snow day tomorrow. I think it's too snowy and icy in a lot of neighborhoods for the all the buses to get around.  The kids are loving it! Anyway, tomorrow I hope to finally get that new camera that should have been here already. I don't really like filming with the camera I was using so I am beyond ready for it to get here. If everything goes as planned, I hope to get a review and giveaway up in the evening hours. :) I am however, skipping a vlog tomorrow but I should still have a week in review up. Hello friends! I hope your evening is going well. It's been a long day for me and I am totally happy to be home relaxing at this point in the evening. It's been a day of menu planning, searching and printing for coupons, and then shopping...bringing it home, making a video, editing, uploading...finally getting it all put away. - Woooooh....see it's a lot! - Anyway, I bought a lot from Ingles, Aldi's and Walmart. In order to get the best deals I had to shop around. Some of this is for Thanksgiving but some is also for us leading up before Thanksgiving and after. My mom is bringing the big turkey and a bunch of other stuff which is totally nice and helpful.

Aldi Food Shopping Haul & Menu Plan

Hello everyone! Happy Thursday to you all. For today's video I thought I would share my 2nd ever trip to Aldi's. I am shocked because I feel like I got a lot for how much I spent. Idk for sure because I don't really do price books but I think we came out pretty good. If you want an idea of the meals we will be having this week, plus the groceries we got, enjoy the video! :)

I think I will start doing some mini reviews on some of the products I have found at Aldi's.  I know that many of you have been shopping at Aldi's for a while but it's still pretty new to me. :) I didn't need a ton of produce this trip but I last time I loaded up and it all tasted great! If you have favorites from Aldi's I would love to hear what they are!

What's Cookin' Our Daily Meals | Cook with Me | Video

Hello friends! Happy Sunday to you all. Around here life has been pretty calm today. We have all being laying around watching the hours pass by while accomplishing very little. It's Sunday after all and we like to use this day to relax, regroup and prepare for the upcoming week. This video I am sharing with you all, share our daily dinners with you. Even when I am out of the kitchen enjoying dinner out, I share it. You guys told me that you wanted to see all the meals and I try to listen. Hope you enjoy! 

I hope you enjoyed the video. I know we all eat different. We are not a sugar free...gluten free family. We try to get pretty healthy but some times we like to switch things up with a fun dinner like the waffle dinner we had on Friday night. It's fun and the boys love it. Quick Food Shopping Haul! | Video |

Hello friends! I hope your Wednesday is going well. I have spent a lot of the morning working on the computer and trying to catch up. Yesterday Scott was off work and we had a busy day together and then we had a wonderful date night where we went for a couples massage and then had a delicious dinner. I kinda rushed through this food haul because I was totally running late. Hope you don't mind...promise to do better next time! 

Today has already been busy. I took Super Cooper to the VET and been doing some things around the house. I also went out and did a little more shopping today and that household haul will be up tomorrow. Hope you guys are having a great night.xx

Walmart Shopping Haul | Video |

Hello friends! I hope your evening is going well. Most of the day I have been busy around the house cleaning surface areas. We had a ton of stuff on the 1st floor that just needed to go away. So that's been my day. Last night, I was busy with shopping. I had to get a few items but nothing like when I am buying food for a houseful of kids! Hope you enjoy.

Weekly Food Shopping & Dollar Tree Hauls | Video |

Hello friends! Happy weekend to you all. I am back this evening sharing our latest food shopping haul and a quick Dollar Tree Haul. I also share with you the meals we are planning to have even though sometimes they get changed up. :) In fact, this morning I went to one of our local farm stands and got everything we would need for dinner tonight. I just couldn't help myself around all those fresh vegetables and even some fresh chicken to grill out. You can't beat that! If you want to see the other things we got, enjoy the video!

Hello friends! I hope you all are staying warm. I have been watching the news and shocked at how much snow the upper east coast is getting. Thank goodness we are just a little bit further down so we are experiencing cold weather but nothing like that. So if you are jammed up in the house and need something to do why not check out our latest daily meals. This videos are to encourage you to menu plan, help inspire you with maybe different meals than what you normally make and I show them in vlog style so you can actually see me cooking. I didn't have as many dinners in this video as before just because we were traveling and I am serving leftovers when I can. A lot of times I make more with the intentions of having it again....maybe in a different kind of way later in the week. It gives me a break from the kitchen and stops us from wasting so much food.
