Hello friends! I hope you all are staying warm. I have been watching the news and shocked at how much snow the upper east coast is getting. Thank goodness we are just a little bit further down so we are experiencing cold weather but nothing like that. I didn't have as many dinners in this video as before just because we were traveling and I am serving leftovers when I can. A lot of times I make more with the intentions of having it again....maybe in a different kind of way later in the week. It gives me a break from the kitchen and stops us from wasting so much food.
