Late Night Rambles

What a much better night tonight was than last night. My day went really well. I got up..Went to the nail shop ( pictures below ), then went shopping to get stuff for Easter. We are having 6 over for dinner so I wanted to get a few surprises for them! I will get those post up later..Time kinda few by today. Scott went to the conference in Charlotte and was home about 5pm. He got changed, went to work for about 30 minutes then went and played 9 holes of golf with Michael.

Around 8 they came in and Scott came bearing..

This beautiful bouquet of flowers! I love fresh flowers and I love when he thinks of me!

I took the bouquet and broke it up and put flowers around the house.

And in the living room!!!

Dinner was done when the the guys walked in...We sat down to

Chicken Parmesan..

But it was delicious...I served it with salad, and garlic bread. For dessert, we had little Eclairs.

Then while I cleaned up the kitchen the guys..

played...Call of Duty..That's Mr. Michael and you can kinda see Scott towards the back. Michael has really became family. Such a good person.

Back to my nails...I went in to the shop today and had the pink and black taken off and asked for an American Manicure.

And its OK..Not exactly the way it has looked in the past. The white should be a little less white and more flesh toned and the pink should be more pink with a top coat.. And the whites should be so wide. I wasn't too happy with the way they turned out but for $9.00 it was good enough for now..

But after I left I went shopping and picked up..

2 polishes that I am going to use in a day or so. I wont be able to do the American myself..Nails is not my thing. But I am going to make them more natural.

Just wanted to try it!

So I have a lot to do this week..Tons and Tons of stuff. I have a Dr. Apt on Thursday, I have to go shopping for Easter Dinner, Go get wine from Sams on Saturday, Get the things ready for the table, Get the Goodies ready, Get the house really cleaned before Sunday, Go shopping for my mom's birthday ( May 4 ) ...and that job is not so easy, Get the bills paid, Gets Scott's birthday cake and gifts..and not to mention my car is gong back in the shop to get the air conditioner finished up. They put a new compressor in it and now they are putting a new electronic panel in where the controls are. I'm sure there is more I am forgetting! I just got to keep track of everything in the calender so I keep track of everything.

Tonight I got this picture of Gabby Sleeping in the hallway.

It really shows that growing belly. It might not look so big to you guys but she is really growing out . You can kinda tell with her small little head attached to a much bigger body! Sweet thing!

I looked on down the hallway and Super Cooper was all smiles!

Actually he kinda looks tired! Long day of playing ball!

I ended my night with ..

and a looong bubble bath!

So its been a good night. From what I understand my old town is having some pretty strong rain and winds right about now. I hope all you guys in the Indiana/Louisville area are safe and sound. Its a pretty big band and it looks to be coming this way. I think it is suppose to get here tomorrow late afternoon.. Lets just hope we don't loose power again. I don't deal well without it. I think if I knew I was going to be without power for a few days, I could prepare and be OK..But when it happens all of a sudden and you have no idea when it will be back on; makes it really hard to deal with. I don't mind the wind and rain as long as there is no tornado's!

Tonight I had the back door open with dinner and I guess I let all kind of bugs in the house. The cats are running all over trying to catch them. Not such a good idea! I found this screen that latches to your door. We don't have screens on either of the doors.. I like the windows and doors open..So I am thinking that is going to be a purchase soon!

Well..its late and I need to make coffee and get to bed!
