Happy Birthday MOM & Sunday Inspiration

Happy Sunday Friends! Its a beautiful day because guess what!? Its my moms birthday! :) I am so blessed to have an awesome fun loving happy mom. Honestly, she is so much more outgoing than I ever will be but we meet each other where we are! She is a wonderful mom who I am so thankful to have another year with. I can't imagine being without her. I would totally feel lost without her love and support. Happy Birthday mom. You already know how much I love you!

Florida & Christmas VLOGS!

Hello everyone! I hope you are having a great afternoon. We are finally back home from our Florida Christmas trip! I thought to just make it easy I would include the last 4 vlogs including our Christmas Vlogs , in just one post!

We had such a lovely time together and it was amazing having my mom and sister there with me to celebrate Christmas with Marjorie and Keith. My ex step father even showed up for Christmas. Needless to say we had a houseful! I think one of the most memorable persons there was Keith's Mother Houviann. You can see her in the picture on the - Our Christmas Eve Vlog - sitting at the first chair at the restaurant. OMG. She is 79 years YOUNG and such an amazing woman. We all had so much fun with her. I hope you guys enjoy these vlogs....we are caught up with them from the point but I still have more videos from my other channel to share with you too.. Stay tuned! Hellloooo Thursday!

Well mom is heading back home today. I am so thankful for all her help with the kids and the house. She did so much packing...which will make the coming days more easy for me. We should be totally moved into the new house by the 15th. I am going to try to do more packing this weekend and then next week I need to start working on getting the utilities on and things switched. Everything is new.. including the tv service.. so it's not going to be easy switching everything. But we are getting closer to moving day! I will be so happy to get out of here. The house here is crazy right now with boxes stacked up every where and it feels like a mess...which I hate but I am just trying to deal with it until we get moved. 

Gabby is doing great. I still wish I knew what happened to her. But now she is running around here acting like a cat again! I am sure going to miss that Pet Hospital. They have been so good to her that its going to be hard finding another Vet that I like so much. Her leg has just grew out from the iv during her c-section.. then this happens and they shave it again! Its going to take another 5 months for it go grow out again. ):  But the main thing is she's ok.. and that's all that really matters. 

It hasn't been so easy on Scott and I these past few days either. He's been tired and grumpy.. and I haven't been so accommodating to hear him say it. There are 3 kids here, 5 cats, 1 big ass dog.... AND my mom and her dog was here.. I don't have the kind of time or energy to accommodate any of them for any length of time! I was pretty upset with him the past few days but hopefully better days are ahead. I think I hated that he acted like an ass when my mom was here the most. We get along 90% of the time...and then when mom is here he's grumpy...not good. But I hope his bad mood goes away soon! Brittany is pretty moody too. The boys are far easier than she is..by far! 

Well, I am going to try to get my sleepy unmotivated ass up so I can get some things done around here. I'll be back later.

Summer Egg Fight [ Video ]

 Its been a fun few days.. yesterday we did a big Scvanager Hunt with the kids ( pictures coming soon! ) and today mom wanted to have an egg fight with them! It was a lot of fun watching! I stood back and took pictures and video and let them get all " yolky " , if you will!

Late Night Hellooooooo!

It's been so busy around here...After we got back from the trip my mom put her foot up my butt and got me packing! I'm serious.. its been a lot of work but we have got it done. We managed to finish the garage tonight and I was scared to death of actually cleaning that mess up but we did it together. I seriously would have never went out there without my moms help. Thank you mom!! I really am grateful! We also got my bedroom closet done too which I knew was a big mess and would take hours to do. We through out a lot of stuff, packed up the rest and even got all the boxes downstairs. Its been a lot of work but she has sure made it a lot easier on me. Scott came home grumpy and got on my last damn nerve. But hopefully he gets some sleep tonight and wakes up in a better mood. I think what upsets me the most is he's nice all day at work and by time he gets home hes sleepy.. grumpy.. and I just didn't want to deal with it tonight. I snapped back a little but he quickly went to bed and that was it. I am going to sleep it off too and wake up to a new fresh day not feeling so tired and grumpy. Speaking of tomorrow its Shanna's birthday!!! She is such a good friend to me and I love her dearly.. Happy Birthday Beautiful! I know things have been kinda slow with the blog. I have a bunch of videos already done and waiting to go up but I just don't have a lot of time right now. I am hoping after mom leaves I will have a little extra time again but it will still be slow until we get moved. Gabby getting sick also slowed things down even more. I will do a post later to explain everything but she's home and doing great. She is acting like old Gabby and I am so happy. She's my love and the first cat Scott ever got me. She's a very special member of the family and we were really worried about how sick she was. I'm glad I had mom to go through that with me too because it was pretty scary. The kids did great today. They all got along and Zane is as cute as ever. Brittany was a bit of a handful but that's to be expected...she is my daughter after all! But its so nice to have them all here at the same time. I love it! Its late and I need to get to bed.... I just wanted to say hi and let you guys whats been going on around here!

Happy Day!

I know I haven't been a very good bloggy person the past few days but so many things have been going on that I have barely opened my laptop. We got Zane and got back home last night and today I got GABBY!! She is on a lot of meds and I am not sure what happened to her.. honestly the Vet doesn't really know what happened but her blood work is looking better and she was able to come home. She looks like she is back to her old self. I am so relieved. 

So when we got home from our big trip.. mom had a ton of the house packed up! Ha!! She kicks ass... and in just a few minutes we are heading back up to the second floor and finish my closet. Also mom sold her house and has to go home and pack up again.. wow.. but we are all doing great and I will be back as soon as things calm down. Mom is really wanting to help me get the house packed up and that's exactly what she is doing. I have some videos that will be popping up and I also have a travel vlog that will be showing up soon too. Please just bare with me during this very busy time in the Jaggers family!

What a Day...

Hello everyone. Its been one hell of a day for us in the Jaggers house. So first I will start out with Gabby. For the past 2 days Gabby has looked pretty damn bad. We were not sure why.. but being she had an apt today to be boarded at the Vet I decided to wait to take her in.  When we arrive I insist on her being seen.. and thank God I did because she is in bad bad shape. We have no idea why but her blood count is down where she doesn't red blood cells and her liver seems to be shutting down. We don't know why.. She has all the signs of a diabetic cat but the Dr. John doesn't think that's it. He about knocked both my mom and I out of our socks when he said she will probably need a blood transfusion over the weekend if she is going to survive. HOLY SHIT. I am so worried and upset. I am glad she is in the hospital being treated but I can't understand what happened to her. She is only 4 years old and has been very healthy. But she went from a happy go lucky cat 3 days ago to 

Happy Day!

Happy Thursday Friends! Today is the day that Brittany and mom get here...Well, its really tonight but its totally exciting to have them here. I love summer when all the kids are here playing and laughing. Its wonderful. We always have such a good time and I am excited summer is here! I am pretty much excited about everything.. the kids, mom, moving, summer.. all of it! (: 

So today I am going to focus on cleaning and forget about the packing for a couple of days. I don't think the house will be perfect for mom and Brittany but it does need cleaned up a bit. Thankfully I have till about 7pm to get things done before we head to the airport.  And then tomorrow night we leave for Louisiana to get Zane. See.. BUSY BUSY!

Hellooooo!

Hi Late Night Friends! I guess you can tell it was a busy day for me with NO BLOG POSTS! I had one reader send in an email about 8pm wondering if I was ok! Seriously you guys.. You are the best readers a girl could ask for! (: Everything was good today.. I just stayed busy doing lots of stuff around the house including packing and cleaning. No so much fun but I got a lot done! I still have more to do tomorrow. Mom and Brittany are flying in about 9pm so I have to get things ready for both of them! I am so excited to be getting both my mom and my daughter tomorrow! Summer is here and I am super super super happy about it. In the evening hours I asked my mom who is in Indiana to stop by and give someone in our family a card because their birthday is right around the corner. Well, both Brittany and mom went with the cards in hand and basically was turned away. Mom handled it much better than I would have because I would broke down the damn door and pulled them out. I don't really understand what the problem was but I don't even care. Its petty.. and its stupid on their part because they have a HUGE LOVING FAMILY and are truly missing out. I honestly think the dark forces have took over and who knows what this person has told by others and such. It actually bothered Brittany more than my mom. She couldn't understand what she did wrong. She said she was mistreated a lot by this person in the past and she forgave them but she just couldn't make sense of being treated that way. Thank God for the heart that my daughter has. She is so loving and kind but I just explained that this person has mental issues and she already knew that. Its not easy teaching rejection to a 11 year old but life doesn't always happen the way we want it. What was really touching was when she said " I am going to pray for him mom. " How precious is that? My mom said, she felt good that she was able to see them for a second and hopes in the future things will work out with this family member. Honestly, we are not the ones who have pushed them away. Nope. Its the people that surrounds him that have done the pushing and influencing. I think it was almost funny when my mom was told that this person heard a voicemail she left and that's the reason they were so upset. I think thats laughable being I know many things they have done worse than a bitchy voice mail. That's just an excuse for disrespectful rude behavior. Period. We have been here with an open heart and open doors for years now and while we can offer... we can't drag them through it. So I am glad mom and Brittany went. And I hope that it works out in time and if it doesn't then that is the way its suppose to be and we accept it. But thank you mom and Brittany. I love you guys and mom.. I appreciate everything you do. I am so excited to have you guys coming tomorrow! Woooooooo-hooooooo! Scott is excited too. 

So tomorrow I have to finish cleaning and run a bunch of errands. Another busy day for me. I will try to blog a little but today I just got busy and said screw it! But I guess I should have jumped on here to just say hi so everyone knew I was ok! Its going to be really busy until at least Monday. Mom will be here until next Thursday..but I will still be packing and getting ready to move. So bare with me while we make some big changes!

Happy Mothers Day!

Happy Mothers Day! I hope this day fills you with you love and happiness. I am so thankful for the mother I have but also for the mom that I am. I have a loving loyal mom who has been my rock for many years. Its not always easy and we don't always agree but we are super close and I love her very much. To be very honest, after my grandfather passed away, I really lost my dad. My real dad and I are not close and she has had to make up for him over the years. I didn't live with my mom or dad growing up which totally sucked once I got a drivers license there was nothing that was going to keep me away from her! She was around all the time anyway but for me.. I really thought our relationship grew when I was more in control of my time opposed to my grandparents and what they wanted.  I am lucky to have her. I wouldn't be the same without her love.

Happy Birthday Mom!

Happy Birthday to my wonderful mom!! I really wish we could be spending it together but she knows I love her no matter if we are apart or not. 

She is having a great day with Don and has already opened her gifts. I got her these very pretty boots that she wanted. I also got her this bowl that is used for dip that you put ice around and I finished it up with getting her a pair of earrings. I use to hate shopping for my mom. It was soooooo hard but she started making Amazon Wish Lists and it totally helps! And now she actually gets good gifts! (: 

I couldn't be more blessed to have a mom who listens to me ramble on and on, helps in anyway she can, and is always a great grandmother to my kids. She volunteers for Texas Equusearch and also now both her and Don are volunteer at the Wildlife Center of Texas which they both love! 

Truly, my mom really is one of my best friends. Its not always been easy to get along because we both get so passionate at times but as I get older, I realize how important it is to have her in my life. Thank you mom for always being there. Thank you for loving Scott as your own son and thank you for loving Brittany, Jackson and Jordan with all your heart. One day I know they understand how blessed they are to have you in their life as I am. If you would like to say happy birthday to her, she blogs over at Life According to Lenetta!

Lost Florida Pictures!

As you guys know.. My phone broke on the way home from Florida. Seriously.. in the car driving back, it seriously would not work. I had a bunch of pictures that I thought I had lost. I use to use google + and it would automatically upload my photos there.. but it did it all the time.. but guess what I did do.. which I forgot!!!! I did the same with facebook. I had it where the pictures were synced with my facebook acct in a private album. I forgot all about it until a few days after we were home.. Soooo happy that my pictures were not lost! You might have already seen a few of these but 99% of them were on that broken phone! (:

Lazy Day...Productive Night..

Soon I will be drifting off to sleep. I feel pretty tired and I have to be up early tomorrow. I seriously hate waking up to an alarm clock. I feel its like entrapment or something. I hate it and I long for summer when we are alarm free! I pretty much sat around and did absolutely nothing except drink coffee, talk with Scott and Jackson, play with the cats and watch tv for the better part of the afternoon. I finally got motivated in the evening hours. 

Weekend Thoughts..

♥ Why Can’t I ever get to sleep at a reasonable time? I seriously think I need to get back to the Dr and have more sleep studies done. I am willing to do anything to fix this problem of mine. Hopefully this glass of

 

Moscato will help make me sleepy.

A Tired House

Scott and I have been so tired over the past couple of days. We slept a lot together over the holidays and that meant neither of us slept very well.  A few nights a week, we sleep apart and we both really like it better. Scott snores so badly.. he sleeps all over the bed...and I hog the covers.. well the other night he took all the blankets and I slept. So he is in the spare bedroom tonight hopefully sleeping like a baby. I am not sure why we feel so depleted but we both need to sleep and dream. Maybe we are catching colds. My body aches and Scott says his does too. 

I was really tired but somehow stayed up long enough to clean up the laundry room, really clean the living room and got things put away and organized. Then I started on the kitchen which took a while..then I cooked 

because I had a ton of left over bacon and eggs from Christmas. Plus it was easy. I didn't even want to cook but the boys was not willing to eat ham 3 nights in a row. Nope that wasn't happening. Tomorrow I have to be up at 1030 for an important phone call at 11:00 am. Not looking forward to getting up early.. and yes right now thats early for me. Its 2am here now..and its still going to take a while to fall asleep. But I need to make the call. Maybe I will fall back to sleep but it wouldn't hurt to get up because tomorrow I need to focus on the upstairs.. its a mess up here and also run Jackson to the mall. I don't really want to do that, but I promised I would and I don't think he will let me out of it. 

My sister made it back to Orlando safe and sound.. My mom is still driving.. YES, STILL DRIVING.. She has stopped at a couple casinos along the way so its taking a bit longer than it would if she wasn't stopping but at least she is having fun along the way! Be safe mom.. I love you. We had a nice Christmas with everyone. It was nice getting us all together.. even if it was only for a couple of days. 

Well.. I need sleep..

My Day..

My day started out pretty early... which wasn't easy..Thankfully the coffee was hot and I was able to get moving about pretty quickly. We all slept in so we all felt better. 

We took off to the airport and on the way we picked up breakfast..   

Have you ever tried the oatmeal from Mc Donalds? Its really good. I get a few things of butter and about 3 or so sugars and its delicious! Really good.
