Pretty tired so I am going to get this post done asap. I am sitting here listening to husby sleep really good. I am happy about that. We both have been so wore out. I don't know what is going on with us but we are both really running low on energy.
Thankfully tonight mom was a life saver and gave us some time to ourselves. It was nice and QUIET! We almost took a nap in our alone time but instead we just laid around like zombies.
All while the kids had a blast at Chuck E Cheese..
I think they had a good time.. =)
It wasn't long before I was up cooking dinner.

We pretty much had a farm stand dinner tonight..
Fresh green beans with bacon and onions
Grilled chicken breast with balsamic glazed tomatoes..
And some butter and garlic fresh potatoes.
It was a really nice dinner. The kids wish it would have been something more kid friendly but they ate anyway.. Like they had a choice!
Speaking of cooking a kid friendly meal.. Last night we made
sliders.
It was perfect! I just used little rolls for the buns..
Added the cooked little sliders..
I tossed some fries in the oven..
and dinner was served. Jackson loved it!
I also got out these adorable
Wilson Pink Petal Baking cups for some
blueberry muffins.
I don't see any problems with taking a little help from the store when needed!
and the little baking cups looked so cute. I think they would have been cuter when its not a jumbo type of muffin.. but these have been a bit hit and we only have a few left!
Things are pretty off schedule around here. I don't have any big plans for this week. I am just kinda taking things easy while mom is here. Most of the day we sat around, watched the news, talked and enjoyed the day. I think tomorrow is going to be a lot of the same! I won't worry much about the house until we get Brittany back home. After that I will be doing my best to get this house really cleaned up. I think I will go room by room and have Jackson help me. We have a lot to do before school starts.
Boy, the kids have been driving the cats crazy. I think Romeo loves all the attention but
even my furry baby needs rest and relaxation too!
Well, Its 115am and I am ready for bed.
