Quick Aldi Food Haul | Video |

Hello everyone. Today I had a few errands to run and Aldi was one. I picked Aldi this time because I didn't need as much, it's close to the house and it's pretty fast to get through. They don't carry everything I want, but normally I can save money and get the majority of things there. Here's a quick look at what I got....hope you enjoy! 

I won't lie...I did miss Meijers. I am shocked that I got use to it so fast but I will probably go again mid week if we need anything. I was thankful  that I got in and out of Aldi's in about 30 minutes. Gotta love that! Thanks so much for stopping by. My next video will be a new cooking vlog! xx

Hello and happy weekend to you all! It's a slow moving day around our home. Both kids slept in late as did I and we feel great today. Well....lazy but great! Yesterday I got busy doing a little shopping to get us through. I feel like we are going to need more for dinners next week but I will go again in a few days. I honestly didn't want to be out yesterday and was just in a hurry to get it done. I went to Aldi and Walmart. Hope you enjoy!

It's already been a long day for me. I woke up around 6am and never went back to sleep. So I got busy around the house and I have also been installing updates and such on the laptop. Hello friends! I hope you are having a great weekend. I have had a few computer issues the past couple of days so I am a bit behind! I hope you guys are doing well....I've missed you. I am not even going to get into all that has went wrong and then getting it all fixed and working right but it's been a journey. I should have my week in review blog post up tomorrow sometime. I am just now saving the vlog and then it has to upload which might take a while...we're looking around 11pm right now if not later. I hate being behind! Anyway, I went ahead and did a big shopping trip and got a lot of things to stock up the kitchen with and use for a couple of weeks. Good morning friends! I hope your day is starting off well. Scott is off work and home today and we are about to go run some errands before we have to get Jackson to school and get him registered. It's going to be a full day for sure. Before we take off on those adventures, I thought I would share a little haul from some shopping I did last night. I really needed to go over the weekend but kept putting it off and finally made myself go...here's some menu ideas and what I got. Hope you enjoy!

Hello friends! I hope your Sunday is going well. We are kinda having a lazy day in our home...which totally makes me happy after such a busy week. It's been a week of getting back to a somewhat normal routine which included stocking the house back up with a few items for Scott and myself. Large Food & Household Shopping Haul! | Video |

Hello friends! We just got home from dinner and I thought now would be a great time for me to share our latest food and household haul. I went to Walmart because I wanted to get a few extra things besides food and also to save money. I hate admitting it but I really can save money shopping at Walmart. So here is what I got to get us through the next couple of weeks. Hope you enjoy! 

So as you could tell, I did get a lot but it should last us a while. I am doing my best now not to be so scheduled about when I go and go when we really need more food instead. I know it sounds kinda weird but if I schedule shopping for every Sunday regardless if we need it or not, we buy so much more. Now, I am concentrating on going more when its truly need and not so many scheduled trips. It's saving us money and last month we got by with less than $500 in food for the entire month. I was shocked and totally happy! I am going to see if I can do it again this month. :)

I woke up tired today so shopping really wasn't something I was looking forward to but I got my recipes out...my list together, and headed to the store. Hello friends! I haven't been feeling very good the past couple of days but I did manage to get out and do some shopping. These kind of videos are always a hit because I think many of you get menu ideas and lets face it....buggie watching is fun! :) I always love to see what others are buying. Today though, I actually have 2 videos to share you....YEP! I also did a weekly food prep video too. I tried  to put it all in 1 video but it was wayyyyy to long.

Normally I do my shopping on the weekends. Then I use the evening to prep everything I got to make the week go by easier. Instead of tossing dirty produce in the frig and having to deal with it on a busy weeknight, I like to get as much done when I bring the groceries home. 

There are a lot of times I do more than what I showed in the food prep below. And maybe when we have another busy week, I will do a video showing it all. Hello friends! I hope you are having a wonderful Saturday. I am back with this weeks food shopping haul. Its kinda early because the boys really thought it was way past time for me to go. After heading home Sunday from Myrtle Beach I didn't feel like going shopping so I used up a lot of the items we already had in the house. I tried making it till Sunday but I actually went on Friday. I am totally sure we would have been just fine with the food we do have in the house but the boys thought differently!
