Valentine Decorating Inspiration..

I thought these little hearts were so cute that I just had to share! 

These are made from traditional heart shapes with a slit cut partway down the center. Cut your own hearts freehand, or print and cut out the shapes on the template I made, which might be faster and uses fewer brain cells.

More Christmas Preparations!!

Helloooo! I hope you all have had a very good Wednesday. For me.. it was extremely busy filled with getting things ready for Christmas! As you can see, I had fun playing and taking pictures of Cooper today! He is a pretty dog.. for sure.. and that Santa hat doesn't look too bad on him either! 

I had about 20 Christmas cards to send off. I already sent 15 but I was slacking so I got busy with that in between picking up the house and switching laundry out. 

Busy Night.. Early Morning

 Oh my gosh.. being home means trying to get back into the swing of everything. Its not easy right now. I have a ton of things going on and I feel a little bit scattered brained right now. I have been running errands today.. cooking.. cleaning.. and trying to get adjusted to another family member being here.. and I have been helping mom set up her blog!! Have you seen it yet? We have redone it yet again.. and if you want to see the final version you can clicky click right here!! She excited about it and I think its great she is doing it! As I said.. its been a busy time today. I was litteraly pushing my shopping cart through the market - and I forgot my list - on the phone with my mom helping her with the blog. Its been a very very long day for me. I haven't even unpacked yet..and I have a massive amount of laundry waiting on me.

I did manage to do some decorating today too.. Check out the cats in the windows in the front of the house. They look freaking amazing and I LOVE THEM! I will have these for a long while because they are cool! I might even have to do a video of them because they look that cool in the windows at night!

We got some more pumpkins too.. 

But Jackson is on me to go pick pumpkins 

so we might get even more! 

I have to be up at 830 am on a SUNDAY MORNING. Its 130am and I am just not feeling the early morning. Guess what's dragging me out of my warm soft bed??? 

Its time to bring our newest baby home! This is sweetheart is an early Christmas Present from my mom.. I can't wait to get her! She is doing well. Her mom is now back in the cat house and she is in the main house doing well on her own. That make me happy! So its time.. and we are going to be all gone all day picking her up. I can't wait up grumpy either.. otherwise I will upset my husband who is driving me that long way.. Jackson and Brandon are staying home together.. Brandon is 18 and can handle things. I am a little nervous about it but I know they will be fine. They got along great today too! =)

I rushed around the kitchen at 7pm putting together dinner.. Grilled Chicken, Potatoes and Fried Corn.. and had the laptop in there working on moms blog.. Seriously I haven't stopped. Moms blog is done.. for the most part now and I am letting her take over now! =)

Ohh. I did go to CVS today and have a haul coming up soon. I doubt it will be up tomorrow but maybe! I also have to get the giveaway videoed.. and its going to be a long video with a BIG GIVEAWAY AT THE END! I will try to video that tomorrow night or Monday. I will have it up by Tuesday at the latest!

I have already got my clothes laid out for tomorrow.. the coffee is made and I don't think its going to be easy getting up.

I will talk to you guys when I can! Be sure to check out My Instagram Pictures throughout the day to see the pictures our the new kitty! We won't name her for a few days.. Right now she is just - Baby Kitty - I have more kitty news to tell you later too!

I L♥ve Decorating for Fall!!!

I have been slacking off for over a week getting out the fall decorations.. but today I finished the job!

Fireplace!

I still have to tack back the cord and lights on the right hand side but.. 

I sure think it looks pretty. I ordered a BIG picture of Scott and I for above the fireplace but it just hasn't came in yet.. so I just have 3 8x10 of us up there for now.

Nighty Night..

 

3 am and I really need to be getting to bed. One good thing about tomorrow is I am on MY schedule, no one elses, so I am going to sleep and dream as much as much as I want. Clean what I want, blog when I want and not have a care in the world in regard to time.

It was a long day for me. I don't know why I was so tired by the end of the night but I sure was feeling it about 9 pm. I should have just called it a night at that point and went to bed but that didn't happen.

 

Btw.. is that not the sweetest picture? My kittys mean so much to me. I can't stand to think about the calls that are going to be coming in this week of possible new owners for them. It makes me sad..but its ok.. I don't have to sell any of them if I don't want to but its best.. Got to make room for the next litter. And, no ... none of the girls are pregnant right now..I am hoping by spring or summer that will be changed!

I did manage to do my nails tonight and I FOR SURE have a new FAVORITE COLOR!!!! Yep.. I am excited with this color I have on and I am going back to get a few more bottles sometime soon. I love it.. and will post pictures tomorrow.. I will give you a hint..its # 370.. You know what, if you can guess the color and it to an email to be before I wake up tomorrow ( prob 1 pm'ish ) I will buy you a bottle too! I love it that much!

I am sure loving the holiday decorations around here tonight. The lights are twinkling and the snow flakes look so pretty hanging from the fireplace. I can't see the tree unless I am in the other part of the house but when I walk by those french doors I see..

and those doors are a life saver. We had both french doors wide open and we thought the kittys were doing so good leaving it alone. We leave the house for 30 minutes and come home and there are 4 ornaments on the floor along with a kitty toy.. So they were busted and we shut the door! It's pretty in there even though those doors!

I got another new series coming up on here for TUESDAY"S.. I will tell you more about it tomorrow but I think its going to be fun and informative! Can't wait to show you what I came up with.. from cleaning up the study!

Also..I promise that this upcoming week, I will be working on getting some of the homemade gift ideas and instructions up on here for any of you that want to make some too! That email from that 16 year old was so kind and sweet and I hope that everyone knows that Christmas is not just about getting people things. It is also about putting your heart into it and making gifts of love too. I am doing a mix of both!

Well.. its late, I need sleep.

I hope you guys have a great Monday. Its suppose to be cold and rainy here all day so another great reason to sleep in and stay home!

Holiday Decorations with 5 VIDEO's !! =))

Late night hello friends..

Its been a loooooong day but I am finished with everything that I am doing today and I am happy happy with the decorations that we got up today.. Still more to go but here's how the day went!

First off, we got the tree brought in..

and the kitty cats loved it!

They were bouncing all over it..

Mean while..

husby was busy getting lights up outside..

and it was pretty easy.. we only did the front porch and..

it doesn't hurt that he's tall! He was on a ladder but for the most part.. he could reach without it!

I was busy getting the lights up on the tree and

Getting the ornaments out and organized!!

I then started getting the ribbons on..

I think ribbons and bows make any tree look beautiful!

But I forgot something!! Just wait you will see!!

And I think it kinda looks enchanting with the lights. Pretty!!

As you can see, I forgot to add the pink lights before the bows and ribbon!! Thank goodness, I didn't have the ornaments up at that point!!

Now the pink lights make it look better!!

Train that was going in that area above the door!

Again thank goodness he's tall!

area up for a while now!!

Also got a little bit of the mantel done.. still more to do on this too!

But the pretty snow flakes are hanging from it!

Scott also hung

this big ornament up too.. BTW.. those boxes are to prevent the kittens from going over!

And we have Santa to greet people

right in the entrance!
