Cold Wet Start to October

Good Morning Friends. Its way too freaking early to be blogging but here I am on this cold and wet first day of October! The high here is only going to be 61.. so its feels like October too. The house was so cool that we had to light the fireplace to warm things up. I hate a cold house in the morning... almost as much as I hate my alarm clock. 

Both boys got out the door and I am having trouble dozing back off to sleep... I was going to make some breakfast but I think sleep is more important right now rather than food!  For dinner tonight we are having hearty comforting potato soup. I figured it would be perfect for a cold rainy night. I am going to make a bunch because we love having it for left overs. 

Today is full of cleaning and house hold stuff. I even got to clean out the frig later and that job is going to suck. Its full to the brim. I am not looking forward to it one bit!
