♥ Goodnight ♥

Just a quick goodnight. At least I will try to make it quick. I can't believe I have been complaining all day about being tired and here it is 3 am and I am still up. I think my long bath actually woke me up instead of relaxing me.

Husby and I had a really good date night tonight. We went to the movies, came home had a couple drinks together and then we snuggled up together. Nothing is better than having that beautiful man laying next to me. There are times I could just ring his neck but they not compare to the times I am jumping out of my skin for him.

I don't know of any plans for tomorrow. I am going to try to record some reviews so I can post them while we are away. I can't believe that this time next week we will be on the road heading to New Orleans Mardi Gras. Time really passes quick anymore. I seem to stay more busy not working that I ever did working. We seem to do more traveling that ever now too. Last year I think we set a record for how many vacations we took. We traveled for the first 2 years of our relationship but that was for work.. now its for fun! I am going to start getting ready to leave on Monday so by time Friday rolls around, its not such a big deal. So next week is going to be really really busy. Thankfully the weather in New Orleans looks like its going to be in the mid 70's so thats nice! Ohh you know that adorable porch set that I showed you??

Well guess what?? My mom ordered it for my birthday and it will be here the day before we leave for our trip.. Its pretty pricey for a birthday gift but I am lucky that she likes to spoil both me and my sister. Anyway, Mr. Michael Todd said that he would put it together for us while we are gone. Is that not freaking sweet? That man is one of the kindest people I know. Anyway, thank you to my beautiful mom for getting me such a nice gift and thank you to Michael for putting it together for us. Can't wait to see it set up on the back porch! Excited!

My brow bones are hurting tonight. I spent a while in the bathroom plucking away at my eyebrows.. a job I seriously hate. If I could get great brows with just shaving, I would so do it. But I busted out the tweezers tonight and cleaned up my brows but I am in pain right now from it! Yikes.. Do any of you hurt after tweezing. I use to use orajel on my brows first to kinda numb it but tonight I just did it after my hot bath while my skin was super soft..at least they look better now!

Anyway, tomorrow I don't care if I sleep till 3pm. I am not getting out of my bed one minute sooner than what my body wants. Shit.. I might just stay here in my fluffy bed until husby gets home. Who knows..If I don't get a post up till late.. you know why.

Ohh.. I don't know what is going on with our weather. We actually have a winter advisory.. which SUCKS!! I was down on the first floor a little while ago , peeking out the windows to see if it was snowing by any chance and the stars were shinning so pretty. I actually got the dog and stood outside on the back porch and looked at them. What a beautiful universe. I love seeing the stars. Its just another subtle reminder that we are really small in this big world. While I was standing out there freezing waiting on the dog to do his business.. I had flashbacks of my grandfather and my brother and I playing out in the snow when I was young. I have said it over and over that we only take our love and our memories with us when our lives are over.. and both those men gave me some of the best memories ever. I miss them dearly. But one day.. we will meet up again and all that love I have for them will still be there living on. So love hard.. Fall in love with as many things as you possibly can because in the end that's all that matters.
