A welcomed Tuesday ♥

I am hoping like hell August will be easier than July.. One thing that has to make August better is that we are closer to the cruise! Another thing about August I love is that School is starting for the kids and all those great nifty school supplies are on sale right now! I love that!!!!!

Last night was pretty hard for me. Scott seems to think I am suffering from a little depression. I have made my life an open book so its no secret that depression has been a big part of my life. Its hard to figure out why.. For the most part, I had a happy child hood.. Had grandparents and parents that loved me very much and yet there were days even then that I was so sad for no apparent reason. I maybe should have a little medication to help right now but I am just going to battle through it and make today better no matter what. I don't want medication unless its absolutely necessary. Right now.. I am feeling better. Last night was really hard. The kids are pretty understanding loving little people who make me feel so happy but there are also days they kinda make things more complicated. I know I am a loved and blessed woman and need to focus on all the good in my life and just keep it together! Last night was hard until after Scott got home and helped to make me feel better.. with wine, talking and cuddling. After getting cheered up a bit, I was able to get out here and get a lot of the house picked up. And that always makes me feel better!

So I have been feeding the cats all on one very large plate and I felt it was time to start feeding them on separate plates..
In this picture.. you will see their little area. I keep 3 bowls of different kinds of kitten food.. Yep.. the adult cats also eat kitten food right now because its got so much more nutrition. I think its good for them all the time.

Along with their water bowl. If you guys can remember I got that new water system at Pets Mart but ALL the animals in the house hates it. So we are just using a normal bowl for water again. There is another huge bowl of water in Coopers area that they also have to use.

So last night was the first night they ate apart. As you can see I separated them and used paper plates because I love that we can just toss them out after each use.

Giovanni was on the other side of the counter by himself.

And Gabby was on the kitchen table..as always.

They all seemed to do much better than what they did when they were on their own.

So that brings me to this question that I want to know from you guys.

WHERE DO YOU FEED YOUR PETS???

and

WHERE DO YOU STORE YOUR PETS FOOD???

I am so curious how other people live.. and in my home finding the right spot to store the cat food is not easy for us.. I never want to use a cabinet, so we have this little shelf by the back door that we put the animal food on.. But sometimes the kittens and Giovanni rip open the dry food if they want it! So please send me an email at kishajaggers@aol.com and let me know about how you feed and care for your pets! I am really curious about where you store all your pets food..Danielle.. If you are composing a email.. include that in it please!! Maybe one of you guys will give me a new idea about where to put it all. Remember we have 5 cats and 1 very large golden retriever so we have a lot to store.

I have no idea what we are doing today.. The kids have been up a couple of times in the last 30 minutes or so but Scott is still sound asleep.. We are just going to go on with our day and let him sleep as long as he wants. He got up early and went to work but today is his day off and he is home for the rest of the day..He or we might end up taking them to the pool tonight. Its the late night swim or he might go with them today...It is certainly hot enough!

Well.. Got kids and animals to feed..
