Monday Greetings!!

Hello all!

What a beautiful day here!

I am just getting up and its late but that's OK with me. Was feeling pretty bad last night and I slept in today. I think I could have slept a little longer today but when I first opened my eyes it was 145 and decided that was late enough. Scott just let me sleep. I have been so tired for the past 4 days or so. Hopefully by the end of the week I will be all caught up.

I am amazed that Osma Bin Laden is dead and gone. I am so happy for all the ones this brings some peace for. I get chills thinking of it. I am amazed how well the President spoke and how so many people are out in the streets at the White House and also the at the site of the World Trade Center who are cheering at his death. It really shows we have come together as a country and I am proud to be here today. These are not holy men. They are not men of God. I have a feeling that they know that now...where ever they are. What I love is that none of our Navy Seals were hurt. The team was about 30 men and they went in at night when there was no moon out and they wore their night goggles and took care of business. In August they traced couriers to that area. And then they built the complex here in America and then practiced going through it 2 times before taking action. They also gave him a chance to surrender and he didn't.. Now he's in another place. It took up about 40 minutes and then they took another 30 minutes or so to gather computers and Intel. His son was also killed. Crazy.. There are pictures of his body online. I don't think I will put it on here but he was shot in the eyes.. They showed the body to let everyone know they really got him. So with all that said.. I really hope this brings some peace to any of the people effected by his wrath of terror.

Amazing job to the US troops. Amazing.. and Amazing job to our president who made the call to get in there..risk our troops lives to get him.. and no one on our end was hurt. I am very proud to be here right now and I am proud of the President for making the tough decisions and getting it right.

Ohhh.. such a serious topic. Well.. its such a pretty day here. I don't know what I am going to do but I bet some of my time will be outside playing with Super Cooper soaking up some of the sun!  I don't have much to do today..Scott works till 8 and anything I need to do I am sure I will have done before that. I also need to try to get to the post office in just a bit too. So I might just pull my hair back and go do it.. My mom has a birthday coming up and I have to get her present mailed out!

I also want to try to clean up here a bit. I have all the laundry folded on the table and got to get all that put away...Plus I might need to run out and get something for dinner!
