Rested..

Afternoon to you all!!

I am sitting on the couch enjoying my first cup of coffee.. I didn't make it to the breakfast this morning. I really wanted to go..Clothes were laid out, alarm set, and somehow I heard nothing and when Scott tried waking me up all I remember is him talking to me. I'm not sure I even responded. I really needed some rest. I was exhausted and sleep is something I don't skimp on. I am a heavy sleeper and I need a lot of hours to feel my best. 7-9 is what I normally get. And today I stayed in that big fluffy bed all afternoon! Scott went to breakfast and then came home for a bit and now he is on the golf course with Michael. I think they are about done. Last time I talked to him they were on hole # 16. So they only had 2 more holes before they finished. I am expecting a phone call any moment telling me he is on his way home!

He truly is the love of my life. I am such a blessed woman who has all the love of a wonderful man who is not only my husband but truly one of my best friends. I am so blessed and a bit lucky when it comes to him. What a great life he has given me and shared with me. There are hard days and days I could just ring his neck but they are nothing compared to the days that I am just walking around here completely in love...8 years later!

Well today ( what's left of it! ) is all about the house and laundry. I don't know how much I am going to get done. I am going to see the Fast and Furious 5. I cant wait!!! Super excited. We are heading out to see that at 7 and I am hoping to pick up some McDonald's before. So as you can tell that's happening in a couple of hours.

I really don't have any regrets about taking today to sleep. It felt amazing..and I feel so much better because of it. I'll be staying up tonight getting the house picked up..My schedule is so different from others. For years I tried conforming to going to bed early and getting up early but my body has never got use to that. Never. Every early morning sucks. I honestly cant remember any early morning that I woke up feeling good and just happy. Nope..not me. But with today's sleep I feel great!

I am off here to get some things done. I will try to get the giveaway up today sometime. I need to clean up first and then sort out the laundry room and get it going..

Then off to dinner and a movie. I just found out that we are going with a couple friends. Cant wait to watch it!!!!
