My day started much earlier than what I really thought it would. I woke up right as Scott was leaving for work.. Normally I would just fall back to sleep but today I was out of the bed..

the opening statements of the Casey Anthony trial. What a day in that court room.. First the prosecutors put up their case before the jury.. Then the defense came in.. said the baby died in the family pool and that the grandfather George Anthony covered up the murder..and it was also said that he molested Casey as well as her brother doing the same. WOW...George Anthony was just sitting stone cold in the courtroom. Never a reaction when they were talking all that crap. But to my surprise.. They went right into witnesses after opening statements and.. guess who the first witness was?? George Anthony. He denied everything.. and I think it comes down to who is more believable...and for me.. its him..
I turned the trial up loud and went banging around in the kitchen and came out with this..
Breakfast.. I wanted scrambled eggs and avocado but I realized that it was way past ripe and kinda looking on the rotten side.. Sooo.. no avocado! But breakfast was still good! It was long before Scott was home for the day.. He came in.. hung out.. complained that I didn't make him breakfast..then he started ..
Giving the kitties love! So cute! I bet many of you guys can remember when you were little and wanted to bring home a new pet.. and I am betting that your parents told you no most of the time.. That was my experience for most of my childhood. I did get turtles...birds.. and dogs.. but there were many more no's than yes's.. Well...with the help from God himself.. I have totally transformed that part of my life. I am thankfully lucky to have found a husband that doesn't say no to any pets I want to bring into our home. Not like I want a farm.. but a cattery is a big deal.. and he loves it as much as I do!

Then it was time to get out and look for houses. I wasn't really wanting to go. but I cleaned up fast and out the door we went..
Scott drove and drove..
It was a beautiful day..
making the drive nice..
But what I felt was.. this is a messed up place.. We were looking for homes in the country but everything looked so out of place. It looked like it should have had palm trees but instead it was very strange. It didn't feel like the country to me.. It felt totally weird and I kept thinking to myself how much it sucks to live here. But I tried getting that out of my mind and tried to stay positive..
Thank goodness for Satellite radio..We listened to the trial on Headline News the entire time.. Otherwise I doubt I would have left on such an important day in the trial. I had been watching and waiting for over 3 years for this start..
We come in this nice neighborhood.. It was again out in the country that didn't look like the country.

Not what I want..time to find another one to look at.. Really we need to make an entire list and just get out and see them all in the same day..
I had on what I call my Pocahontas shoes.. Scott is not a fan.. and today I wasn't either.. He had the air going on high and my feet were freezing.. I have had these shoes for years and I have gotten a ton of compliments on how cute they are... I wished he liked them!!!
Before we knew it.. we were back at home.. I was hungry yet didn't want to cook.. So I picked up some take out food for dinner and we ate in the living room for dinner.
After I ate... I realized how sleepy I really am.. I dozed off and woke up to Brittany calling. I tried to talk to her for as long as I could but I was sleeping through a lot of the conversation.. It sure didn't stop her!! She was jabbering away! We will be with the kids in a couple weeks and I can't wait!!!!!! I just want to hold them.. Anyway.. my nap only lasted about 15 minutes.. which sucked!!
But I decided to get up and fix us a yummy dessert.
Yep.. it was Root Beer float time in the Jaggers house to enjoy during American Idol..
How good does that look??
It was beyond good!!
Then I enjoyed a long hot bubble bath.. and now I am here chatting with you!
So re American Idol.. I thought they both were amazing and my hopes are that Lauren wins! I think she is as cute as can be!! and I love her voice! In more news about tv.. Christie and Max did not win Dancing with the stars.. but they came in 2nd and that's pretty damn good! So good job to them! Tomorrow night we will find out who wins American Idol! Cant wait!!
With Scott home most of the day.. I spent more time hanging out with him than I did cleaning the house. So that's whats happening around here.. I am sure I will turn that trial up and just get busy around here. I have a sink full of dishes from today and laundry is still on the kitchen table needing to be put away.
I have also been working on some more up coming post.. I am also working on the next giveaway.. I am hoping more of you like this one.. It will have NOTHING TO DO WITH MAKE UP OR BEAUTY!!! But its something that I think anyone of you guys would like to have.. Don't know when I will have that up. It might be a couple weeks...
We seem to be having a lot going on right now. Scott is still serious about going to Florida this weekend. He wants to leave on Saturday.. I really need to talk to him about the dates.. I seriously don't think they will work out. I think we should leave on Friday and come home Monday.. Its going to take us over 10 hours to get there. So its going to be a long drive..
Then a couple of weeks later.. We head to Texas for a week!! Pretty excited about that!! And that's an even longer drive.. 16 hours. And we are taking Gabby and the kittens every where we are going.. It will not be easy.. But with some planning and great packing.. we will be fine!
Well.. I am really tired.. I need to make coffee for the am and get my butt to sleep..
