Sirens!!!!

What a crazy last hour.. Right now its 2 am and just an hour ago we were putting all the animals in the back bathroom and preparing for a tornado. No Joke..50-60 mph winds along with the tornado sirens going off like crazy...The lights were flickering on and off..I was able to quickly find the emergency candles..just in case..Then I saw Scott putting his keys in his pocket, getting dressed and preparing for the worst. I started thinking that if the house does blow away..I don't want to be wondering around in my pjs without a bra or socks and shoes!!!! ..Soooo..I quickly got dressed too!! The elements outside were just insane..Really strong winds..then the rain..then hail...We both were pretty thankful when the winds started dying down and when we got a signal back with the tv to see whats going on. We are still suppose to get a lot of rain and lightening but looks like the worst has passed..We would have all stayed in the bathroom all night until it was safe..I love rain but not when I have to worry about the house blowing away!

Not to mention that last night and tonight we have had to turn the air on. It was over 80 in here before I turned it on..It was the same in here last night..I asked our friends if they were that warm and they were not..Guess this house stays kinda warm..

Speaking of our friends..We all had dinner at Sushi Dojo tonight...again.. one of my most favorite places here to eat!! Such good food..They are to be married next Saturday!! Super excited for them..Then they are taking off on a cruise for their honeymoon. We have actually been around them a lot. Its nice to have another couple that we feel comfortable around..its never easy making new friends as you get older. That's one of the downsides of us moving a lot. But we have made many great friendships everywhere we have lived and thanks to facebook and this blog, we have been able to keep in touch with them. Some..I really miss.

Well tomorrow is already here..I have to be up by 11..got an apt coming to fix the Internet to have it where we can have up to 6 computers online at a time. I cant imagine needing that many but that's the package for the house. Really its for the iPad..I have been busy putting everything in the calender. I don't know about this.. I am trying but giving up an actual calender that I write in, is going to be really hard for me. Scott was telling me that he thought there was an app for the iPad where I can write with a little fake pen and it transfers. Now if I can find that..then maybe! I don't even mind buying it!! =) I looked and didn't see what I was looking for.. so if any of you know what I am talking about please let me know!!! I am determined to find it!

I am going to get up and get myself a bowl of cereal and then to bed I go..

ohhh.. I am hoping that I get the Jaguar tomorrow!! It needed a few touch ups to make it even more beautiful so Scott sent it out. Hopefully tomorrow afternoon it will be done.. One thing I know for sure.. I don't like being stranded at home.. AT ALL... But I'm hoping its here tomorrow!!
