Late Night Chatter!! =)) + Christmas Cookie List!!

Wow.. its late and I really should be in bed. 2 am and I am still up. I have been busy working on finishing the jars hot PEPPERMINT HOT CHOCOLATE MIXES. I have been decorating them all up! I will have the pictures and information up for you guys tomorrow.

I was roaming around in the freezer and frig tonight looking for the perfect late night snack.. and this is what I came up with..

It was super good too. I had a huge cup of milk with it and now I am set to sleep good all night long!

Scott worked late and it gave me plenty of time to fool around online and get a few things done around here too. Still got much more to do before our company arrives. This is going to be the busiest 2 weeks ever. I am trying to get a lot of the homemade gifts done.. But tomorrow I am pretty sure I am going to be baking a ton of snow ball cookies..

Those are the cookies going into the tins. I will also be making things just for my family too. But the cookie list is done!

4 different kinds of cookies per container. I think that's a good number! I am going to layer wax paper between the layers too. I didn't want cookies that took a lot of time and a lot of work. I think these are the perfect cookies to make a lot of , in minimal time. I will post the recipes in the coming days so you can make them too if you want. Plus I will try to do a quick post as I make each of them. I am really going to be baking over the weekend and beginning of next week. If you are following along, those are my baking days!

time of the year for us!

Excited to get everyone together for a magical night. We will all be making great memories together, here in our home. That's what warms my heart. I do still think we are heading up north after Christmas to see the kids and see our family. I suggested it, Scott said ok.. I just have to figure out the dates. So we are probably doing that right after Christmas. Maybe the week after.

I will be getting the Menu posted in the next few days too. Its going to be fairly simple yet delicious and elegant. It should be a beautiful night!

Ohhh.. do you guys see the new font? I thought it looked sweet. Hope everyone can read it just fine. If not, just email me and I will change it. I just like the way it looks.

Stay tuned for the Married Life Post tomorrow. It's done and I will post it early afternoon sometime. Scott inspired it.. Fancy that!
