My phone started ringing a few minutes ago. and out of the bed I came. I think I only got about 7 hours sleep because I fell to sleep so late last night night. I had so much on my mind and I was thankful to wake up and see that husby took care of the things that were stressing me out. Well, he took care of one big one! It sure helped and I am grateful for that man. He always seems to make things better.
I was so tired last night and busy with " cookie " talk that I didn't talk about the 2 amazing shows I watched last night. Did any of you see either the Victoria Secret Fashion Show or Barbara Walters 10 most fascinating people?? Both were amazing last night. The Victoria Secret Fashion Show was super hot and was great. Those women are freaking beautiful and looked amazing. And they even played husbys favorite song..
It is so funny to see my husband move and dance around to this song. Shoot.. he sings it too. It is the cutest thing ever. I keep trying to get him on video singing and dancing to it but he shys away every time he sees me breaking out the camera. I plan on getting him drunk sometime over the holidays and getting it on video!
And Barbara Walters special was pretty good too. I don't always find the same people fascinating as she does but I did like that Steve Jobs was the most fascinating person of the year. I like what he said when he was taking his last breaths.. WOW.. WOW.. WOW.. wonder what he was seeing ; one can only imagine.
Anyway, I sat at the kitchen table last night getting some of the cocoas done and I am pretty happy with how well they turned out. I will have the pictures and information up in just a few. I also have today's Married Life Post done. I am thinking.. this one coming up, might just be the most IMPORTANT one of them all so far.
Anyway.. today is going to be a day of cleaning up around here and also baking. I might even have to make a quick run to the grocery store too. I hope I have everything to make the snow ball cookies but if I don't I am running out! I think I am going to clean for an hour or two and then get busy baking! My mom and Don are all ready on their Christmas Travels. I think they are going to 3 or 4 houses in DIFFERENT STATES before they fly in here on the 23rd. That just means the clock is really ticking for me! I think we are cleaning carpets over the weekend.. in the mist of baking.. baking.. baking..
