Night!

Hello friends! Its late and I have to be up early so this post isn't going to be too long! 

It was a lovely day around here. All 3 of us slept in and it felt amazing. Husby got up first and made some amazing coffee.. which is a change for him! =) He is normally supposed to be on coffee duty on Sundays because I make it all the other days of the week. Last Sunday the coffee was so bad that I had to dump it out and make a fresh.. so today it was a treat to get a yummy cup of hot coffee from Scott! 

The boys went out to do a few errands and play some golf. Jackson really enjoyed it and while they were gone I went to the market to get some fresh chicken. I might not be able to make a hamburger but I sure can make a 

kick ass chicken sandwich.. But the star of the meal was not the chicken..

It was the 

Chili Cheese Fries. They were so good. We all gobbed them down with our ranch dressing. I am getting hungry right now at 135 am thinking about those fries! 

The evening was spent outside on the front porch watching Jackson play and pulling out the last of the tomato plants. Its time to start getting ready for fall and that means getting rid of the old plants and bringing out the fall stuff! I didn't bring out any of the pumpkins or anything yet but I am starting to go through the flowers and veggies and starting to get that cleaned up. 

By 9pm I was planted in front of the tv watching Oprah while husby got busy ironing. We were talking about when we might make the move to the sunshine state. I am thinking it might be very likely that when this school year is over with Jackson that we might go find that house with a pool and move our lives south. Scott seems ready. We have to get where we want to spend the rest of our lives so we can really settle in. I just know that North Carolina is just a stepping stone for us. I bet if I wanted I could talk him into moving now but I can't move Jackson while he is in school. That would just be too hard on him to go into a classroom after school has already started. But I feel it coming! =)

Anyway, I have to be up bright and early ( 730 am ) to spend the morning with the boys before they head out for their days! I am hoping I can stay up and get a lot accomplished.. and if need be.. a afternoon nap!
