Late night hello to all you cyber friends! Its a quiet night around here. I think we were all upstairs in our beds by around 930.

It was a busy afternoon.. 

We took off to 

Open house at Jackson's school.. 

We saw his cute room.. 

Checked the school out more.. 

BTW.. husby and I totally matched in clothes.. and we didn't even know what each other was wearing.. and we matched the car.. YEP.. we had the twinkie thing going on today! =)

We got all the school information.. 

and got home just in time for husby to rush out for his last hour of work..

Isn't that car beautiful? I love it.. and I would seriously consider trading in the Jaguar for this car.. Love that Scott always has pick of the lot! Its a great perk! 

Once he left, I had some outdoor time with Jackson and 

Super Cooper before going to make dinner. Husby got home and here is how they both ended up.. 

Its crazy listening to them play Xbox.. I should record it sometime but its nuts!! They both run their mouths so much.. and Jackson is really good.. he beats Scott all the time!

For dinner tonight we had a very southern meal.. 

Chicken Fried Steak served with mashed potatoes and green beans. 

The thing about this dinner is it was ALL Organic

Everything from the flour, the egg, the grass fed beef, organic potatoes and organic green beans.. I also served it up with a

Fresh tomato from the garden. 

This is really one of my husbands favorite meals of all time. He loved it! It was perfect because last night he ate pasta for me. 

I don't just eat organic but it does make me feel better to know that the food is safer than I am serving to my family. I am slowly but surly building up my organic pantry but its took some time. We still have A LOT of things that has not been switched over.. and lets face it.. finding a organic Oreo is going to be next to impossible!

I wasn't blogging that much today.. but I did get Wednesday's Organization Post /Video up..

It was a good day.. I started working on the large pile of laundry. Towels took over. I think I need to have another talk with Jackson about reusing a towel for 2 nights. The amount of laundry the 3 of us go through is insane. 

Anyway, tomorrow is a late night for husby so I have lots of time to get things done around here. 

Ohh.. We lost a family member today. =(  My mom is super upset. It was her cousin who she loved a lot.. She had cancer but was in remission and went to take a nap today and never woke up. No one is sure what happened.. and its really sad. She was such a nice person and she will be missed.
