If you want to skip right to the video its at the bottom! =)

Thursday night we decided to make some homemade ice cream in baggies. Super fast and simple for kids to make!

It doesn't take much either..
a

All you need is either milk or heavy cream. - 1/2 cup of cream = 1 scoop..

Rock Salt

1 tablespoon sugar per 1/2 cup of cream or cream

1/4 teaspoon of vanilla per 1/2 cup of cream

Ice

Sprinkles

You will also need smaller baggie for the cream mixture and a large baggie for the ice.

Add all cream, sugar, vanilla to the small bag..

Then add 20 tablespoons of the rock salt to the baggie and fill most of the way with ice. Place the small sealed baggie of the cream mixture into the larger bag with the rock salt and ice..

Then Shake!!

In about 6 minutes or so it is ice cream!

Then let the kids add their sprinkles

and your done!

Here is a quick video to show you how easy it really is!
