Hello Monday. I hope you all had a great start to your days. I am having a slow, easy start and I couldn't be more grateful. I don't mind Mondays as many people do. Mondays husby goes back to work.. and doesn't even walk in the door till around 8:30. So lots of time to myself today. As I said last night, they are having a big sale this week and have to work till 8pm every night this week.. YUCK..
Yesterday, I got most of the laundry caught up.. had to run the dryer all day due to the rain. But at least its done. I think today I will wash a lot of the bedding. I am not so sure if I will hang it out or not. The high today is only suppose to be around 60....which is chilly. I might run to the market later but that will be about all.
I have a bunch of projects I want to get done before summer, so I guess I will use up some of my time this week to work on those things. Shoot.. today already, I have been on the phone phone for an hr with Scotts Step mom who just wanted to chat. I have a lot of phone calls to catch up on .. including my own mom!

Yesterday was totally easy.. with husby being in the bed most of the day. I ended up making some
Delicious Pasta! YUMMMMM!! I didn't make much because I didn't think Scott was going to get up and eat but he did.. and he pretty much licked his plate clean.. For a man who says he doesn't like pasta... sure looked different last night! I just wish I would have made a little extra for my lunch today but I didn't! It was really good though.. and I enjoyed every bite!

do a review on it soon.. but it was pretty tasty.. but a bit different too.
I then got myself all snuggled up in my bed with my
kitty cats and got some sleep. I have been up for a while now just making phone calls and checking emails. Its crazy how many emails come in while I am asleep. I am seriously thinking about making another email acct just for this blog. I was chatting with a friend yesterday about how my personal emails sometimes get lost in the blog emails. I love hearing from you guys so keep sending in those emails in..its funny, I hear from so many more of you through emails than I ever did in comments. Its weird how things work out sometimes!
I am sure this week, this blog will be full with all my free time. I actually have some driving classes I have to take before the middle of May because of all my speeding tickets so I might just try to get a few of those hours done too. It would be the perfect week to do it with the sale going on at the dealership. But today.. I am home.. and not planning on going any where. I doubt I will even go to the market because the winds are so strong. I have the fireplace going and trying to warm things up in here.
