Its late so this post can't be too long. My goal is to have my computer shut in 30 minutes which will be 2am here. I know I have been complaining how I have been feeling the past couple days but I seriously think husby and I have both caught the flu. I have been coughing all day and it hurts deep in my chest.. so I might be back at the Dr. really soon. Husby is feeling awful too. Fingers crossed we both get well soon. I might even call the Dr. tomorrow for some cough syrup.
So today was a day or work and a day of leisure. I stuck around the house for a while and then took off and ran some errands.
Stopped by the Dollar Store, CVS, and Mickey D's.
Which was actually really good. I think it was great because I didn't have to fix it!
Then I did a haul post that you can find here.
I am loving the 40% off on the Physicians Formula make up.. Might even get more tomorrow. Yea, I know.. but I love that line and there has been plenty to pick from!
Then I got busy working around the house
I tried to get the downstairs in order after the kids went home. I didn't get as much done because of not feeling good and being tired but every little bit helps.
Also the yard guys
got busy with the yard. I had let it go for 2 weeks and it really grew fast. Thankfully he didn't have much trouble getting it all cut.
And of course Cooper and I had some playtime.
I am outside a lot in the warm months and he just pesters the shit out of me to play ball!
Before I knew it husby came home.. with some really pretty flowers
He is always bringing home flowers and I LOVE THEM but not as much as I love him! ♥ Thank you baby!
I went for a super easy dinner..
I just fried up some bacon and set everything out
and just let the guys help themselves. I didn't even fix any kind of fries or potatoes. Nope.. Sandwiches only.
Husby and I really enjoyed the house to ourselves tonight. Michael was in and out.. and tonight I plan on sleeping really good... if I can stop coughing long enough. I am sipping on some hot tea.. its about the only thing that feels good going down.
By the way.. I will be working on emails this weekend. I know a lot of you guys are waiting on responses and I promise.. by Sunday night.. I will have them all answered!
Tomorrow, I plan on doing a little shopping if I am up for it and going out with husby for dinner. Besides that.. I hope its an easy day.
