Fresh Day!

Wow.. another beautiful day..

SPRING IS IN NORTH CAROLINA!!!!!!!!

First off, let me say.. the handful of emails giving me tips for migraines and sending get well wishes, were very much appreciated. I love you guys.. I really do.. I have made so many new friends from here over the years and it just warms my ♥ to read your very kind emails. I have even met one of my best friends ever from this blog. I think our souls have to be connected and she is as funny and as beautiful as she can be. But she lives on the West coast, while I live on East coast, so its emails and phones that keep us connected! Thanks again.. and I will be replying soon! But I am feeling better today. Migraines are a part of my life.. and I have just dealt with them the best ways I know how. I can remember my grandfather rushing me to the ER at 10 - 11- 12- years old just for treatment. And it has continued many years later. They don't come as often anymore and if I start treating the pain as soon as I feel it with strong medication, I can normally go on.. but if not.. its not a good time for me.

But I woke up about 1030 and I was feeling much better. And maybe since I got up a bit earlier ( for me today ).. I can get back on a better schedule again.

Last night was pretty easy for us..

I didn't really want to cook, but since I had to..

Pasta was the plan.. I had everything I needed and it was a

super easy no fuss kind of dinner.

You guys know I love this show. I think its been a great show for families. How does music not lift everyone up? So I know I am a little behind with the American Idol post.. I don't really like when they are on the hunt for the contestants but instead like the live performances better. I watched all of them though, but today is the beginning of American Idol 2012 chatter.

While, I do like a few other contestants, I am in love with 2 who both get my votes weekly.

My first pick is Jessica Sanchez. She is 16 years old and one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard. I am in total love with her! She is beautiful, confident, and has an amazing voice..

Not one of my most favorite songs for her but again.. AAAMAZING!!

I vote for her 2 times each week!

My other American Idol love is Joshua Ledet..

I love this mans voice and just want to get up and move to his voice..he is the youngest of 8 and has grown up singing the church because his father was a preacher. From Louisiana and just commands the stage.

Again.. I just melted to this song. I loved it and I love Joshua. If he puts out a CD.. I am buying it. I really want to here him sing some James Brown.. like Living in America! =) Some people are amazed by my taste in music but I can get down to some James Brown!!! ( ha! that rhymes!)

I swear, he belongs on a stage.. he was born for it.. just as Jessica was.
I give him one vote because if I to pick.. it would be Jessica.. but Joshua is just as amazing. They didn't sing like that in my church, but boy if they did.. it would have been so much better!

Well this post has taken me a while to get done because I just watched all those performances again and I need to get dressed. The neighbors will be here soon to cut the grass... and I am sure I will be out there with them a bit. I don't have any big plans. I might run to the dealership and store but I am going to do my best to get out of it. I have a lot of errands to run tomorrow and today I just want to stay home. The guys work late tonight so I am just going to suck up all this alone time at the house while I can!
