Late Night

Hello friends..

Hope you had a good night. It was pretty uneventful around here tonight. The guys got home early and I was so happy that I got more time with Scott. Thursday's are normally his late night and I don't get much time with him.

It was a easy night for dinner..

We had fajitas..

Super easy.. 

Sliced up some chicken and onions.. 

Warmed up some oil in a non stick skillet..

Added the onions

browned them up.. 

Add the chicken

and cook till done. I normally add red bell peppers but I was out !

I also took some refried beans..

put them in a little casserole.. warmed them in the microwave and topped with cheese

I set it all up at the table in the kitchen..

And let the guys just serve them selves. 

I had tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, chips, and guacamole already set out..  

I finally got around to making my own.. 

and dinner was served! 

 In front of the tv watching..

American Idol.. 

and then we stayed planted in front of the tv and watched Greys Anatomy. 

It wasn't long after that Scott was in the shower and I was in a hot bath. A hot bath is the best ending to any day. That giant bathtub of mine is my little piece of heaven on earth! 

I ended up laying down with husby for a while afterwards and dozed off for a bit. It felt good to be snuggled up in his arms. We normally don't sleep together but tonight was different. It was comforting. However the kitty cats woke me up.. and now its 345 am and I am wide awake. Shocker huh? I never sleep well but tonight I managed to fall asleep at a reasonable time and the cats woke me. I just took those Advil Pm's so hopefully it won't be long before I can fall back asleep. 

Tomorrow I have a busy day.. that's if I can get up.. I need to do some shopping.. and yes.. if you want to know.. I will be buying a few more beauty items that I have had my eye on!  And I also have to get some stuff for the house.. I need to pay some bills tomorrow and my princess wants me to pick her something up too. So I should be out and about for a while. I doubt I will get a early start but maybe Scott and I will go after he gets off work. He likes to shop too!
