Yikes its getting late...1:15am..and for me its starting to feel really late. I don't feel good.. My throat hurts..stomach a mess..I wonder if the kids brought in some nasty germs.
Jackson took the picture above.. I kinda like it! I know I love that kitten! And that's me with shorter hair.. I even cut it a bit shorter tonight... I wanted it a little more short so I had Scott help with making sure the back looked good and then I finished it myself. I really like it a little shorter. I think for summer and fall it will feel great. By next summer it will have grown out or I might keep it this way... Not sure really but liking it right now!
Everyone is finally in bed and the house is nice and quite. I don't know if it makes me a bad mom to really like a quite house. I just don't like a lot of noise.. I am sitting here finally watching Nancy Grace and taking some time to myself. I cant believe I have kinda had a cold today. I thought it was because I slept with a fan on me. But then other things started showing up so I am afraid I might indeed have a cold. I am going to take some medicine in a few minutes.. go to bed..and pray I wake up feeling better..not worse. Gosh.. This Casey Anthony trial is so addictive. I have had it on all day. I think closing statements are happening Sunday Morning at 9 am..Court is also in session tomorrow.. I don't know what we are doing.. I was hoping that Scott and I could take them to the pool after he gets home. I wont be swimming if I feel bad.. So who knows what we are going to do. He might take them on his own. I am hoping that its a relaxing weekend for us all! We already got some fireworks. We all are celebrating the 4th on Sunday so we have Monday to lay around and recover! I wont be drinking so it wont be so hard for me to recover.. but I am sure the others will need it. I think its only be 7 of us total. I don't plan on it being anything big. One of our sets of friends is working out of town and wont be able to come.. But I don't mind! I think 7 of us is big enough this year!
The kitty cats are all over me! They are in play mode.. and its so fun to watch.. Just this morning Jackson told me..
" Mom..we have been waiting for years for these kittens! ' How cute is that!? They bring joy to everyone that comes around them!
Well I am off to get dosed up in cold medicine and get to bed..
