Happy Saturday!!

Afternoon friends and Happy 4th of July weekend!

I just got up a few minutes ago and I went to let Giovanni in from the garage and look at where he was at..Once I opened the door and saw him.. I grabbed the camera!

There he is.. on top of my car!!!! I am not so crazy about this but he likes it up there..

I guess he thinks its his car! When I was yelling at him to come on..

He just..

laid down.. Maybe that is his spot not to be bothered.. He did finally come in and is now having his lunch right with the kittens.

I woke up feeling a little better.. Throat still kinda sore so I am still taking medicine just to make sure it doesnt get worse! The warm coffee is helping too!

No big plans for this afternoon. Heck.. Brittany is still sound asleep. Like I said.. she will sleep all day if you let her. In fact.. in just a few minutes I will have to wake her butt up! I think we are heading out to see some fireworks later tonight. I dont think they start until 930. So that should be fun! I got my camera charging right now so I can get lots of pictures!

Well.. I woke up today and realized my hair is quite short! Its like an inch or so above my shoulders! I think its perfect for summer and once it grows out for a month or so I should really like it. I like it now but still want it to grow out a little bit. I think it feels light and bouncy! In the summer 99 % of the time my hair is pulled back into a ponytail and I honestly think Scott is tired of seeing it that way! So this change should be nice! I have tried to explain to Brittany that beauty has nothing to do with what length your hair is. There is pretty girls with long hair and there are pretty girls with short hair..Then there are moms who need something a bit easier when she is spending all summer with the kids!

Ohh I wanted to mention something about my hair cut.. Yes I kinda pretty much have a cute bob.. I am sure many of you guys have seen the bobs where the hair is shorter in the back than on the sides... well I have had that kind of bob but when I grew that hairstyle out it looked awful. I just hated it. Even with regular trims and trying to get it to look right it just never did. So this time the back is the same as the sides. So this time it will grow out even... I think I shocked my pen pal when I told her that I cut off my hair.. I havent mentioned yet that I trimmed it up a bit more last night! Ha!!! I am sure you will see the pictures soon! I kinda like it!

Brittany got up a few minutes ago and right in the shower she went. Funny every day when she gets up.. she is in the shower. Pretty good habit! Jackson would run around in his pjs all day.. all night..if you let him!

Off to get lunch ready..

 Thats always Brittany's first meal of the day.. Strange huh? I cant believe she actually gets up for school! We might have to work on this a bit.. Really I dont mind.. its summer.. things should be more relaxed for her. In school she does really well.. Her grades are great..so I guess..if she wants to sleep more on her summer break then thats ok with me.. We just have to fix it a week or two before school because I dont want it to be hard on her when she does start back.
