Good Morning Friends! I don't have long because Scott and I are heading out for a day of adventure at the Riverbanks Zoo in Columbia SC. Right now Scott is getting cleaned up and I have a few minutes to say hi to you! So the end of this week has been kinda rough. There have been challenges that I didn't really want to face but I am moving forward to a better place one step at a time. I think at this point, I know what I want and what I don't want in my life and it's not always easy but taking a stand is the first step. God will help through every situation good or bad so I am trusting him to guide me and put me where he wants me to be. So today I am shaking off all the crap that has piled up the last few days and go wander around the zoo taking in all the majestic animals. Really none of the kids are interested in going so this is my little day trip with my husband before they come back home. I actually toured this zoo probably close to 10 years ago by myself when Scott and I were traveling for his work. He worked and I went to the zoo. It honestly was one of the first times I ever did anything like that by myself. It was a big moment because it wasn't easy for me to be alone walking around a zoo. But today, I am not alone and I know we are going to have a wonderful time.
