* Easy Peach & Ginger Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe | Video |

Saturday, June 21, 2014

Hello friends! I hope you are having a beautiful evening. I am back with a super easy and delicious summer dinner. Its really easy and pretty fast to make.. We are just coming out of strawberry season and we are going right into peach season. Its crazy how fast the seasonal fruit is growing here! I hope you try this because it is soooo good!  Everything is in the video and the recipe is below.

Be sure to come back and let me know if you try this and what you think of it!

Heres What you Need:

Pork Tenderloin
2/3 cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Maple Vinegar
3 Smashed Garlic Cloves
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger
1 Mashed Peach + More for Grilling
Salt & Pepper:
Add everything but the peaches for grilling to a large ziplock
baggie and marinate as long as you can! The longer the
better!

Heat grill with the idea of having more heat on one side than the other. Keep in mind you want to put your peaches on the side with less heat. Cook the pork tenderloins until they reach 160 degrees. During the grilling I basted the pork loins with an additional sauce that I made with 4 or 5 tablespoons of peach jelly,  a couple squrirts of soy sauce, some grated ginger, and a couple of drops of Worcestershire sauce. Its super easy.. no exact measurements. Just taste as you go!

Once the meat is cooked thoroughly, let it rest for 15 minutes and then slice it up and serve each person with a grilled peach and any vegetable of your choice.

Enjoy!
