Desk Night!!

Boy its been a busy night for me.. That's the main reason I don't mind starting a little later than most people because I stay up later doing stuff! I stayed up all day from the beginning of the early morning to now..and its 120am here.. and I have to get to bed soon! Morning is going to come fast again..and I will probably want to slam my alarm clock into the wall so I got to get to bed soon! 

I got busy tonight after my bath on so many things.. My closet is a complete disaster.. and I decided I would dedicate 30 minutes.. and only 30 minutes to picking it up.. and its so much better. I am going to make myself do the same thing tomorrow and it might just get done! =)  

Then I got busy with 

desk work.. and yea.. I didn't near as much I done as I had hoped. I have a stack of paperwork from here to the heavens that has been waiting on me for a while. It seemed like tonight was more about figuring out the menu for next week.. along with the grocery list.. and a list of all the bills I have to pay tomorrow. I should have just paid them tonight but I really just sorted them. Its amazing at the amount of paperwork that comes in this house. And as with all moms.. I am the house secretary.. and its a big job! 

Speaking of menu planning.. I have something kind of fun planned for next weeks meals. I am devoting the entire week to crock-pot meals!! YEP!! We will be doing crock-pot meals from next Monday all the way through Sunday. 7 crock-pot meals and 2 crock-pot desserts! I think it will be a lot of fun! I will try to post the recipes this weekend in case you want to follow along. I plan on doing the shopping tomorrow.. and I will do a food haul video explaining the meals out. Here's what I am making.. 

Monday

Crock-pot French Onion Pork Roast which has potatoes and carrots with it. Serving it with bread and a side salad.

Tuesday

Crock-pot Lasagna served with bread and side salad

Wednesday

Crock-pot Broccoli Cheese Soup served with bread.

Thursday

Crock-pot meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and green-beans

Friday

 Crock-pot Honey Sesame Chicken served with steamed sticky rice

Saturday

Crock-pot San Fansico Pork Chops served with roasted potatoes and squash.

Sunday

Crock-pot Hasbrown and egg casserole served with some fresh fruit. Sunday night.. I am setting out all the left overs from the week and finishing them up.

I am also making 2 desserts during the week..

I am doing Crock-pot Bananas Foster and I am also making a blue berry buckle!

I this is going to be a lot of fun! I am going to do a vlog of each one.. from start to finish! If you want to join up.. cook along.. take some picture or do a vlog and share it! I have never done a crock pot only week. I actually have 2 crock pots which will come handy! 

As I said.. tomorrow is a shopping and errands day. I will also be videoing a lot of my day out to link up with another vlog link up.. We are all doing a day in the life.. which also should be a lot of fun!

I still have a lot of desk work left for another night. The important thing is .. I got the bills due sorted out of the huge pile of envelopes, papers, magazines and free samples. I will to the rest later.. another day! 

Well I have a busy day ahead of me.. and I need rest!
