Good morning friends. Yep.. I'm up..been up since about 730 AND.. I am feeling a little better! I still have a cough and running nose but as of right now I am better than what I was yesterday. I planned on sleeping in today but here I am up. I have been cleaning like a mad woman for the last couple of hours. With husby and I being sick this week, our house really took a back seat. Its a mess.. no really... a mess. I would totally love being in bed but the house isn't going to clean itself. I am just thankful I feel good enough to do it all.
Scott and Jackson were both in great moods this morning too. Scott got up and made omelets and Jackson was giggly and happy. That is a great morning. There was no way my cold was going to take away from that. BTW.. little Jackson didn't forget his homework yesterday! I think its important that he knows how much we care about his education and when he forgets his homework.. we are going to go in and do it with him in the morning. I am proud of him for the sweet little boy he is! He has the sweetest giggle ever!
I need to try to do some shopping today or this evening.. I might wait till after Jackson is home but I'm not sure. I also think since I am feeling better that I will be able to go out to dinner tonight. Jackson has been dying to go to Golden Corral ( hes HOOKED on the chocolate fountain! ) . I just don't want to get anyone else sick so I am going to wait till later this evening to see. Scott works till 8pm so it will be a late dinner but that's ok. As long as we are home by 930, a late dinner is fine.
Scott sent me the cutest message today.. it was a adorable picture of himself with a message that says..this guy loves you. Oh boy, I love that man so freaking much! I'm a lucky lady for the blessed life I have.
Anyway, going to vacuum.. and then take another break. I can't do everything all at once.. and I don't want to over do myself so I work for a few minutes and take a break.. I might even get a little nap in later too!
