Sleepy hello to all of you! I am guessing many of you will be reading this on Monday.. and I hope your Monday is amazing! I tend to take Mondays at my own pace being I am home. Sundays are always family day around here and usually exhausting.. so I don't hate Monday's as most people.. I see them as kinda a
- recovery - day for me! Its 1am here and in the next 30 minutes I will be climbing into bed trying to deal with a snoring husby!

It was a busy day.. it started really good.. then some unexpected events came upon me that I dealt with.. and then we were off to clean the dealership for the last time. Its not a job I hate.. I clean all the time at home anyway.. so its not too bad and the boys seemed to like it.. but I am glad that I don't have to worry about it again for a while. But by time we got home it was 7pm.. LATE start to our day put us behind on everything!
I did manage to go to Walmart to do some shopping and then came home and quickly made the steak sandwiches and homemade fries that I showed you in this post.. This is a BIG hit in my house.. I have said it a ton of times but ladies remember.. the way to a mans ♥ is always through his stomach! The boys ate it up too.. which is shocking because we have picky eaters.
After dinner I enjoyed a super long bath.. I just stayed in there forever. I am in total love with long hot baths and I was in there for over an hour... it was amazing! I wasn't thinking about blogging, husby, kids or friends.. instead I soaked away the stresses of the day and came out refreshed enough to clean up the kitchen and hang out with the boys for a while.
As you can tell, I didn't have much time for blogging today. =( I am going to try to get as much posting done tomorrow as I can. I had the sweetest comment on facebook today about my croque-monsieur-ham-cheese-recipe. She wanted to find my recipe and typed it into google and there it was .. and she made it and loved it! That's what I am talking about when it comes to this blog! I mean seriouosly, to get a sweet comment telling me that they tried something of mine.. loved it.. and their family loved it..is why this blog is here. Thank you so much Christy for the sweet comment!
Also I have had a lot of questions about when the next litter of kittens are coming.. Well, I wish I had an exact date for you guys but thats next to impossible for me to pen point an exact date. I am hoping around Christmas we will have 2 litters. But I can't promise that. My male got out and we had to get another one.. He is growing by the day but we are still waiting on him to mature. I ma hoping that it will happen soon.. nothing makes me more happy than a houseful of baby kittens!

Anyway, we miss her dearly! But know she is enjoying time with the rest of the family. I can't wait till we move to Florida. We are committed here a year at a time because of Jackson starting school but I can promise you that each summer we will see where we are and if we are ready for the big move. Scott is not too ready to move yet but I hope in the next few years we get down there... A lot of our family is there and it would be nice to be around them.. but Florida wasn't easy on us last time when we lived there.. hoping this next time we wouldn't be as hard! We are older and wiser now.. and its where I want to be! =)
Anyway.. time for sleep!
