Hello friends! I feel like I am ahead of the game tonight...which is shocking but by 1130 everything that I needed to get done was finished and I have relaxing and enjoying a quiet house! I don't know how I got finished with everything but I did and I couldn't be happier! In all honesty, I should have spent some time on laundry but I figured that could wait till tomorrow!

About 720 we took off to go swimming..
I thought our shoes looked so cute lined up...
However, we are missing one pair in this picture! ( Mine are the black flats.. and you can see Brittany's feet are larger than mine! )
The kids shut off their bad attitudes and all had a lot of fun together!
Husby got there about 815...

Jackson doing his first dive from the high dive.
I was so proud of him! It took a lot of courage to do that.. and he did it WELL!!!
Its so freaking funny to watch Jackson interact with the lifeguards at the pool. They know him by name and he loves talking with them. He does really good at listening to them.. I think its great because some of them might end up being his coaches next year.
I have a TON of pictures and videos from swimming that I will be getting up soon. I am just running behind with getting everything up.. but the dive from the high dive was for sure one of the best videos I made to date. I am so proud of him. Hes pretty confident and if he tries some new dive or trick.. he usually pulls it off. I am a little nervous about him doing back flips off the diving board because last year he hit his head.. and it scared all of us to death. But I am sure it won't be long before he is back at it!
Ohh.. I also have videos from Lake Lure that I will be getting posted asap too! I know I normally put them in the same post as the pictures but I just didn't get to do that. So I got the pictures up first! I know that I was complaining about the kids in tonights Mom Talks post.. but they really are good kids. I am so thankful that they all are here. I get tired of their bickering but they all are precious.
After we came home from the pool we all sat down and ate...again!
I cooked a big roast tonight.. we ate it before we left for the pool
and we ate it when we got home from the pool. Everyone loved it. One pot meals are great for a houseful of kids and family. I don't really like using the oven in the summer, but I was running to late this morning to get it into the crock pot.
I was talking to my mom today and I am not sure.. but she may be coming with my sister to stay a couple weeks. Not sure if it will happen or not, but we might just be having more family come to stay!
I do have to admit.. I really want to go on holiday alone for a weekend. I miss him so much right now. Its hard to make alone time for each other right now. We always have at least 1 child always bouncing around. We did lay down and cuddle up for about 10 minutes. Maybe I should consider that our mini vacation!
I am starting to get sleepy so I am off to bed. I felt so much better today because I got lots and lots of sleep. I need that again!
