Hello! Ready for another review?? Today I am going to be talking about the Revlon Photoready Eye Primer and Brightener. I love the Urban Decay Primer Potion as everyone does but I am always on a hunt of a primer that will do the same great job but at a fraction of the price. So lets check out this Revlon Primer!

Revlon Photoready Eye Primer and Brightener
$9.99 CVS
It states: to prime to apply on lids and under eyes and then to brighten Apply to under eyes, inner/outer corners of eyes or anywhere on face to instantly brighten.
Ingredients
This is a pen type of tube
with a brush applicator
All you have to do is
twist the bottom of the pen ( and this one works better than other ones I have tried liked this )
and the primer/brighter comes up in the bristles
As you can see, it is a pinky flesh color
A lot of the Revlon Photoready has way to much glitter in it. But this really didn't reflect a lot of glitter on my hand.
It blended easy and didn't settle into fine lines. I think it actually gives a soft focus type of look to the skin where applied.
. This primer is serves a dual purpose (I’m starting to see a lot of products like that) as a lid primer and a brightener. So when I applied this as a primer, it did give my shadow a little more vibrancy and didn't crease on me. It also seemed to last the entire day.
It's a very nice concealer for brightening the under eye without being cakey or settling into lines. It's very liquidy and I find it best to put a bit on my finger and tap it on. But that is how I put on all my concealer products.. the heat from my ring finger works well to patt the product into the skin. I don't have really dark circles under my eyes, so I don't require a ton of concealer but if you do. you might want something a little stronger to use under this. Yep.. under it. I think if you suffer from dark circles, use a better concealer first and then put a tiny amount of this over the concealer to just brighten it up would work great.
I don't mind the peachy pink color either. It really helps to even out my skin tone on my eyelids. Its not sticky.. and I keep reaching for it now.
So over all, I am giving this a
B
I really like it. Its not bad.. Is it as good as my beloved Urban Decay PP ??? I still think I like the Urban Decay more.. but that's not surprising. However, this one is a pretty good drug store find. It does double duty with the concealing and brightening. So give it a try!
Have any of you guys bought this yet? I would love to hear your thoughts!
