Hello friends! What a lazy Saturday so far. Its pretty cool and wet here today so I found it the perfect day to lay around in my bed and just relax until it warms up a bit. Its really hasn't warmed up much so I have to just dress a little warmer and go on out to do some shopping in a while. I am being so LAZY right now!! I am laying in my bed.. thinking about all I have to do today!
* Find last gift for friend *
* Pick up cat and dog food *
* Find something for dinner tonight *
* Go to the bank *
* And maybe a quick stop by the mall. *
I was watching the Pioneer Women just a little while ago and she made some yummy looking steak sandwiches. So that might be what we have to have for diner. Seemed easy enough and I think Michael and Scott will really like them. I normally use ribeyes for steak sandwiches but the chopped steak looked really good at a fraction of the price. Looks like dinner is solved.. add in some home made french fries .. and dinner will be done in under 30 minutes.
Scott doesn't get off work at 4 today.. instead its 6.. if not later. Thank goodness this is the last day of the sale. Scott has been working 7am to 8pm all week long.. and really most nights he worked till 9 or 10 pm. He was exhausted last night. I know he wants to play golf tomorrow if the weather is good but he better get some sleep tonight first.. otherwise his game will suck tomorrow. I am not sure where all his energy comes from. I think he just goes so long and hard until he just falls over of exhaustion. All the sales guys are tired. And not too many of them like the sales team coming in and taking over. But they have sold a lot of cars so.. it was for the best. Another thing is.. and I know this from working on the road.. is that the sales guys who come and do the super sale and freaking serious. They do not screw around.. they are there to make $ and most of the time.. the guys who are in a dealership full time get a little cozy and most of the time they don't like others coming in and taking over. But today is the end so I am sure that they will all be happy for it to be finished.
Well time to come out of my pjs... and get some things done. I plan on posting last nights haul before I take off. so stay tuned!
