Getting ready for Easter!!

Its officially Easter!! I am still amazed at how fast this year has taken off. To me, we were just ringing in the new year! Tomorrow's celebrations are going to be low key.. just Scott, myself and Michael. I didn't even break out the Easter decorations this year. I normally have a big Easter tree but I just didn't do it this year.

I got a couple questions about what we are having for dinner.. so here is the menu!!

I went ahead and got the salad dressing made tonight so it could marinate in the frig all night to get good and yummy!

3/4 cups Olive Oil Or Canola Oil

Juice Of 2 Lemons

4 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 teaspoon Salt, More To Taste

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Sugar

Dash Of Paprika

1 clove Garlic - Peeled And Left Whole

Preparation Instructions

Place all ingredients into a jar. Shake it up and store in the fridge at least 24 hours before serving.

I won't get a full 24 hours in, but by time tomorrows dinner comes, it should be just fine! You guys should really make it.. it tastes amazing on any green salad!

Today was such a LAZY day! I woke up and didn't feel like doing anything. And thats exactly what I did.. Once husby and Michael came home, we all hung outside and enjoyed the pretty day.. And even

Gabby was outside with us.. Is that not a beautiful picture of her!? I love this kitty so much. We seriously have a bond that is magical. She actually is a lot like me.. eats a lot of the food I eat.. including cakes at times, pasta and even mint chocolate chip ice cream. She even has the same attitude a lot of times!!



 That's my baby for sure!!

She did make Scott and I both nervous on the railing..

So it wasn't long before her butt was back inside. I keep looking for her harness and lead but its probably out in the garage some where and I just need to go out there and dig it up.

Then husby and I took off and went shopping for tomorrows dinner. He is still driving that sweet BMW Convertible and the ride was so beautiful. I even stopped and got a wrist brace. I can't tell you how bad my right shoulder, wrist, hand, and fingers have been hurting. I am seriously thinking about calling up the Dr and getting a fast appointment to see if I can get some help. I have no idea why its hurting.. I assume from so much typing but I broke both my shoulders in a car wreck in 2000 and maybe that is what is going on. Scott suggested I not wear it and type because my fingers will have to stretch more to get to the keys.. so I am going to try to just sleep in it tonight and see if that helps. Its not the most comfortable thing but maybe it will help.

I don't know how much blogging tomorrow/today being its Easter but I will get a few post up for sure. Its going to be a pretty easy night. I wish all the kids were here but I don't mind saying that I am not a little relieved that we are not going to have a house full.

I got the Weekly Steals and Deals up.. CVS has a lot of good deals this week and so does RiteAid. Walgreens is falling a little flat this week with beauty sales but check out my post on it..
