I don't always want to cook but when feeding hungry men, there is not many other options. Last night was another easy dinner! And they LOVED it!
I made simple Gorditas I was only feeding 3 total last night so
2 big chicken breast were plenty.. the others went into the freezer.
Got it all cut up.. on a plastic of course.. no wood!
I got some onions cooking..
Added some sugar to carmalize them.
It took about 20 minutes to cook these down but so worth it!
Once they were done, I removed them to a pan and started cooking
the chicken.
While that was going on, I got everything else ready..
And dinner was serve yourself.. except husby was tired so
I made his. He had the spicy ranch on his that came with the kit
and Jerred and I just had plain ranch.
The guys ate these up and really really liked them. I think the cucumbers and ranch make all the difference!
I found them really good too.. and it was easy to make and easy to clean up. I only bought the kit because I was having trouble with finding just the packages of Gordtias .
This was a very tasty dinner!
Too bad tonight wont be as easy!
