Since I was cooking for a crowd again tonight.. I decided on a
Mexican Night..
I figured I could feed a lot of people with this set up..
I also decided to use my heated buffet server and
it worked really good!
One the left...
I had Spanish rice and refried beans
Then in the middle
was the beef taco meat
And on the right end was some
Chicken fajitas.
I served it all up on the counter including
all the condiments.. and let everyone serve themselves. I even had them all eat on paper plates to make clean up a lot easier.
It was a hit.. everyone liked it and dinner was rather easy and clean up was nothing really. And we have left overs for lunch tomorrow!
