Hello Friends. Hope you are having a beautiful day! Scott is home today. He is enjoying some time with the kids before they leave to go back to Indiana tomorrow. He wasn't feeling that good to begin with but he got some extra sleep and decided that he would go on a hiking trail with the kids a few towns over. I think its over 5 miles long. I would have went but I had really no interest in going. I went to bed super late, got up earlier than I wanted and figure the quiet time around here will be nicer than a hike! Plus I wanted to let husby have some alone time with them anyway. Hes been working so many hours so he doesn't get a lot of time with them anyway. =(
I got up around 930 and got showered and cleaned up. Its still pretty cool here so far today. It was in the 50's when I got up but its suppose to be in the 80's today.. Hopefully it warms up soon! I don't like being cold. Flowers are blooming all over the place and the trees are all blooming around here. I love spring!
Anyway, I got up.. and got of the house pretty early for me. I am very happy to have a Dr. really close to us. Less that 5 minutes in the car and I was there. This was my first time at this Dr office. Our normal Dr. moved and neither husby or I wanted a Dr. that is 45 minutes away. I was a bit nervous about finding a new one but in I went. All the normal stuff happened.. took my insurance card, info and gave me tons and tons of paper work to fill out.
So into the waiting room I went...
to fill out my paperwork. Once I was done, I took a look around and it was
a pretty nice office..
And the
coffee area made my morning. I had only had one cup before I left.. so I helped myself!
Then about 45
minutes later, I was placed in my little room. Which again was nice.
One thing I really like is that this Dr. office is connected with the hospital and they could see all my records on that computer.
It took a while back there.. I was getting more and more bored and hungry with each passing moment.. but then there were
computer issues of course. But they quickly fixed it..
The Dr. finally came in and got me taken care of. She was super nice and helped me with everything. I got a new script for my Ambien and I also got the Imatrex Shots again. They really do work really good for me to kill a migraine. Hopefully I won't have to use them much but at least I will have them just in case.
I dropped everything off at CVS and husby will pick it up for me on his way home. I didn't do any shopping either. Shocker huh!? Yea.. I was just tired from not getting that much sleep. I might go out tomorrow and get some more of the Physician's Formula products tomorrow since they are 40% off this week. I really like that line and I could just buy it all up if I had my choice!
I am starving right now.. I can't decide if I am going out to get some food or just going downstairs and make something. I am thinking stay home..eat.. and then maybe take a little nap.
