Valentines Day Menu

I have really been trying to figure out whats for dinner tomorrow for the past couple days. I just can't come up with anything that I want to make.. Its for 3 of us. Michael will be eating Valentines dinner with us this year. So what I have came up with is

This meal. Well, maybe.. We had mashed potatoes tonight so I might switch up the potatoes and also add roasted heads of garlic with fresh bread. I plan on slicing up the ribeye and then plating it up. And if skirt steak is on sale.. it might be that instead of ribeyes. I won't know till I get to the market.

Last year everything was heart shaped! Yep.. Heart shaped food. But this year I think we are going for something a little more grown up. But I love the heart theme!

I also am making

a chocolate tart for dessert. You can get to the recipe HERE.

I am actually baking the tart tonight and tomorrow I will finish it.

I am going to make the table cute and make it a really nice dinner with candles and wine.


I am baking tonight because tomorrow I have to do the shopping and then prepare the meal.  And its not a late night for the guys..so I got to get up a bit earlier and get to the market. I have everything for the tart except the raspberries so that's going to happen in just a bit!
