LATE Fill in the ___Friday!!

Sorry for the late post! I forgot to do this Friday so better late than never huh!

I started my blog because

To really document our lives. We live far away from our family and I thought it would be a great way to keep them updated with what is going on with us. I have always journaled. I have said many times over that I want my life documented for my children. They are not hear every day right now and one day I hope that they will be able to flip through the blog books ( I just started having my blog transformed into books and waiting for my first 2 books to come in ) and learn a little more about their mother. I think one day, it will be so special for both of them. This blog is not just about me.. its about them too!

One thing I love seeing on other blogs

There are a bunch of blogs out there that I like but the thing I love reading on a blog is something that inspires me in some way. I love seeing real families.. beautiful kids and even beauty blogs inspire me. Pets blogs inspire me.. I just love peeking into other lives..we all can learn many lessons from each other.

Something I love about blogging

That after my pictures are uploaded on here, that they are preserved.. I hope forever. Anything can happen.. your computer can crash taking with it all your pictures, you can loose your phone or camera, but once they are up here.. they are safe.

A favorite blog post of mine is probably

I have so many.. I can't just say one. All the post about my kids, my extended family, my mom and about my husband are my favorites. And of course.. all the kitten post are near and dear to my heart. When I shared the photos from the first litter of our cattery was a very proud moment for me. The same with our precious grand daughter. Just post about my family are my favorites.

Something my friends in real life know about me that I've

never before mentioned on my blog is

Well, on my first blog on myspace I did post about it but when my grand father died, then my mother in law died and then my husbands niece was killed and then my uncle died all close together was one of the hardest times in my life. I seriously thought about suicide during that time. I missed my family ( and make no mistake, Scott's mom was just as important to me and my own blood family ) and for about a year and a half I was in total despair. I think the only reason I got through it was my husband. I wish I could say my mom or my kids but I was in such a dark place during that time that the only thing that really helped was Scott comforting me on a daily basis.. demanding I seek help for my depression and being my shoulder to cry on. Very very very hard time in my life.

My new favorite blogs to read are

I love reading - The Glamorous Life of a Housewife -. Its a really sweet blog and I enjoy reading it! I found it when I searched blogs that were close in the same title as mine. Funny I like this so much! Sometimes there are blogs that really gets your attention. I think her blog is sweet and she has the most adorable little boy! Another blog I have been loving is the The Sweet Adventures of Sugarbelle. Its been over 10 years since I graduated from Culinary School and this blog really helps me keep up with everything has keeps changing. She has some great post on baking and tells you step by step how to do it. Her pictures are great. I love this blog. I also read Chronically Vintage. This blog takes me back in time and I love it. Her post are amazing and she is a great writer. I really enjoy reading these post. I don't ever miss a post from here and its such a fun read! I also like keeping up with the Royals on the About William and Kate Blog.. This one is fun and I love anything about the Royals. For a bit of Celbrity Gossip I like Celebitchy. She is kinda mean but I get a good laugh out of some of her post. I have a long list of beauty blogs but a new favorite of mine is Little Kiva. She also has a youtube channel that you can get to off her blog. She is young, a bit wild but I like her. I think she is beautiful.. and I like that she speaks her mind and does what she wants on her video's. I seem to watch her videos more than read her blog though! Of course if you want my favorite beauty blog and youtuber it would have to be Pixiwoo. I love the sisters and they are amazing with make up. Their brush collection is also amazing! You can check out my review on those brushes here. And for couponing I like The Krazy Coupon Lady. She has a great blog with tons and tons of couponing information. There are a lot of coupon blogs out there I like and sometime soon I will make a list of them for you guys too! I read blogs on a daily basis. If I am out and about I will look at them on my phone but most of the time I read them on my laptop. The coupon blogs I check often through out the day. New deals are always popping up all the time! These are just a few of the blogs I enjoy reading. I have a long list and will do another post sometime with some others on it. ( Sorry for the long answer! )

 

 

 

Some things I tend to avoid doing on my blog are

Curse. I curse like a sailor. I was raised mostly around men and I picked up the bad words fast in the house I was raised in. Not good I know. I know I do curse a little on here but for the most part, I try to keep it as toned down as possible because at any minute my kids can get on here and the last thing I need them doing is going to school and cursing. Its a terrible habit of mine but the fact is.. I curse. a lot and I don't really care except when it comes to the kids. I know when to keep it under control and when its ok to just speak freely.. but yea.. that's what I try to avoid!
