Christmas Cake Batter Fudge ~ Step by Step!!

Sunday, December 18, 2011
If you didn't see the cake batter fudge post you can click HERE but its super easy.. Here are the instructions and below you will find the step by step pictures..

Ingredients:
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 12 oz. package white chocolate chips
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Almond Extract
Rainbow Sprinkles

Directions:
  • Pour milk and white chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 2-3 minutes, or until white chocolate is almost completely melted. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Stir until completely blended, melted, and smooth.

  • Immediately add vanilla and almond and combine thoroughly. Add a handful or so of rainbow sprinkles and fold in quickly, because they will melt (and if they are stirred for too long they’ll turn the fudge an ugly muddy color).

  • Transfer to an aluminum-foil lined 8×8 inch baking pan. Let set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

  • Once set, cut into cubes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in a cool place.

So here we go!!

Here are the main indgredients..

( my pictures will look a little different.. I made this recipe x 3 )

Take 3/4 sweetened condensed milk ( measure because this can is a little more )

and 1 package of white chocolate chips.

You will also need

some sprinkles and a

foil lined cookie sheet.

just layer milk and chips in a microwave safe bowl..

and start microwaving in 1 minute intervals.. when chocolate is almost melted..

Add the

3 teaspoon of Vanilla and 1 teaspoon of almond extract.

Mix..

Then add your sprinkles

and be sure to mix fast because if they melt they will turn it greyish..

so fast!

Then

pour

the fudge right on it.. Hurry and kinda push it to the corners..

I then added

red and green sprinkles on the top..

and sat it in a cold room for about 2 hours..

Then I

cut it.. pulled the aluminium foil off the back and then cut it into

Christmas trees!

Super Super Easy.. and REALLY GOOD!!

My husband has already eaten a ton of these!

Just so you know.. this is just for the family, not gift boxes!
