Just a " hopping" by to say hello! I have been busy getting things done for tonight's dinner.. The ham is cooking away and the table is set! It looks so pretty! I will for sure take some pictures to share with you guys..Dinner here is not till 7 tonight but I want to get as much done as possible before they get here.. I think I told Michael to come over between 6-7..So I have to be cleaned up by 6 at the latest! I have really been watching the clock today.. Well..since I have been up anyway!
Scott took off to play golf at 9 am.. I got up around 1 and got started right away.. Scott came in from golf and went right to the bed. Last night he was a bit of a grump so today he has to put a smile on his face and be nice to everyone!! So hopefully the nap will help! I have the floor to sweep next and get all the things I am cooking out and I want to try to get as much of the prep work done that I can. Like I told you guys yesterday that I am not having a huge menu this year.. Ham, potatoes, 2 veggies, bread and dessert.. And if I have enough time I might make a salad..I actually dreamed of 7 layer salad last night! It needs to set for a day so that's out!
Anyway...lunch is about over for me.. I have to get started on the floors!
I was working on post for both ~ Kisha's House of Persians ~ and also on ~ Our Fairytale ~ .. So maybe sometime today you might see those up! I just have to spell check and they are done!
