THE OTHER NIGHT THE 3 OF US ENJOYED A GRRREAT SEAFOOD DEAL. I THINK DUE TO VALENTINES DAY LOBSTER TAILS WERE ON SALE... SO I HAD TO GET SOME..SO WE HAD..

SALMON, LOBSTER TAILS, ASPARAGUS, BAKED POTATOES. AND SNOW FLAKE ROLLS.

YUMMMM...EVERYTHING I NEEDED FOR A GREAT DINNER!

THE SALMON WAS REALLY FRESH..

AND THE LOBSTER AND ASPARAGUS ALSO FRESH..

I JUST USED SOME HEARTY SPICY BROWN MUSTARD TO COAT THE SALMON ON A ALUMINUM FOIL LINED COOKIE SHEET. ~ SPRAYED WITH NON STICK SPRAY ~

AND IN A 400 DEGREE OVEN..FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES..

THEN WE STARTED WORKING ON THE LOBSTER TAILS. I USED KITCHEN SHEARS TO CUT THE RIDGES ALONG THE SHELL AND THEN USED A KNIFE TO CUT ALONG THE EDGE OF SHELL TO REMOVE ALL THE TAIL MEAT...HERE IS SCOTT HELPING!

AND AS YOU CAN SEE I REMOVED ALL THE LOBSTER FROM THE TAIL AND I HAVE KEPT THE SHELL AND ROUGHLY CHOPPED UP THE LOBSTER.

SCOTT NORMALLY DONT LIKE LOBSTER SO I WAS MAKING ON 2 FOR MICHAEL AND MYSELF..BUT SHOULD HAVE MADE THE 3RD ONE..SCOTT REALLY LIKED IT PREPARED THIS WAY AND ATE MOST OF MINE! =))

I TOOK A COUPLE TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER, MELTED OVER MED HIGH IN A NON STICK SKILLET AND SAUTEED THE LOBSTER FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES.

ONCE THE SALMON WAS ALMOST DONE, I TOPPED IT WITH BROWN SUGAR AND UNDER THE BROILER IT WENT UNTIL IT HAD A LITTLE CHAR ON IT..

WE GOT THE ASPARAGUS IN THE STEAMER COOKING..

( ABOUT 3 MINUTES )

I PLATED UP DINNER FOR EVERYONE THIS TIME..

AND DINNER WAS SERVED.
WE SERVED THE LOBSTER WITH MELTED BUTTER..

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FREAKING GOOD!
