THE OTHER NIGHT WE HAD ONE OF MY FAVORITE MEALS OF ALL TIMES...

FLANK STEAK, SMASHED CHEESE RED POTATOES, SUGAR SNAP PEAS ALONG WITH SALAD AND BREAD..



HERE ARE THE MAIN INGREDIENTS FOR DINNER


AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS FLANK STEAK..THIS IS A CHEAPER STEAK THAT HAS A TON OF FLAVOR ALL ON ITS OWN BUT...IF YOU MARINADE IT, IT REALLY TASTE GOOD!


AS YOU CAN SEE ITS A LONG PIECE OF MEAT THAT IS PRETTY LEAN..


A FEW HOURS BEFORE COOKING, I TOOK SOME LAWRYS MARINADE ..


AND COVERED THE STEAK IN IT AND LET IT GET ALL THOSE FLAVORS INTO IT..

JUST COVER IT AND LET IT SIT IN THE FRIG FOR A COUPLE OF HRS. PULL IT OUT ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE COOKING AND LET IT COME TO ROOM TEMP.


IN THE MEAN TIME I GOT THE POTATOES CUT UP TO BOIL..


AND GOT THE STEAK COOKING ON MY INDOOR GRILL..


SLICED IT UP..

SERVED IT WITH..


WARM FRENCH BREAD..


SMASHED CHEESY RED POTATOES


I ALSO MICROWAVED SOME SUGAR SNAP PEAS AND MADE A QUICK HOUSE SALAD FOR EVERYONE..

AND DINNER WAS SERVED..

YUMMM!!!

BUT I ALSO GOT BUSY...


MIXING UP SOME CUPCAKE BATTER..


AND GETTING THEM READY TO ...


BAKE..


I ICED THEM ALL UP..


AND DESERT WAS ALSO SERVED!
