I know I use to have such detailed blog post to go with each video. However, life is always changing. Either I am working or spending time with my family. I am also 11 weeks pregnant today and I am sleeping more and more. I just simply don't have the time like I use to. But I am working harder on getting more videos up. Hello friends! I hope you all had a wonderful Memorial day. I took a little break and still have a few other videos to share with you from over the weekend. When I was contacted from Rosali Tea I couldn't have been more excited. I am a huge tea lover and the thought of a new monthly tea subscription just made me happy. I was lucky to receive one of their beautiful boxes to test out and share with you! It comes packaged in a really nice box. It slides open from the side to reveal some amazing teas.
This little box came packed with all kind of goodies! There were 3 loose teas with information cards for each. There was a ton of other information cards as well. They included tea filters...little disposable bags that the loose tea goes in. The also included a cute wooden scoop and some natural honey sticks to sweeten it up!
The teas are gorgeous to say the least. They are packed with lots of health benefits. Each is packed full of antioxidants, amino acids, and vitamins. The teas offer all natural energy and nutrients. Rosali Tea source from artisans who handcraft and blend their teas in small batches.
After reading the information card that was included, I decided I would test out the teas as suggested. One in the morning which has the most caffine, one in the afternoon and then the herbal tea before bed.
All the teas were super good. My favorite was for sure the White Jasmine Rose. I surprisingly liked the Lemon Rose Chamomile as well. It was easier to get down than I expected. The morning Sencha Matcha Bliss was my least favorite but it was still pretty good. I didn't want to add a bunch of sugar to my tea. I did add a little rock sugar to the Sencha Matcha Bliss because I really thought it needed it. I used a honey stick that they provided in the White Jasmine Rose which was perfect and with the herbal Lemon Rose Chamomile I left out all sweeteners being I was going to bed.

When Your Tea contacted me asking if I could try this tea out, I was kinda shocked. I am not a huge healthy person and I am not a fan of any detoxes. But I figured out that this tea is not just a normal tea. Its a blend of Chinese herbs that are healing. Your tea offers lots of different kinds for different issues. You can read more about them here. They sent me the 14 day Tiny Teatox that you drink before your meals for 2 weeks. Pretty simple right!?
The box came in very quickly. I got it in early December and I waited to try it until we were done with the holidays and traveling. It's a two week process, so I had to take the time to drink it the way it instructed. The box was of great design. It held up well in travel and it wasn't long before I started drinking this tea. I had no idea how my body would handle this tea. One thing to take note of this is the only tea detox that does not give you the laxative effect. But I still wanted to be home before I tried it.
The first thing I noticed was the smell of the tea. Do not be afraid of this. It's not your usual blend of sweet teas. It's a bunch Chinese herbs. When I drink this tea, I like to use a little honey to sweeten up the early musty flavor. It's not a taste I love but after a while I got use to it. I also figured out having it sligthly warm instead of piping hot allowed me to drink it in fast gulps...because I am not fond of the taste. But it's not to sit a savor like most. This is a tea designed to help heal your digestive track, reduce bloat, clear up your skin, and give you energy. Get over the taste.. just drink it fast. I found that it helped fill me up being I had it right before meals so I did eat less. It helped a lot with bloating, and gave me lots of energy. I really liked that most. The days I drank this tea, I had more energy than I have had in a long time. I felt better. I lost some inches around my waist. I did not weigh myself ( I never do ) or measure myself but I am happy to report my jeans feel about a size too big now. How awesome is that!?

Helloooo! I hope you are all having a great night. Around here the house is shut down and I am blogging from bed. Which is seriously one of my most favorite places on earth! I was ahead of the game tonight. I got a early bath... I think I was in there around 7pm.. then I finished up dinner.. ate with the boys and waited on husby to get home. He was playing in a bowling fundraiser for a little girl with cancer. His boss sponsored a bunch of the guys to do it.. so it was a little later than normal. Honestly it was the last thing I wanted after him working so many hours this past week but he couldn't get out of it.
Its getting late and soon I need to call it a night. Right now my bed is a mess. I have been trying to catch up on some calender time and blog notes but I still have a lot to do. If I do a little bit each night.. maybe by Monday I will have it all caught up.
