Kabbalah: The Red String | Video | + Giveaway!!

Hello friends! I hope you are having a great Sunday. I am back today with a interesting kind of blog post/video and giveaway. For many years I have studied Kabbalah. I have written many blog posts through out the years but I am just a student. I don't profess to know much because there is so much to learn and take in. Today I am specifically talking about the red wool string I wear on my left wrist. I get asked a lot about it, and I hope I explain it clearly in the video below. 10 Basic Principles of Kabbalah

I get questions all the time about Kabbalah. Yes, it's what I choose to try to study and learn more about. It is a ancient Jewish region that seems to make most sense to me. I don't try to force it on anyone. I do get lots of emails wanting information about it and I think I should start with this. 

THE TEN BASIC BELIEFS OF KABBALAH

1. There exists an Infinite Force that is the source of everything in existence. Some call this God. The Kabbalists call this the Ohr Ein Sof - which means - Endless Light.

2. Every thing in existence is here to be a vehicle for mankind to fulfill its purpose. Inanimate objects, plants, animals, stars and galaxies are all here just to serve the purpose of Creation.

3. The purpose of mankind is to become one with the Infinite Force. That's why we're here. That's what were suppose to be doing. That's what the soul desires. All of our fulfillment comes from connecting to the light.

4. The way to become one with the Infinite Force is to engage in a process of transformation while in this world, amidst a sea of temptations and challenges. Every situation in life is a spiritual challenge for many reasons.

5. All mankind is interwoven and interdependent in a spiritual sense. We are all one. In order to become one with the Infinite, you must care about humanity.

6. Everything that exists, exists within man. Man is a microcosm of all creation or as some call it, a " holographic universe. " This is part of being created in the " image of the Divine ."

7. There is a physical realm, which is where we exist and there is a spiritual realm with which we are unknowingly interact, constantly. And every molecule of existence has a spiritual counterpart that is connected to.

8. Our problems and challenges are actually responses from the spiritual realm, based on our thoughts, speech, and actions that are specifically designed for our spiritual growth.

9. History is traveling towards a predetermined destiny. The Infinite Force is designed our time of struggle to end by a certain period of date, and conclude the test.

10. A place has been designed that allows mankind to experience the Infinite Force called the Upper Worlds. That's where those who fulfill their purpose go after death. Each person will experience the Infinite Force in a way and to the extent that the person became one with the Infinite while alive. Likewise, our transformation which is the purpose of creation unites the physical and spiritual realm allowing us to bring an end to death and infinite Light and Fulfillment here on earth.

This is the true meaning of the phrase " heaven on earth."

KABBALAH LESSON

Wisdom is in the air.


 Don't jump to conclusions. Practice patience. Detach a little bit from the urge to get into conflict. Be an observer instead.

When you’re quiet and observing human nature you develop compassion because you see all the ways in which the internal opponent takes over a person’s consciousness.

And compassion is the seat of wisdom.

KABBALAH LESSON

WHERE AM I

Even when we are not together physically, during the day we can be together in thought. A man is where his thoughts are. Also, the environment can help us in determining what we think about. When a person is involved with something, that something becomes important to him; if the environment constantly tells him how important it is, then that something becomes even more important to him.

You need to agree between you that it is important to you and to give each other strength so that everyone will remember the Upper Force each and every moment. The Creator is with us together. You must help each other. If I don't awaken, then the others don't awaken. And if they don't awaken, then tomorrow I will fall asleep during the lesson and so on.

We must push ourselves forward. There is no other solution. We must exert from below versus the awakening we receive from Above. The desire is prior, above the point in the heart.

HIT ROCK BOTTOM

People break when they break. A person has to hit rock bottom to want to change. You can’t guide them to hit rock bottom, but you can wait for them and be there to support them when they do.

Today, allow people the space for their process to unfold, and be there for them when it comes undone.

THE MEASURING STICK..

Judgment is a relative thing. You don’t judge a child for doing something wrong when they don’t know any better. You judge someone who you think should know better. You judge others and yourself based on the relativity of what you perceive to be fair.

What’s really fair?

Today, when the tendency to judge is great, take down the measuring stick and look inside rather than out.

KABBALAH LESSON..WHATS HIDING BENEATH?

WHATS HIDING BENEATH..

U nfortunately, most of the time when it comes to people, it’s never just “give” or just “do.” It’s usually, “What am I going to get back?” We’re always thinking about what we’re going to get in return.

Doing something totally agenda-free is very difficult for us. If we don’t get exactly what we gave in return, we at least want some kind of acknowledgment. That’s also conditional, and the benefit is temporary, negligible. We need to strive for things that last.

The only thing we should want in return is our own Light, our own fulfillment. Meaning, if you are in a relationship, just give and don’t worry what you will get in return. When we give with our whole heart, the energy will come back. It doesn’t make a difference if the returns come from that person or from someone else. What we should be focusing on is the real exchange: that with the Light of the Creator.

If we want to be a vessel for the Light, we have to act like the Light. One way to do this is by giving unconditionally. Often we want to give conditionally, but we want people to give to us unconditionally. The universe just doesn’t work that way. If you are conditional, then you will end up with people in your life who are conditional.

If we are always looking for what we will get in return, we will be building a home for chaos. If you want to build a place for Light to shine, then give and let go. Release your desire of what you could get back.

We have to find the strength to do one-way sharing. Obviously, we cannot continually give to someone who does nothing in return and promote Bread of Shame. But in the normal course, open your heart and give to others without expecting a return. If it comes back from those people, that’s great.

We all have agendas, and we have gone through lifetimes of training to conceal them. But by doing so, we’re creating a mask that we want people to see instead of allowing them to see who we really are. Some people have built a turtle shell around themselves; some have built a thin layer; but it’s hard to connect to one another through these barriers.

We have to share from the deeper, uncovered, true essence of self.

This is what this week should be all about, being real — about your desires, your opinions, your garbage, and your gifts. You can use the 72 Name to imbue yourself with the wherewithal to do it. It’s not an easy task, but it’s vital to this month’s process of wiping the slate clean.

You can’t clean house if you don’t know what’s hiding under the furniture.

I wish that one was mine, but I read it somewhere. Think about it. How many times do you talk just because you are uncomfortable or trying to fix or control?

 

There is great power in being quiet and letting someone have your total attention.

Today, shhhhhh. Hear people. Watch their expressions. Read in between their lines.

 See them.

Words have tremendous power to heal & bless, and terrible force to harm & curse.

Our intention determines all. That's why it's important to consider the person with whom we are speaking and to know where our heart is.

Today, think before you speak. Be in control of every word that leaves your mouth. Use your words as a force for helping people.

SAME AS YOU

Your work here is to learn to be tolerant of others, no matter what. As difficult as that may be sometimes, patience comes to you quicker when you understand the Creator made someone a certain way in order to give that person an opportunity to change.

And the same thing was done for you, too.

Today, when you find it difficult to tolerate someone, remember you are no different than that person. You also have much to correct, and therefore it is wise to be compassionate and accepting.
