Hello friends! Happy Tuesday to you all. Before I share another Tuesday Talk & Truths post, I thought I would share a little health and fitness update. It's no secret that I am not one of those women who love to work out. Its quiet the opposite actually but these winter months have been super hard on my body. Along with age, sleep issues, and my diet certainly has not helped out either. Most of us are so much less active when the days are cold and shorter but when the sun comes back around bringing spring and summer, we all tend to get outside and a little more active. For me, I have totally been inside a lot through the cold weather but really I have felt like age is catching up with me. I just didn't take very good care of my body in my 20's. So in a effort to get more healthy I am starting a new routine that is sure to make me feel better. The quick video below explains it all... hope you enjoy!
For me it's not about being a work out fanatic. I doubt that would ever work for me. But taking some small but powerful changes will hopefully make my body feel good again. As you could see in the video, it was not a high impact kind of workout. Instead I am starting out easy with this new routine and I will build it up as my body becomes more stronger, healthier and more fit. I have more muscle pain than anything else. It's probably arthritis but I am hoping the walking and stretching in yoga will help that a little bit too!
