Hello everyone! I hope your having a lovely afternoon. Today I uploaded a new spring dinner video on my main youtube channel and was about ready to post it on here but I quickly realized that I forgot to post this recipe! This went up sometime around the time the car accident happened and it just slipped through the cracks. :( This was such a wonderful dinner and its a recipe I already shared in this blog post so I am not going to write out the recipe on this post too. Everything you need to know is in the video to make this wonderful spring like dinner! Hope you enjoy.
My family loves this very simple dinner. And now that the weather is changing, we don't want such heavy meals right now. This was perfect! Let me know if you try them.
